Misty has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.....I cant believe she is a GM at this restaurant ... I have a large group of friends that enjoys coming to the concerts and eating and drinking all night.... I was told we would have to keep the tables apart outside first.... I said thats fine. Then I was told we couldnt stay past 730pm if we wanted to be outside. I said we will be eating all night .. she said if we wanted to be outside we had to come after 730pm... I said why? She said she wanted turn over! Really? She is turning away customers with empty tables outside over turnover? I went over to Twigs and they were kind and helpful.... we are sitting outside now! Ordering plenty! Enjoying our night! When I told our waiter at Twigs we were here for the night he said "Great! You have great seats here! " Night and day difference in service! Over the same issue! I will never eat at Settabellos again while she is manager.... she has zero customer service skills.... We went through a similar problem worth get last year and decided to give them another chance! Settebellos is great if Misty isnt working!

Experience was horrible. Went in mid week for lunch and there was only 1 other couple there. We were seated fast, but it took roughly 15 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us and see about drinks and ask if we had any questions. When she finally came to our table she was rude and didnt even introduce herself. We placed our order and maybe 5 minutes later we saw our waitress standing behind the counter chatting with the greeter with food in front of her. After watching for a few minutes she brings us the food that was sitting in front of her. After receiving the food we took it upon ourselves to ask for drinks since we were never offered any. We received the rest of the food and it was cold. We informed the waitress about the cold food and she said she could try and warm it up but it may take a while. We had her take the food to warm it up and it was slightly warmer, but the middles of our food was still cold. Between the bad service and cold food, I will not be going back nor will I be recommending anybody to this place.

It pains me to write this, but I do it in hopes that Settabello can up their game a bit. Their pizza is extremely good, but the last three times I have been here the service has just been awful. Twice, i had to wait over 40 minutes for my pizza. Most recently, we werent even greeted at our table for over 10 minutes. I was ready to get up and leave when someone finally brought us our water. Our margherita pizza that we ordered was so sad looking, mostly sauce and a couple shriveled basil leaves. I have had pizza here that has been so, so good. And I have been to other Settabello locations and really enjoyed it. So please, Settabello station park, improve your service!

Terrible customer service and substandard food. Rylee was the hostess and told us there would be a 15 min wait when the whole back section of the restaurant was empty. When we were finally seated, we went straight to the back booth that was empty the whole time. We ordered a few pizzas and they hardly had any sauce or cheese on them. They did make us another one and apologized but we go to a settebello in Las Vegas all the time and this is below par compared to what we normally experience. I got a gelato on the way out and the waitress handed me back my cc all covered in gelato after she stuck her finger in my cup. Seriously? This place needs to get its act together.

I love the pizza oven that they make it in! the wait may take a bit but the wait is worth it!!! the pizza is amazing i love the varieties of cheeses and toppings.i am not a fan of pizzas with veggie or olive toppings, i would most likely suggest the cheese or pepperoni pizza for your first time to see if you like this type of pizza.it is a little greasy like maybe olive oil and, it seems to be greek pizza but still some italian in there.the pita bread is like heaven!over all I LOVE IT!!! PLEASE TRY IT YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!

We werent very impressed with this particular setebellos. The pizza was actually vetysoggy, the service was subpar (ie dirty plates, understaffed), and the overall quality was far below the salt lake location. I would pass on this location. Go to the salt lake location or pizzeria limone. Both are higher quality pizza. Update: after speaking with the manager she claims that the pizza here is "wet pizza" and is supposed to be wet/soggy based on the "weather." Im 66, eat everything on my plate, and ate a single slice with $40 down the drain. I wouldnt go here again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. My family and I walked in and asked if we could have a table, the waitress said sure let me go get it ready. She then walked over to the other employees stood there and were looking at us and whispering.We felt like they were judging us because of what we were wearing. We then told her never mind we decided to leave because they just stood there looking at us. The waitress quickly told us thank you and bye. There were plenty of empty seats.

Traditional Italian style pizzas. They get very close to authentic pizzas we have had in Rome. The menu is fairly limited and has not changed, except for a daily special. Try the foccatia appetizer but have them add cheese... yummy. Settebello pizza is our favorite. Not a fan of the salad but they are also very authentic, just like Italy, no dressing options. Service can be good or bad depending on the server. We really like the pizzas so we keep going back.

This is the best Setebellos I have ever been to! Misti, the general manager, has the best costumer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. This pizza is authentic and made in a fire oven, its supposed to be a little burnt on the bottom and a little "soggy" on top. Its delicious! If youre looking for a regular pizza I would suggest the Margarita or a kids pizza. I also suggest dipping your crust in the olive oil and balsamic vinigar mixed. Enjoy!

I called ahead for seating and arrived early I was told it would be five more minutes. Half hour later, Im asking what the hell to the girls taking names. They had the audacity to tell me she called out my name already and someone came forward. B.S. The food is great and Ive been here many times but this time I was inclined to say something. I will return for more great food. They need to work on key customer service skills.
