I used to think their excellent customer service and fast food was because they cared about their customers, now I see they just care about their bottom line. I ordered 12 chicken nuggets at the drive through, I brought it back to work, and see that I only got a 6 piece. I was too busy to be worried about it at the moment. I called back a few days later when I remembered and was met with immediate distrust, no apology, an offer of a coupon sent to me. I asked to speak with someone else and was told all the managers would tell me the same thing. But were too busy and could I call back after lunch. I would have been happy with an acknowledgement and please come in and get another 6 piece, but he was so busy being suspicious he missed an opportunity to make it better. My biggest frustration is that I misunderstood their smiles and energy to mean that as a company they care about their customers.

I always love me some Chick-Fil-A. In addition to their already famous sandwiches and sauces (Chick-Fil-A sauce is superior for sandwiches), hey have delicious soups: chicken noodle, and chicken tortilla (which is sadly seasonal). They also have a really delicious kale/raisen/pecan salad called the "superfood side-salad." The thing that I dont like about Chick-Fil-A, is that if you dont use exactly the right wording, youll end up with something else. I wanted to order a Fruit Cup, however, I asked for a "fruit salad" and they ended up giving me some salad with strawberries on it. I asked for "the salad with kale" and they gave me the normal side-salad instead of the "Superfood Side-Salad." Aside from that, their food is consistent, and their drive-through is pretty fast, even with long lines.

First let me just say I enjoy cfa thoroughly but this location has made me question the integrity or this food chain. Not only are the lines out of this world *10 minutes just to order not including cook wait time. I recieved my Salad it wasnt as fresh as usual there were some wilted pieces. Fine Ill pull it out and continue eating about halfway through I find a dead fly in my salad! Thats right a dead fly needless to say I was thoroughly disgusted how the heck does a fly end up in a sealed salad!??? So many questions so much disgust and I paid 8.50 for half a salad and possibly food poisoning. Can you go and complain no your on your lunch break and theres a 13 person line in front of you! The cleanliness of this place needs investigated asap

The Food is great! The waffle cut fries are the best. You have to try the Chick-fil-A Sauce. It is quite good. I also love the lemonade and how you can get it instead of a carbonated beverage. They also have many good sandwiches. Family friendly. I go in and I always see families. The workers are cheerful and helpful. It is fairly close to the freeway and to the South Town Mall. Decor is great.... It is a fast food restaurant so you do not expect too much. However, The place is clean and has pleasant surroundings. If you look out the East windows you have a great view of the Wasatch Mountain Range.

I have started coming to Chick-fil-A more and more often lately. I was really impressed with the service here and their food is really good. They dont have a dollar menu which is a bummer but the prices are very resonable. I really enjoy their milkshakes. They have great milkshakes. Which ever flavor you get (cookies & cream, vanilla, or straberry) you wont go wrong. Watch out for parking because that can get a little tricky during the lunch/dinner rush. I thought it was cool how they have 2 drive-thru lanes, which makes drive-thru a lot less of a wait.

I love Chick-fil-A! This location in particular is my favorite. The staff is always so extremely nice. The restaurant is clean, the food is always fresh, and its never a long wait. One time our food took longer than it should (we didnt even notice) so they brought out a free meal coupon along with our food! The staff always goes the extra mile. They even come around to your table to see if you want a refill on your drink. They go above and beyond for a fast food place.

We came here for a late lunch and ordered a Cobb and Market salad. The chicken nuggets on the Cobb salad were way too salty. I didnt know that you can request salt free nuggets. My husband loved the Market salad with grilled chicken and was very pleased. We also got the FREE Cow Calendar offerings for September. They were medium waffle frys and a large drink. They were ok. The help went out of the way to take good care of us. We will definitely be back!!!

Not my favorite location but I do love Chik Fil A. This location was super busy. They seem to always be super busy and generally they do a great job of staffing well enough to take care of the large crowds. Today I ordered breakfast there for the first time and I was not impressed. The size of the chicken was a joke. The hash browns were extremely greasy. Same price as the lunch and dinner menu for smaller portion and lesser quality.

This place is busy, but they are so fast and efficient at getting your order and your food out. Drive thru is fast, inside is fast and they had someone going around offering to refill your drink, clear your tray, and give you mints. Honestly blown away a fast food restaurant is able to give this kind of experience. Also the food tastes amazing. Try the frozen lemonade, chick-fil-a sauce and I think the roasted BBQ sauce. Delish.

Had a very good experience here at Chick Fil A in Sandy. The dining room employee that was walking around was very helpful and helped us when we received the incorrect salad because we ordered it wrong. She even suggested a yummy dressing that we had never tried and brought it to us. Even though it was lunch time and crazy busy this lady really made our day and was so nice. We will definitely go back to this location!

I love Chick-Fil-A and I go multiple times a week. However, this location is terrible. After taking five minutes trying to get the person to understand that I didnt want tomatoes on my order, I double checked there werent any at the window and they said yes. Once I got to my location and pulled my food out there were STILL tomatoes on my sandwich. It was super frustrating. Also, the fries had WAY way too much salt on them.

Love the menu selection and super incredibly fast even when you see a big double line of cars. Employees great you in the lines and take your orders and payment so you keep moving in the line. Food is fresh cooked and when you come to the window they greet you by name, confirm your order and hand it to you immediately, then off you go ! Henry Ford would be proud !!!

Went through the drive through on my way home last night. Had the nicest gal, named Courtney, so friendly & polite. When I got to the window I was told, "Nope!! This ones on Courtney!! You made her day as you were SO nice to her. NO one ever says HOW are YOU doing Courtney??" I was totally floored!! She deserves a gold star 8-) Thank you Courtney xo YOU ROCK!!
