I dont even know where to start. Useually we wait an hour to an hour and a half but, it useually tells you so you know you are going to wait. So I placed a order on a weekday at 6:15. It said it will be there at 6:45. Great I think I can get my kids are hungry so I can wait that long. So 7:15. 30 mins afyer it said it would be there. I call they tell me they have one diver and my order will be the next to go out. Okay I think I can still get my kids to bed. Now its 8:00 still no pizza. I call again they said he will be there in five minutes. By 8:25. TWO AND 35 MINUTES LATER!!! Are you kidding me right now. Now I am livid with tired hungry kids. Talked to the Manger now more excuses. I told her I dont care she said if I act that way she doesnt have to help me. I told her to gove me my money back. Said fine your order is cancelled. Really I dont get my pizza now???? Had to pack up the kids and get a little ceasers. WHAT A JOKE

If I can give -1 star I would. Worst place ever. I ordered online today from this location and Im a regular customer. Pick up was set for 430pm. I went to the location and the doors were locked. I called to find out why the doors were locked and was put on hold. The employee that answered said he would go find out why. I was placed on hold again. He apologized and said he was still checking and placed me on hold 2 more times. My little brother hopped out of the car to check the doors again and saw someone on the phone duck to the back. Waited for 25 min and realized I was paying in cash, so I left annoyed. Also there was another customer waiting and she probably was just as annoyed as I was. FYI-False advertisement on your hours of operation on Sundays.

1.My name is Andrew. When i got there, there wasnt an order for Andrew. After a couple minutes, they found my order under the name Bran.? 2.My pizza looked and tasted like it had been sitting for an hour, tasted stale. 3.I ordered bread sticks and they didnt tell me that they ran out of bread sticks. They tried to make some of their own bread sticks which looked like they made a pizza without sauce added some seasoning and cut it into slices. Disgusting! 4. Ordered cinnamin stix, no icing provided. 5. The gentlemen asked if I needed a bag, i said no but some napkins would be good. He turned around and came back with a bag and put my bread sticks and cinn stix in it. Need i say more?

Twice now as of today i have ordered food and left specific driver instructions to knock softly, and NOT ring the doorbell, because i have two napping toddlers in the other room, and its very loud and will wake them up. I am quite upset about this request being outright ignored TWICE now, but other than that, this location seems about what youd expect. This issue is big enough to me that even though i prefer Pizza Huts food, i am far more likely to order Dominos in the future, because they have never ignored this request for me. Please tell your delivery drivers to obey customer instructions. We wouldnt give them if they werent important to us.

I would give zero stars if I could. This store is really disappointing! I ordered over the phone for pickup, was told it would be 15 min. When I got there 15 min later it was still not ready. They told me a different cost from what I was told on thw phone so the girl was scrambling to figure it out. Then the guys in the back making pizza were literally yelling and arguing with eachother...mind you there were children present at the time. Then when i finally got my order another 15 min later they handed me a box with barbeque sauce all over it!!! The pizza wasnt very tasty either...so dissatisfied!

Worst Pizza Hut Ive ever experienced! We were told a 30 minute wait that turned into an hour. Then once the food was delivered I noticed that the delivery man had a diet Pepsi and I told him I ordered a regular Pepsi, he proceeded to tell me that they were out and that theyd be back in stock tomorrow. First, I dont understand why they didnt call me and ask what Id like instead. Second, why does it matter if it will be in stock tomorrow? Then when we opened up our pizza box, the pizza and breadsticks were cold! Never ordering from them again!

Honestly if I could I would give this place 0 stars but Google only allows 1 as the lowest. The employees are complete jerks as I called them this morning they gave me a sigh and ugh because they were closed, like I knew they were going to open in 15 minutes. Any way I had ordered food here earlier this month, never gotten it, had the cops called on me and making them look like idiots for not delivering it. The only thing good about this place is the name, I love pizza hut but this one needs to have new management and better manners.

I should have heeded the previous reviews. Dont go here.The Associate told the customer ahead of me that she couldnt get something because they were out. After I placed my order the associate told ME that I couldnt get the entire order because it was all gone. As I was walking out I heard the associate begin to explain to the woman who, was already waiting before I got there, That they couldnt give her the order because... Guess?! THEY WERE OUT OF SOMETHING ! Ya so dont even bother with this lOcation!

I am so disappointed with this store. I have tried 4 times over the last month to order from this specific location and it almost seems as if they do not want my business. One time they are out of dough, another they have two people working with an hour and a half wait time and another they are simply closing early because they are out of supplies. Keep in mind I have tried to place these orders on weekdays like mon thru thurs. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

We consistently are getting our pizza here, they seem to miss a few things every so often, like garlic and ranch that we spend an extra 3 or 4 dollars on. Or the free buffalo drizzle. But last night we ordered and it was spot on, was a little sloppy but the flavors were spot on! The store is very dirty though. I dont like going in there because I notice a lot of detail with their store and all the extra grime caked on.

I had a delivery. The wait wasnt very long but the pizza was very disappointing. I ordered one pepperoni and one pepperoni and mushroom. Hardly any pepperoni and maybe 8 pieces of mushroom on a large pizza. Most slices didnt even have not one pepperoni or mushroom on them. I would rather by the $5 pizzas close by my house then waste money here again. Sorry guys but you lost my service

The order took way longer than they approximated. When we got the order the toppings were completely wrong. Not only did they not get a single topping right they put the wrong toppings on. The pizza we ended up getting tasted absolutely terrible. The service was slow and inexperienced. Worst pizza experience ever. Stay away. If you must eat pizza hut, find a different location.
