Beautiful interior. Sushi prepared in front of you at a professional sushi bar. Mongolian grill with the typical selection. Clean and neat buffet. Thats where the good ends. During the dinner rush they were almost empty; we thought we were lucky because we arrived just before 5pm - not really. The buffet food tasted like it had been reheated for multiple days. The noodles were mush. The sushi rice was very dry. Very little skill at the Mongolian grill with much of the ingredients ending up in the floor and the shrimp was starting to turn. Soft serve was down to only one flavor and the chocolate topping was watery. Free soda refills were grudgingly few and far between. The servers would clear plates and ignore empty glasses until asked. When our table was prepared, they shorted us a place setting (knife, fork and spoon in a cloth napkin). When I asked for another, they brought us a stack of paper napkins. After asking the fourth time, I was brought a flatware set hastily wrapped in another paper napkin. A trip to the restroom showed a total lack of maintenance. No soap in the dispensers and one completely missing. Just a single bottle of hand sanitizer on the counter. The single paper towel dispenser was broken and there was a soggy roll of paper towels on the counter. Because we were a party of 8, we were charged an automatic gratuity (at a buffet where the only "service" is dish collection and drink refills). Seems like management hasnt heard that its now illegal unless they treat it as wages - pay their portion of social security withholding and count it toward the pay rate for overtime calculations. Most reputable restaurants have done the math and decided that its not worth the increase in SS and OT cost.

Roaches, roaches!!!Went here with my family for Fathers Day. We were super excited to find a Chinese Buffet because I love Chinese food. Everything started out good. I thought the price was a little high but I figured it wasnt too bad because they offered fresh sushi. The food was actually really good. The problem was when I walked over to get some soup and I saw a small cockroach where the food was displayed. Before the cockroach could make its way in the food I covered it with a bowl. I quietly called over the cook and told him that there was a small cockroach under the bowl. I couldnt eat after that. I started feeling sick because I get super nauseous with stuff like that. I constantly have an exterminator at my house because I dont want to have any bugs so I dont expect to find a bug at a restaurant. I told my husband that I was feeling sick and that we needed to leave. I told the cashier and she didnt believe me so she sent a male worker to ask the cook if it was true. Of course it was true, the male worker came back and confirmed. They offered to take 5 dollars off of my meal. So I still paid over 30 bucks for food that I didnt finish and that had roaches in their facility. Im not very confrontational, so I agreed to pay and not make a scene. I just wanted to leave as soon as possible because I felt like throwing up. If the facility was clean I would have given it a 4 star but roaches are a big No No. Sorry Hong Kong but this is the last time I will ever set foot in your facility. I probably wont eat Chinese food for a good year just the thought of it makes me sick again.

First off when entering the place their were children every where running around unattended between food Isles and in the sitting area. The drinks served to us had strange white/clear floating pieces in them, in both my over priced ice tea ($1.99) and friends water. The food was also of a low quality for the price of dinner (15.99 plus tax per adult). The shrimp and vegetable tempura was over battered and shrimps still had their digestive tract inside. The chicken was very fatty and beef was mainly gristle. One of my Chinese donuts was still raw in the middle of it and other food was sub par at best. Also, when my friend tried to get a order of sir fry their was no one at the station. The paper towel dispenser was broken in the mens bathroom as well. I will never be going back to this Buffett, there are several others in the area that are way better!

We arrived late afternoon, prior to dinner pricing. New to restaurant and just wanted to eat. The food looked as though it had been sitting for quite some time, granted it was way past lunch and not quite dinner time. The majority of the food was cold. Poor selection. At about 4:45pm I was approached at my table and asked if I was upgrading to dinner prices. Apparently they were afraid I was going to stay and maybe eat some fresh hot food. I informed them I would not touch any of the "new" food they put out, I just wanted to finish what I had and get my desert. Might be OK if you eat when the food is fresh and hot, but on off hours, probably best to stay away. Overpriced for selection and quality of food.

I went for lunch on Wednesday. The buffet was good but not as a big selection as I thought it would be. Pricey for that little selection of food but on the other hand sushi is included so I cant really complain. The buffet isles are positioned weird and are too close to each other and youll end up running into people. The service was top notch. My glass was never 12 empty through out my visit. The waitress was dressed very professionally for a buffet restaurant. Tie and everything. Nice interior and very spacious. Parking can be a problem if you go during "rush hour". Very close to my work...that is always a plus. Thats my two cents...
