Three strikes and youre out. After numerous visits and take out meals over the last two years we have found this place to be on the decline. The food feels as if it has slightly deminished in quality but maybe that feeling is coming from their lackluster and flat out rude service. After two attempts to enjoy a sit down meal recently the waits for food and inattentive and snappy service has brought us to the point where we will not be returning to the dining room. Two strikes in and we decided to switch up our strategy and try takeout to attempt to fulfill a desire for Italian food. However upon calling we were told that no takeout would be available for the next few hours because they had expected their kitchen may get to "capacity" at some point this evening. Worst business practice of all time. After being turned down at the opportunity to give them business they will never have that opportunity again. Officially never returning.

We dined on 7-12-07 with a party of 4. We sat too long before menus were brought to us. Food was good but took forever to arrive to table. Waiter service was fair at best. There was no attention to the child we had with us and no food appropriate for children. I do not recall the waiter even checking on our needs after the food arrived. It was difficult to catch someone when we needed something. Iced tea was not refilled promptly - there was so much ice in the glass that the glass emptied quicky after taking a drink. We were not asked if we wanted dessert. I felt to be a "bother" to the waiter, rather than a cherished customer. A prior experience was better than this one. After last night, we do not see ourselves going back for quite some time.

I have gone there many rimes and I cannot believe how amazing it is! The hostess is incredibly friendly and greets you with a smile every time. The service is unbelievable. All of the servers are ready to take your order and it comes out hot and quick. The dessert choices are phenomenal. They have ice cream, lemon meringue pie. But best of all is the semi fredo. It is a cool frosting sort of thing that is caramelized and toped with fresh strawberries. I recommend tutti Santi to anyone. It is a great family location and all members will enjoy.

I went there on Saturday night for a special occasion there were 4 of us. The service was diabolical our waiter totally ignored us. One hour to take our order. We had to ask another waiter to find him for us. Several times we tried to catch his eye and he ignored us and walked past. The drinks were not refilled and the food I had was awful. I had lasagna and it was cold in the center. The pasta was way overcooked and soggy and smothered in a tasteless meat sauce. Terrible experience and I will never go back there.

Hands down best authentic Italian I have ever had. Appetizers: prosciutto and melon was so flavorful and the stuffed mushrooms were amazing, but very filling. entrees: Handmade ravioli with a cream and tomato sauce. Amazing flavor and super tender raviolis. Real veal Marsala with amazing fettucini Alfredo. Alfredo sauce was light so it didnt overpower everything and extremely tender veal. Heard the lasagna was outstanding as well. Amazing place with a lovely staff.

Locally owned. A place where the waiters and waitresses learn your name. Bread delivered fresh and hot. Daily specials that will make you question what you thought you would order by making your imagination scream. The ability to have the kitchen custom craft a dinner to suit your Italian fantasy. Bottom line - pasta made in house. Try that first. Be sure to try an appetizer of either calamari or burrata. Just be sure to eat here.

I had made a reservation for 12 guys on a golf outing from the east coast. The table was waiting for us and Gilda (sp?) ready to expertly make recommendations to enhance our meal. Delicious homade pasta, expertly prepared calamari, veal and fish. The service was more than a large group could ask for. I heard nothing but raving remarks from the other members of our very picky group. Thank you Gilda for mailing the evening so enjoyable!

LOVE this place! The BEST Tiramisu Ive ever had! And the Lemoncello was perfect...sweet and ice cold! It has to be one of the best authentic Italian restaurants in the Valley. We went there last night with friends who are regulars and who goes there all the time. Wonderful atmosphere, fresh, delicious food and excellent service. The owner and his son are gracious and charming. Definitely recommend!

I lived in Italy for over 10 years...This is simply the most authentic Italian restaurant and food Ive had the pleasure enjoying in the U.S. noodles hung, pasta sauce made in house...everything done by a family that is nothing but the kindest and nicest on this or any other planet...I will continue to enjoy this place as "my own" Steve

Their food is fine, but unless you are one of their regulars you will be treated horribly. We tried to like this place and all three times we went the service was horrible and they gave up the table we called and reserved ahead of time to their regulars. There are definitely better places... Their food is not THAT good...

Great place in the neighborhood for special family dinners. Theres something on the menu even the pickiest kid will like, and the atmosphere is friendly and fairly casual while at the same time still retaining some elegance.

Some of the best Italian cuisine I have had in a long time and very friendly staff. The pasta trio is excellent as is the chicken parm. Everything I have had on my multiple visits has been very appetizing!

Great Food, nice atmosphere, friendly people. They take a little long because its not fast food. You are supposed to enjoy yourself while waiting for food to come...real european experience.
