WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!! Was told by many friends to try this place out, but was very disappointed. My wife and I went here on a Friday night to try some place new. First off the place is way too small and the waiting area is pathetic....yes it was on a Friday and dinner rush, but regardless of this fact still way too small. After waiting about an hour, we got a table which was an old arcade game made into a table jammed near the bar in a corner, which I was very unhappy with because I am tall and had my knees against it the entire time. We each ordered a specialty calzone not knowing how huge they would be. It took 20-30 minutes at least before we received our food. The calzones were like an extra large pizza folded in half...it didnt even fit the plate hardly. After starting to eat the waiter offered steak knives as he noticed our difficulty cutting into them with regular butter knives, but the knives he brought didnt work any better. The calzones were ok, but nothing spectacular to speak of and write home about or post about on FB. Flavors were lacking, sauce was bland and even the bread didnt get seasoning or something to make it tasty. Price I think was a little bit on the high side, especially considering all this. We will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Great food - some stuff you cant get anywhere else around here, because Utahans are too cheap to support good businesses. The problem is that a lot of people know about this and they are too popular for that tiny space. There is never enough parking, you are crammed in like sardines, wait time is horrible (even for pickup) and its so understaffed that you wait forever for service. Last time I was in there, they gave me a chicken burger instead of hamburger. The waitress brought it out knowing it was wrong, and asked me if I wanted it anyway. Here is where I sold myself short: I accepted it - I was so damn hungry and knew I couldnt wait another 45 minutes, that I accepted what I didnt come in there wanting, like a stinking peasant. To be fair, they did offer a free dessert. I felt entitled and asked for a hamburger instead...so i could have the midnight snack of what I really wanted. They did however, ignore my simple instructions of putting the toppings (including mayo) in a plastic container off to the side so that it wouldnt get soggy. All in all, its just too frustrating to go there, I wont do it anymore.

Before I say anything, I have to say the good is excellent here!!! The staff.. Not so much. We sat in the bar, I believe on Wednesday, Im not sure exactly when. But we had a female bartender, I wont say any names, I am trying to get a hold of the owner though if anyone knows their names because I am very highly sure this fenale bartender was the manager. The employees were asking her to do things only a manager could do. We were highly dissapointed in her service, especially being a manager!!! She was, rude, short, and cared more for the dirty old man sitting at the end of the bar and talking dirty to him than paying attention to us!!! Also she was talking very badly about another female employee that wasnt working at the time!!! Not just to the other employees, but to us, the customers, as well!!! Highly unprofessional!! Especially if she is the one in charge!!! The whole time we were there all she did was talk dirty and nasty and then talk very badly about the other employee to everyone!! As I said, the good is absolutely delicious! But as long as she is working, I will not be going back!!

The 11th of May 2013 - I took my family to Gabor Brothers, It was for my sons B-day. The time was around 1:PM we were approached by a very sweet server. The kitchen was obviously NOT ready to serve food. This is why I say this: Our meals were not served together. It took 90 minutes for our food. The sweet server was totally ++ Embarrassed by the food COMING OUT OF THE KITCHEN. She came to the table several times to apologize. She gave us 2 free deserts to say she was sorry. NOW on to the food. Pasta... wet and water on the plate Gross . and the Chicken fettuccine No flavor. My Lasagna cold! the last thing we were served was the Calzone. I think this was the hardest thing for them to make, but come on... 90 minutes, why ? They only had 4 other people in the entire place. My complaint is that the kitchen needs a serious over haul. I love to support local Business, I have been there several times, and each time I feel that I want them to succeed. But the kitchen needs to read this. Please do better and I will come back.

Based on other reviews, we must have a BAD experience. First, dont go there unless you have 2 hours to eat. Service is slow. Not just us, but everyone seated around us didnt receive their food any faster. Second, dont get the alfredo, it is bland and a relatively small portion. We spent an hour and a half and still didnt get our food; this included a five minute wait to be seated. We decided to get it to go. We rushed out without checking our food, our mistake. I ordered sausages with the alfredo, those werent included in our to go box. They offered a gift certificate when I called to let them know about the sausages. Not looking forward to going back just to use the gift certificate. Ill try the pizza, when I use the gift certificate. How bad can pizza be? To go of course.

Big quantity, ok quality. The calzone can feed two or maybe three people, but it is stuffed with so much cheese that no matter what is inside all you taste is mozzarella. The bruschetta was spot on and the breadsticks were great. Pizza is huge, but again lacks in quality. Crust is fantastic, but bland sauce doesnt do it any favors. Years ago I tried the seafood pasta and it was great. This place is an anomaly for me. Try something a little different on the menu and youll be rewarded. Stick with the basics and youll be disappointed. The wait is always insane because of the tiny serving area. Go on off hours and youll be ok. Be prepared to walk as well since their parking is maybe 5 spots. Servers are always pleasant and they do have a nice selection of beer.

me and my husband walked in, the lady asked us "so will you be eating here or what?" it took them ten minutes to seat us which is sad because it was EMPTY!!! another ten minutes just to ask what we wanted to drink. i ordered fettuccine, with Alfredo sauce and chicken, the chicken was CANNED!!!!!!! as we were about to leave it started getting really crowded to the point of a safety hazard. food was NOT god even though they give you a massive amount, only one good waiter, which was a guy, the other two girls seemed lost. i will never go to this place again. please dont waist your time like we did, also their is only five parking spaces.my place mat was also a stripper advertisement, 1 im a women, 2 im married.
