We eat outside often due to busy work schedule. This restaurant has been one of our favorite places to eat both because of its good food and proximity to our workplace. Couple months ago quality of service started to decline down a horrific level. Today was the last drop making us hate this place not to come back again. In the last 4-5 times we visited this restaurant, consistently, we needed to track down somebody to come to the table and get the orders after 20 minutes of sitting around for no acknowledgement. Another 15 minutes after that we received water to drink and only after another half hour later we were able to get our food. Even asking for the check has proven to be difficult. We were told one time that the "waitress was new", another time "they are so busy they cant take care of our table" etc. Not surprisingly we tipped them next to nothing as a feed-back to their terrible service. Today the manager lady (she told us herself) told us we are welcome to order to go but "nobody wants to serve our table" because we dont tip at all and they "work for 2 dollars for an hour". This happened after us dining at this location dozens of times (both for lunch and dinner) and tipping well after receiving good service. She told us last time she "took care" of our table and the restaurant was so busy and she did her best (I guess in her terms not coming around the table for 20-30 mins straight is doing the best) and we didnt leave any tip. What happened at the end is that they lost a common customer with the way they handled the situation that arose rightfully after their mistake. The food is honestly good in this restaurant with a variety of options (and prices are ok too). However, no food in this world that you PAY to eat justifies this kind of a terrible customer service. I dont recommend this place to eat, and in my opinion they need to replace the whole staff to make this place work as it should.

Save your money and go to Fresco. I was there on Saturday night and watch a horrific scene with the waitress unfold. She was screaming that a table stiffed her she shouted that on a bill that was less than $300 she was given a tip of 55 dollars. So I estimate the tip was at least 18% OR HIGHER depending on how much less than $300 the bill was. It was a horrible display. Meanwhile my service was less then mediocre and the food was not very good. I did see a woman from another table approach the hostess and tell her that they were unprofessional and ruining our dinners. I then had to listen to the hostess try to absolve herself from the situation even thought he woman clearly said she would call the owner and did not want to discuss it in the restaurant in front of other patrons. Finally the woman said that after her many many years as a patron she would no longer be coming back and would be spending her dollars at Fresco that is when it hit me. Why wouldnt we all just choose a classy restaurant like Fresco with amazing service and delightful food. Why was I wasting my time in a place where the wait staff can barely be bothered to serve you and then to add to the poor service they dare to judge how much you tip???? Although this was only my second time in this restaurant I will not be going back. The gnocchi was dry, the potatoes were cold and dried out, my drink was the wrong one and this place thinks they can judge patrons based on their tips. My guess is that waitress deserved a lot less then she got.

I really keep having high hopes for this place, but......again, My $15 chicken entre came with disappointment. What it was - 1) a 1/2 breast real thin chicken, like "fifty cents worth", it came with a bit of very-very-very thin sauce on it that had no decernable chunks of anything in it. (It was supposed to be "Marsala" but the server probably brought me the "picata" which maybe doubles as marsala when it is busy there... but schmoobed me over when I mentioned it tasted wrong (lemony?!) ...and way later when I was finally "checked" on late in meal. 2) this mysterious chicken entre came with GOOD roasted potatoes & some weird sautéed kale, blech!. 3) Very nice but abandoning & Meager service, the place is big but no one is really watching you if you want anything after you order... At the same time, I also ordered a $13 little pizza that was "tasty" but doughy & flat tasting, & not made with much skillful aplumb. I was not offered or brought any of that side tasty bread at all. My Entre came with no salad or soup either. I ordered their best (but tired) glass of Melbec and left half of it. I spent over $40 for one person and left fairly unsatisfied. I wish the place would offer more value, both in food and service. It is clean & local and just an attitude shift and a few mushrooms in the marsala and adding some value in their dishes & service would be appropriate.

Poor service! food was bland and not anything to boast about, busy as we dined on a Saturday night, understaffed! When we needed to complain about the food and non refilled drinks we actually had to go retrieve our server! Saturday comes once a week people and yes people go out for dinner! After multiple issues with the service and the unresolved food problems we were fed up with the place! so we graciously asked for the check. this was 2 hours in by now and just wanted to leave. He returned with a un-split check as we had just asked him to split it 5 min prior, and presto, another 20 min! Obviously this restaurant is mismanaged and has poor organization. while we were waiting for the proper check I decided to seek a manager with no resolve! I was told there was NO manager on duty! as the gal up front asked if she could help however as i explained the disappointment of the evening she just wanted to make excuses for the waiter and offered no resolutions. Our party would have been very understanding if some kind of resolve was rendered, however we wont be returning. Find another place to eat if you want to be waited on and served properly, this place seems just not to care!

Great food is of no help when the service is poor. The restaurant had only about 6 tables occupied on a Tues. night. We ordered wine, which was excellent, but it took 15-20 min. to get it. It only had to be poured, right? I was almost going to cancel it because it took so long. The wait staff did not look busy at all. Then we had no time to savor it because our appetizer came out 1 min. later. Then seriously, 30 sec. later a different waitress brought our main course. My husband did tell them he was not happy about that. So the question is, is the problem with the wait staff or is the kitchen having a timing issue. The food was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious to eat. I dont mind waiting for hand prepared food. The problem was all in the timing and it definitely needs work. Hopefully, the owners read these reviews. I would go again and again if the timing of getting our drinks and different courses was improved upon. We had the filet mignon carpaccio, pear ravioli, pesto gnocchi, and a margherita pizza for 3 of us and it was all delicious.
