Ive been to this location many times before but never again. Stopped in last night to order two drinks. The call-taker got them both wrong on the screen after I repeated myself 3 times but she ended the call and didnt answer when I pushed the button to try to correct the order. Finally when the drinks arrived I told the carhop they were wrong and he said, "I dont know whats wrong with her tonight." I told him I repeated myself 3 times but it was still wrong. He went back inside and outcomes the call taker and asked what was wrong. I told her what I ordered and that she had it wrong on the screen even though I corrected her 3 times and she kept reading off the wrong items 3 times (she loudly reminded me). She took the drinks and eventually came back out with the correct order (hopefully with nothing else slipped inside!). There was another couple while I was there who had to repeat their order because she kept getting it wrong over and over. So not only did she get orders wrong after several attempts, she kept arguing with the customers! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Ill find another drive-in. This ones no longer worth my time or money. Too bad, because it used to be great.

This started at 6;56 on a Monday night 7/10/2017 drive through window. 115 Carlos... worst service EVER! more intersted in talking and joking with co-workers than taking care of customers. Took 16 minutes to get food and fries were cold. COLD. I kindly asked for fresh fries since they were cold. Not even warm. COLD. The rest of the crew clearly not happy about my request any more then Carlos. Carlos then asks me to move forward but considering how long it had already taken I said no, I would not be doing that. So they made me pay for my decision by serving the car behind us and and making us wait an additional 4 minutes after the car left. For a total of 8 more minutes. No professionalism at all! No customer consideration at all! No concern of quality of food going out the door! No pride in what they do whatsoever its just a job just for fun. Will never visit this location again. Oh and when I called to talk to a manager WHILE STILL AT THE DRIVE UP WINDOW....Carlos told me he was the manager...

This Sonic Drive-In never failed to please me while I was in the neighborhood. There was one person in particular who really made my experience at this place the best. Her name is Autumn. Autumn was a fantastic server and a great friend. She always served me with a smile, and treated me as a friend. She provided outstanding above-and-beyond service, better than anyone else I have ever been served by! Shes a hard worker, and really did her best to be a good employee. This Sonic Drive-In was great, always accommodating and the food was always exactly what I ordered. Their drive-through microphone worked very well, it was even able to pickup someone talking normally in the passenger seat of my car (which ended funnily, as they talked about ordering something crazy for their non-existent pregnant wife which resulted in a hilarious order that Jeremy was willing to fulfill.) Overall, great experience from any Sonic Ive experience before. I would recommend anyone go here!

As the guy who took my order brought me my food, I handed him a dollar tip. I dont know if that made him smell blood or what, but he proceeded to inform me that there was a problem with the debit card I used, and that I still owed for my meal. Weird, I thought, because the machines have always been the ones to tell me there was a problem at the point of sale. Anyway, I was hungry and what else could I do but hand him another six bucks for my food. Turns out the machine didnt tell me there was a problem with my card because there wasnt. Payment went through smooth as silk. I wont eat at this or any other Sonic again, which is no problem as their food seldom rises to be even mediocre.

We went to grab a couple shakes on Sunday night and when we pulled up to the drive thru there was a barely visible hand written sign taped to the back of a mini van that said their drive thru was down. OK. We went to one of the stalls to order. We pressed the button and waited... nothing. We pressed it again... nothing. We waited for about 15 minutes before we left. While we were waiting employees came out various times to other cars but we were ignored. What a waste of time...

By far the worst set up EVER. Even a small line backed up traffic into the street! Park at your own risk. The parking lot is a special kind of hell to navigate. It took forever for them to take my order and get it to me (a small order of only drinks too) The service wasnt great, every server has an off day, but they seemed straight up angry when I was here. They desperately need to fix the parking lot and hire more employees.

So I made it all the way home for my kids to say the drink was watered down. Not ketchup like I asked no sauce for the wing.. When I did call back to let them know. The girl who answered had an attitude and Im sure the manager was a straight dick we could hear him in the background being a smart ass .. Every time I go there something always goes wrong. Its been 2 years and now Im done.... Hopefully Ill get a call back.

We ordered cheese burgers, no onions, no ketchup, no mustard, very clear..... they asked if we wanted lettuce and tomato, yes we said, but did not get lettuce and tomato, only onions ,meat ,bun.?????????hopefully Better luck next time!! So dont just look in the bag to make sure you have your whole order, take everything out of the bag ,unwrap everything, and look how it was made,then you can eat your cold burger !!!!!

This place is a rip off. Ordered medium fries and got a small and they told me it was a medium. The next time I got a large and they used the same small cup and told me it was a large. They are more than happy to over charge you for things they arent giving you then are super rude when you ask. Ive never have these kinds of issues at other Sonics. I would skip this one unless you dont mind being ripped off.

Normally I dont care to rate or review places but omg I had the worst experience ever today. I want to throw up in my mouth thinking about it again. So on my lunch I went to sonic to grab an ice cream slushee.. my favorite ever...Well Im about half way through my drink and I slurp up A CHUNK of old sour milk. And THEN I BIT DOWN ON IT NOT KNOWING WHAT IT WAS. Boom. Sour old milk flavors filled my mouth.

Food is great here, love sonic. Last time I visited the person taking orders didnt understand our order right, didnt ask about sauce, got no sauce with chicken strips nor ketchup for sides. Location is a little noisy, but the food is really good. Real malt powder in the malts, thick toast on the grilled cheese, crispy tots, juicy chicken and burgers. Also, coupons via text a couple days a week.
