The food here tastes different than any other Panda Ive been to and not ina good way. The noodles just dont taste right! There tend to be too many big pieces of orange chicken which dont cook properly and taste even worst. I often order the teriyaki chicken as well and rarely is it fresh. I actually ordered two sides of it tonight and it appeared to have been sitting for hours before being served. It was dark, tuff and dried out. I even found a hair immediately when I opened one of the containers. I ordered around 5:10 pm, was pulled around and told to wait for rice as it was cooking; I ended up waiting for about 10 minutes with two cars pulled ahead of me as well. Id think, for waiting so long for fresh rice, my chicken would have been fresh too; that wasnt the case. I chose to call the store around 9:30 pm as I wanted to make sure they got through their dinner rush; Ive worked for restaurants in the past and know those calls can be frustrating during those hours. When I called, I was told I should have called immediately, which I agree but like I said, I wanted to be courteous to their dinner rush. There wasnt a manger in the store to talk to and I was told to call back tomorrow, which I will be doing. Also, as the workforce tend to be mostly teenagers, which is fine, the ones cooking tend to be unprofessional with their manners and how they talk to the employees serving the food.

I placed an online order and put the pickup time as 4:15 pm. I get to the store at about 4:15 and Vicky is cleaning, which is just fine. When I walk in, she comes back behind the counter, washes her hands, and asks what she can help me with. I tell her that I am there to pick up an online order and she tells me that the other girl working (Momo) will have it shortly. I wait for 15 minutes while Momo is taking care of the drive thru. Vicky keeps apologizing for the wait, but does nothing but stand there. Finally, at 4:30, Momo has enough of a break in the drive thru to finally put together my order, FIFTEEN MINUTES after it was supposed to be done. It would have been okay if it had been busy, but Vicky did NOTHING during that time when she could have been putting together my order. I thought that the whole point of ordering online is that you dont have to wait and can just go to the store and pick it up. I will NEVER be visiting this location again. Oh, and by the way, this is not the first time I have had issues with this location. Overtime I order online I have to wait for them to put it together after I get there (which is usually around or slightly after the pick up time) and they gave me someone elses order in the drive thru once as well.

Meh, the food is so so. Its either dry or its oily. There was an incident outside of the restaurant in the end of step., beginning of Oct.. a young man lost his life and it was questionable if the officer was appropriate... but the thing is, this restaurant gave its only video evidence to the police.... what?! what if you were inside and something happened to you. what if your only defense is a video and the only copy is in the law enforcements hands, when potentially its them your family is defending against. Say what you want, but it already happened once. without food that is actually amazing, no reason to go out of my way. Pandas used to be good. now its the same everywhere: oily or dry food that was frozen and is just heated up in the kitchen. blah! seriously, normally I wont review a place unleas its superb or downright awful. given the fact of the incident (not pandas fault), but how the consideration for the defense and protection of another persons family was disregarded, they dont deserve our business.

Location: 5 stars. New, modern. Most modern Panda Express Ive ever seen. Right off the main road. Only ~5 minutes from the freeway. Great location for Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain residents. Food: 4 stars. The food was as fresh and delicious at this location as I have seen it (Ive eaten at dozens of Panda Express around the country). Not 5 stars because I dont consider Panda express 5 star food. Service: 5 stars. For us, it went really fast and well. Helpful, friendly, and quick staff. No complaints. Cleanliness: 3 stars. Everything looked clean, until I realized that 1/2 the floor was sticky. Then my shoes were sticky. Now my shoes are still sticky...

I am sitting in their drive thru while I am writing this and Ive been here 35 minutes( there are 5 cars in front of me now). It is 6:30 on a Monday. I have never seen a slower drive thru service in my entire life. The parking lot is about half full and I cant imagine what the hold up would be. So. Annoyed. I have to update that once I got to the window they double charged me and only have me a single serving on my 2 plate entree. I got out of there after 45 minutes. When I asked them why it took so long he said they messed up an order for the dinning room...yeah, ok that justifies a 45 minute wait in your drive thru. NOT!

Me and my girlfriend went on a Sunday when it wasnt busy, no line and no wait. We ordered a bowl of chow main and orange chicken and two water cups. After we got home we noticed that the chicken which we ordered wasnt orange chicken and the two water cups were filled with carbonated water. When my girlfriend called and complained to the manager, the manager was rude and argued that the chicken probably was orange chicken and that they dont even have carbonated water, like what the hell I just drank that nasty crap and shes saying they dont have it?! Horrible customer service and ignorant staff.

I have been here 3 times in the past month and the only problem was they were out of chicken (teriyaki) 2 of the 3 times but if I didnt get the chicken other people must have so good for them. It isnt like they just never have it. The food is always great for me and there are plenty of selections. I like to go to panda now that their rice is the nomal recipe or at least it is at this location. I am very satisfied with their service I am sorry for anyone who doesnt get the service that is better than average and also Im sorry for the people who can not be satisfied.

Went here a few times. The food was good. One time when I ordered some entrees to take out, they offered family package which would be better "bang for buck" but I didnt want that much food. They really want to ensure that you get value for your money, which I appreciate. Another time I had to wait for new fried rice to finish cooking, they gave me a free drink to compensate, which was nice of them (dont know if this is the norm or just a nice employee). Actually 5 out of 5 stars, but rated 4 to avoid being ignored by people who ignore 1/5 star reviews :)
