THE WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE IN MY 30 YEARS OF LIFE!!! I would welcome food poisoning over my latest experience.... Went through the drive thru... Ordered 2 meals and cheese curds... Simple enough right..... WRONG!!! For this staff ice water may be too difficult.... After being told to pull into a parking spot and waiting 20 mins for "fresh" cheese curds me and my kiddo go home when we get there her potato wedged were so stale the dog wouldnt touch them the ones u could get to break would crumble... My mashed potato container was only 1/3 of the way full no gravy.... The biscuit could have been used as a door stop and they forgot straws napkins and butter.... Oh and those cheese curds looked like they were made some time in 2012.... I try to call the store for over 20 mins... No answer... So I drive back to the store... When I get there there are 2 people in line ahead of me who after waiting at least the 10 mins I was in the store decided to leave upset in order to get anyones attention I had to yell across the store and even then was only talked to from behind the warmers... They promise to make my food fresh... As Im waiting I watch 4 other groups of people come in and leave because they never got service.... Took them another 45 mins to get my food order ready at which point they just start handing me my things one at a time as they get done so they can sit on the counter and get old again... I asked to talk to a manager took him another 5mins to talk to me and his explanation is that he is the only manager that works there he works 90 hours a week.... I call bullshit needless to say I placed my first order at 645 its now 855 and Im just now getting to eat.....

This place is the worst and doesnt deserve any stars. My boyfriend and I went here because we wanted somewhere fast. He works 80 hours a week and just came back from an 18 hour shift and only had 4 hours to sleep last night before going back to work. I had a ton of homework to do and our food took 40 minutes to be made, which is ridiculous and we kept seeing them run food out to the drive through over and over. When we got our food it tasted awful and our cheese curds were black/dark brown because they were burned. My husband ran to the counter to tell them and the tall guys response to another worker was "do these look burned to you" and the other worker said "no, if anything it looks undercooked" they are lucky it wasnt me up there because I would have ate them alive. These workers are useless and rude. Avoid this place at all cost! My poor boyfriend ended up with less sleep and I didnt have time to do as much homework.

So I read the reviews here because I was seeking a craving for an A&W Root Beer float. Noticed one reviewer got their panties in a wade because the hours online are wrong. So that was a helpful review other than the store doesnt know how to get Google to change it. So the bad review should go to Google for putting up bad info, not at the merchant. Why is it people want to get REVENGE when they have a bad experience? Like they themselves are perfect ???? I called first (10:10 pm) and YES they are closed. The store manager and I talked and he was delightful. So thanks to the person who wrote the review about the hours. I had a bad experience with food once at this location. I simply called the store and reported it. They gave me a free meal and a sincere apology. THATs 5 Stars !!! And I also see hundreds of cars go through this place every week, and they have 7 reviews. Hardly a good sampling. Enjoy

Just got home from the drive thru. 4th time in a row my order has been wrong. Have even had food missing from my order after paying for it. They almost always give me different sides than I ordered, often get weird chicken combinations (why give someone all dark meat if they didnt ask for all dark?), chicken often not very fresh, and sometimes the wait times are sooooo long, especially considering you dont get fresh hot chicken after waiting for so long. On the plus side, Ive always had servers be very friendly to me. But I have overheard managers be EXTREMELY rude to their employees, right in front of customers, so not impressed with professionalism. No wonder the employees always seem stressed out and distracted. I keep giving this location more chances because I love KFC chicken, but really at this point I think I wont be going to KFC unless Im on the road elsewhere.

Wanted to try the Georgia gold chicken, as a concept it seemed like it might be good. Unfortunately the staff made sure the experience went another route. It was blatantly clear that none if the staff wanted to be there, look kids weve all done the fast food gig at one time or another, but you suck it up and do the best you can. There were people just blindly moving around behind the counter sone ambiguous cook out cleaning tables openly expressing that they had no idea what they were doing, Person at the counter didnt care to get the order right even when it was presented very clearly in plain, and intentionally uncomplicated English. Even though I was unsurprisingly the only person there, it took almost 20 minutes to get my food prepared and what appeared to be an astonishingly large amount of confusion. These people want 15 dollars an hour......

Wish I could give -5 stars! Didnt have the chicken that I wanted to order ready, so it would be a 10 minute wait. I didnt have time to wait so I just got what they had. Got up to the window paid $26 for our meal, only to find that the chicken Littles I ordered were all cold!! I ordered 9. I didnt get the biscuits I ordered. And the fried were stuffed in the very bottom of the bag! When I asked for the biscuits, she just turned around and yelled at somebody else to get them, then I told her that all of the chicken Littles were cold, she just looked at me like she didnt no what to do. I told her nevermind dont worry about it! Ill reheat them at home, she continued to look at me with a blank stare!!! Will NEVER go to kfc ever again! !! Wow customer service now days does not exist anymore! !! Very very disappointed! !

They were really nice (not to mention someone who i used to see him in school at murray high worked there, and he was a very nice cashier) but (this made me feel worried about him) the food that we ordered: chicken was very overcooked, coleslaw was bland, and oh my goodness their biscuits were hard like soft rocks. You couldnt cut them with a plastic knife at all, you could barely eat them. This place is pretty sad, to tell the truth. No wonder why their parking lots are always like a ghost town every time i go pass that place. Seriously, i highly suggest going to kfc at the ending borderline of SSL (South Salt Lake at 3900 South). Insane difference. Their foods taste were golden! Not to mention, you have a buffet nearby incase you feel like eating more of them chickens. :) (this all happened last year of 2015)
