This place is not even worth one star, its a good concept but extremely poor execution. Yes, the waiters were very nice and we were greeted in a friendly manner, the kitchen staff was keeping up with the food and the buffet area. However, this place is outdated, dirty, and in need of a major overhaul! The moment I walked in I turned back around because I knew it was going to be a horrid experience. Nevertheless, we gave it a try (I really wish I hadnt). The food is not even mediocre, it is just plain bad.It is gross! There is not one thing that I would have gone back for! The soups? Really? No this place gets a 0 from me. I will definitely not be returning and will be advocating against anyone going there. I feel bad for the people working there.

If you are a salad lover Souper Salad is one place you should frequent. The food is fresh and very good. The soups are made on site, and the soft serve ice cream is real ice cream not "something else." This location is kind of unique in that it resides in an old Van de Kamp restaurant, but the windmill has been removed. Anyway, the prices are great - much better than the competition, and the quality of the offerings has improved much in this past year. Its always very clean, and offers a lot of variety for about $7.50 per person. They are always running a special so get on the emailing list for coupons.

Some people dont love the idea of just salad. I dont think of it that way because of all the extras; rolls, soup, taco fixings, desserts, baked potatoes..... I cant think of all of it right now, but its ALL good! One thing that has changed in the recent past is the soft serve ice cream from the machine; its now ice milk, not as creamy, but still very good. The price is reasonable, and they offer senior discounts and under 12 discounts. Oh, the salads? LOTS of stuff to choose from ~ and fruit, too!

This place is so awful, they barely had a buffet. They only have four different soups to choose from, the hot bar lol wow the pizza was old and they did keep any fresh food out. The cold salad looked like old salad, from three days ago. And some of the employees just walk around watching people while you eat and fix your food, and complain. And to top it off my husband asked for his money back, and sat in the car until we were all done!!! This place is so bad I wish I could take the star back!!!!!!

Surprisingly good, especially considering the price. Also a big surprise was that this place is better than Sweet Tomatoes. You wouldnt expect that (I didnt) but its true--and its WAY more affordable than Sweet Tomatoes. Worst thing about it the past few times I went was the ice cream wasnt spectacular. But a bunch of salads, a bunch of soups, desserts, fruits, etc. are awesome, and the breadsticks might be better than Olive Gardens. True Story. You can thank me later! Youre welcome!

Ive been loving this place for years, but I think Im done. When I went to get a plate, I noticed that the recessed area where the stacks of plates are looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. Then I grabbed three plates in a row that clearly had not gone through the washing process. At all. I alerted a member of the staff and they werent a bit concerned. He said that sometimes they dont catch the dirty ones. What the hell does THAT mean??

At one point this was the Pinnacle of the salad bar has a matter of fact the building was considered a awesome piece of architecture. Now however it seems to have gone downhill much of the salad seemed Bland the potatoes were small and the soups were average at best I used to love this place I think you get a good value for your money however its quality is not how it used to be...do I sound like my dad when I say that....?

I really like going to Souper Salad, BUT, I have an issue with a couple of things that has been noted before with no change. The base lettuce (that has a vein up the middle of each leaf) is so big its hard to get in the mouth (yes, I know, cut it...shouldnt have to) and the regular ranch dressing is almost school paste thick....please thin it a little so it will pour. Wont keep me from visiting though.

The workers were super friendly and helpful. I took a star because I would like more gluten free options. I didnt have soup options and couldnt get any taco meat. They are well labeled with gluten free. I would also suggest not to put gluten filled trays next to the little option of trays I do have so the spill over dont contaminate the few options we do have.

That seriously was the worst salad buffet I have ever been to. It was no different than the salad part of a Hometown buffet except that the "other" food was way worse! The other food consisted of a couple cold pasta dishes, mac n cheese, a potato bar and nacho bar. The dessert choices were fruit found on the salad buffet. Definitely not impressed!

Wonderful family restaurant with something for everyone. It doesnt have all the frills of the more expensive restaurants, so dont expect a plush new place. but you get what is important a value for what they have Which is the food and a place you can bring the kids. They have discounts for kids under 12 and seniors.

The wife and I go here fairly often because of the price and the speed. Their soups are better than their competitor but the salad bar is lacking a little. It would be nice if the hot items changed every once in awhile but overall the value for what you get is pretty decent. Service there is always friendly.

I luv this place! I take my family there on a regular basis. Its very affordable, I like the variety & selection of food & the service is always good. Theres more than just salads too. Theres usually a taco bar & or nacho bar, a potato bar, pizza a variety of desserts along with a variety of cold pastas.

Cleanliness and service was better than expected for place that has been here for so long. Food is kinda bland and not exciting but its salad, what do you expect? The little bit of hot food that was available wasnt very hot, maybe luke warm at best. Good value for the price.

We were greeted nicely when we arrived. The soup was really good and the fixings for the salad were very fresh. I didnt realize they had a taco bar as well, I should have perused the food before hand. Excellent prices as well. I would definitely recommend.

Food was blah.... We decided to have dinner for the lemon chicken soup and it was not like the fliers that was announcing it. It didnt look at all like the picture. I decided to try the Mama Mia soup, so sad. It was like eating baby food, so bland.
