Dont get me wrong; these 3 stars are not intended in any way to reflect the quality of the delicious burgers and fries here. They do, however, reflect my consistently subpar experience in regards to customer service at this chain, especially in consideration of the amount I had to pay for a normal-sized lunch. Its good food, but the employees have almost always possessed an aura of immaturity or thoughtlessness, while I pay a notably higher price for something I could get at an In-N-Out for much cheaper and that would arguably be just as satisfying. Plus, In-N-Out has had incredible service on an extremely consistent basis, not even once leaving me dissatisfied in their many locations Ive visited. Sorry, Five Guys, but in my opinion, after all things considered, youre just not worth it to me.

This place is fantastic! Ive been working in the area for several months, a thousand miles from home- so I eat out every day. There arent a lot of options in the area when youre eating out that often. So, I tried 5-guys and thought it was pretty good, which made it a regular stop for me. After a few weeks, the crew began to recognize me when I would come in and after months, theyve become the closest thing to family and friends that I have in the area. The food is good; not "five-star", fine-dining, by any means, but still quite good. I have never left hungry. If I had to guess, Id say Ive probably eaten here 120 times and theyve made a mistake on my order ONE time. Very impressed. Obviously, I will be going back.

I was having a terrible day, and the cashier Matthew, must have noticed because he was incredibly kind when I was down in the dumps. He said "I really hope you have a better day," after taking my order and as cheesy as it sounds, it made me feel a little better. Sometimes being kind goes unnoticed, but it didnt to me today. Thank you 5 Guys and thank you Matthew. PS My burger was insanely delicious so eating my feeings helped.

Overall experience was good, but the Wi-Fi guest login has been down for a couple of months and I dont think theyre going to fix it. Also a couple of the tables were dirty the entire time I was there, nobody cleaned them. On a positive note, there was a crew member named Cassandra that was extremely helpful and friendly and just very very good. She made it all worth it.

Love me some Five Guys. Ive never been disappointed. You can have as many toppings on your burger as you want. Im partial to their cajun fries, but my wife loves their regular fries. Tons of peanuts all over the restaurant, so if you have nut allergies, Id recommend you pass this by, but youll be missing out on one of the greatest burger places Ive ever been to.

A bit pricey in my opionion for what you get when it comes to the burger. A standard burger is a double cheeseburger. Little will just be a single pattie. When you order fries they will fill up the cup and then throw extra in the bag so you get a ton of them. Always fresh. I prefer the Cajun fries they are delicious. Good place to get a milk shake as well.

Heard a lot of hype about Five Guys. So I finally went there and got a standard cheeseburger. It was pretty good; tasted like something youd make yourself on the grill at home. Nothing special. If their prices were lower, Id probably go back, but I feel it is overpriced for what you get. They charge too much for just a standard burger.

Absolutely hands down the best burger from a "chain" burger place. When you go there order your burger "all the way" that is with all the basic ingredients. If you dont then you are doing yourself an injustice. And you wont really understand how good their burgers are. Their burgers are meant to be eaten with all the ingredients.

There is no burger place that can compete with 5 guys. Their burgers are so delicious and so good. I love the fact that you can add every single topping, and the burger is the same price. And their fries are also delicious. Theyre not the limp, soggy things that you usually get at a burger places. Theyre legit fries.

I have to say that I was thoroughly unimpressed at the food here. Everyone had said it would taste great and amazing, but honestly, it was average. The burger patty didnt have much flavor to it, and the fries were far too hot and over seasoned. I wouldve considered it to be good food if the price wasnt so high!

Awful. Overpriced, and when they closed an employee turned on some music that was EXTREMELY vulgar and I had to ask multiple times for then to turn it off and they never did. So if you want to let your kids get familiar with the f-bomb go here just before they close and sit outside.

We try to go here fairly often, one of the best burgers around. Their fries are amazing as well, theyre not the fastest, but thats because they dont have the patties sitting under a heat lamp all day. They throw the patty on the grill as soon as you order it.

Mmm....fries. Lots of them. Is there such a thing as too many fries? Nah. Wish I could figure out how to eat a bacon cheeseburger without it falling apart. Service is fast and friendly, and they seem to keep up with major rushes very well.

Great burgers with lots of toppings. They also have gluten free options. The staff was friendly and the parking was convenient. One note to people with peanut allergies there are peanuts served here and the fries are cooked in peanut oil.

Love the food here. The employees were so kind and helpful, and as always the food was amazing. But be prepared to spend at least 15 minutes here, cause the meat us freshly cooked. This is the real deal. No frozen per-cooked food here.

Standard Five guys. Food is great! Try the cajun fries, might tasty. If you dont like a burger from here you dont know how to order. I could see if something was wrong with the meat. but hard to mess up a made to order burger.

This place is incredible. They definitely make some of the best burgers around, and the fries are amazing (get Cajun flavor). It is a bit on the expensive side for fast food, but its worth it to come when you can afford it.

Love 5 Guys! Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the fries, although tasty, can be pretty hit or miss - sometimes you can get lucky and get perfectly cooked fries but a lot of the time theyre pretty soft.

i HAD a freind who loved inn and out. i had always thought it was gross. anyways i took him to five guys and he never went to inn and out agian nobody can beat five guys except for a burger joint in chicago.

One of the best chain restaurant burgers out there. In-n-Out, pshaw! The fries are better at 5 Guys and far more plentiful. Im also a fan of picking whatever toppings I want without being nickel and dimed.
