I have eaten a LOT of Chinese food over the years, and its always the same. You know if you get Orange Chicken at one place, it will taste like all the rest usually. This place isnt like that. The Orange Chicken has garlic in it, which makes for a very nice combination. The rice noodles are my most favorite thing, and I could eat them every day. The owners are very nice people, and I enjoy eating there. Ive eaten inside, and its clean. I mostly get take out, which is always fast and extremely hot and made to order. The food isnt deep fried like a lot of Chinese restaurants have. It makes it so much juicier and tasty. They used to deliver, which I loved, but now that they dont deliver, I think I buy it more often. Im not sure why that is. Its close to my house, which is a plus. I could eat at this place every day for lunch or dinner. The House Wonton soup is the best soup we have ever had. We get 2 large orders so my husband can take some to work the next day for lunch. I rarely write reviews for restaurants unless they really sucked, but it was about time after years of eating here that I wrote a review and a very good one at that. You wont be disappointed.

This restaurant is now called Chinese Kitchen. It is located by the Wal-Mart Grocery store in Layton and is a great place for take-out. The BBQ is excellent (ask for a sample), the Rice Bowl is great for a hearty lunch (only $3.99), and the Family Dinner is fantastic--only $24.99 for a huge meal of Lo Mein, Fried Rice, 4 egg rolls, and pick your favorite three large entrees. A great price, with plenty of leftovers for the next day. The vegetables taste very fresh, the food is piping hot. A great place to eat!

I went ate there last friday .The tables were dirty I had to wipe down my own table. I ordered vegetables w shrimp , bbq pork and rice. IMO not enough shrimp literarly had like 3-4 shrimps and the bbq pork portion was way to small. After i got my food i went back to ask for chilli sauce and and chop stick . But before i could even ask the short asian lady at the front just walked again completly ignoring me and she also had a bad attitude

I go here waaaaay too often. They are that good. Unlike some place like Panda Express, they do not have your food waiting under a heat lamp for hours. They make it in the back fresh to order most of the time. The staff are friendly and can help you find something yummy from their menu. You can get something fresh and hot for lunch for around $5. (Like one of their bowls with chicken and veg over rice.)

Being an avid Panda Express fan, Ill admit I was a bit skeptical to try something new. I am sure glad I found this little place! The food is made to order unlike Panda where it sits in steam trays for most of the day. The food was extremely fresh and delicious and the service was exceptional. Try it! Youll be surprised at the quality and price and in return youre helping support your local community.

Was in town from Idaho with the fam. Looked for Chinese food and loved the reviews so decided to give it a try. It was AWESOME! We havent had Chinese food this good since we lived in Alaska (Alaska has amazing food). The people will firm but kind. They know whats good, just let them do their thing and you will not be disappointed. We all will definitely be going back when we come through.

This place is the best. Kenny and Tony are the cooks there and they are always happy to see you. They are very busy but always find time to talk with you. You are not just a customer but a friend to them. I love the lo mein and hot and spicy soup there. The other food there is great too. I just buy the lo mein and hot and spicy soup like very day.

Service was terrible. Waited 30 mins for our food to be done when there was no one inside. Food was fresh, but had no flavor. We ordered the jalapeno chicken, kung pow chicken and broccoli beef. Both chickens tasted the same, the broccoli beef was like rubber. And the chow mein and fried rice had no flavor at all. Never going back.

This just became our favorite Chinese place. Worth any drive you may have! We got the generals chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and chicken vegetable. All 3 were amazing, especially the chicken vegetable. Amazing noodles. We are used to incredible Chinese food in Seattle and this place is a contender! Come! Great prices too.

The lady that works there is so awesome she says that if you work hard you need to eat hard. Then she brought up me and my coworker at third entree at no extra charge. That lady is so funny if you dont know what you want to eat when you call for your order she will say hurry, I busy. Best!!

Great service, food, and price. They greet everyone that comes into the door and your food is made fresh with generous portions for a great price. Its hard for me to go to any other Chinese place now that these guys came to town.

If you want authentic Chinese food then this place is your last stop. You could special order your Chinese food different from the menu, just ask the cashier lady of what you want and how you like it. Fast, Fresh and Authentic.

Panda express im sorry but if this restaurant got bigger it would put you out of business. Very cheap and great portion size but most of all cooked fresh. The people who work there are very friendly and always remember regulars.

I really like the food here. Its a good deal for the money, and the food tastes great. Like one other reviewer mentioned, the place is not that much to look at, but the food and service is great!

Their Orange Chicken, Sweet & Sour Pork, rice noodles, and eggs rolls are all so tasty! Quick, cheap, and yummy. Their food has much more flavor than most Chinese restaurants in the area.

This is by far the best Chinese food I have ever tasted. It is like home cooking without all the fillers (msg, and other additives). Prices are very affordable for well prepared fare.

Decent Americanized Chinese food in this area, the BBQ pork is one of the better choices to get here, the lady in the front will usually steamroll you when it comes to ordering.

Very friendly people, as soon as we came in the woman behind the counter made us feel right at home. Portions were nice and big and decently priced. Great atmosphere.

I ordered shrimp fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. The rice was dry with no taste. The shrimp tasted tainted. The woman that took my order was rude and short.
