This was a pretty solid experience for being basically the only brunch shop in town on a Sunday. Breakfast is incredibly filling, service is friendly. Mirror Lake Diner used to be the Yolk many moons ago. I remember the food being alright when it was a different restaurant but I hadnt been into the new spot until recently. This is Kamas, and the dining options are limited. If you dont want a burger and fries on Sunday, youre probably heading to Mirror Lake Diner. That being said, youre probably making a good choice as well. I ordered the Greek omelet with egg whites. I subbed out the sides and got sliced tomatoes instead. I also ordered a side of bacon because bacon and because protein. The omelet was a pretty good size and was stuffed with spinach, tomatoes, feta and olives. It was not too large but enough to leave me full. With some salt, the tomatoes were on point. And the bacon? It was just the right amount of crispy but also meaty, but not too meaty and undercooked that it just flops on your plate. The servers here are really personable and friendly. It seems like pretty much everybody knows everyone else here which is a pleasant atmosphere. Prices can be a little steep but are typical of a standard brunch place. The omelet was $11. Would totally come back for breakfast!

Their food was excellent, I got their french dip with hand cut fries and it was fantastic. I also had some of their coffee and it was smooth, some of my favorite coffee Ive had. However, their service was not so good. It was as though they had completely forgotten about us (my boyfriend and I). We were there for a little over 2 hours and we watched 2 or 3 groups of people be seated, served, and leave during our time there. Im really hoping this was just a one time thing because Id really love to go back and give this place another try, but I live in Salt Lake so coming here is a bit of a drive for me.

Best food in Kamas! We have been twice now, and both times had a great experience. The portions are just right, the prices are good, and they also are really quick with getting stuff out. Also, unlike most diners, they have a snacks menu with a few light options and sides if you arent too hungry. I recommend the sweet potato fries. They are so crispy and flavorful; better than any Ive ever had. Also, we noticed a person in the booth behind us was having car trouble, and while he waited for help, he was given free coffee and dessert. Perfect for a quick but high quality stop!

A great find! Im glad that this diner I open until 1600 Sun-Thu and 2100 the rest if the days. I had the Know BS (Bobs Skillet), an excellent combination of fried eggs, crispy hash browns, fried onions and sausage. I got some *excellent* gravy to take the meal to another level. Great stuff. The meal came with a pancake as well. Raegan had a cheeseburger with fries and a very good Utah get sauce. Our server was very friendly, the food was put fast and hot. Altogether a great meal experience.

Delicious breakfast, had biscuits and gravy, biscuits were crisp outside and moist inside, not many places can do it to perfection like these were baked. Gravy was fantastic as well as the fried side of potatoes. Havent had such a good breakfast from a resturaunt in a very long time. Kids macaroni and cheese was the perfect temperature when placed on our table, not scalding hot as we have encountered at many restaurants. Facilities were very clean and comfortable.

Diner in the Name, Upscale Bistro Food on the Table. Also, they do healthy here. They accommodated the Fish of the Day, fresh trout, to my dietary needs. Vegetable sides were fresh and inspired. Places like this are why I love traveling around the USA and eating at new places! Wish we had one in my hometown. Dont worry if youre into the classic diner eats. They do that, and do it well. My food server Jessica was efficient and sweet as they come.

Good service. Probably the best traditional breakfast in the Park City or Heber Valley area (or if you are heading to the national forest). Worth the drive. Quality pancakes and waffles (which are hard to find in Utah). Decent diner coffee. Restroom. Lunch menu too. Wheelchair accessible. Outdoor seating is an option. Takes credit cards including Amex. Parking is small but free street parking is available. Free WiFi.

They take care of you here The cook knows what hes doing! The steak may sound a little expensive but work every penny!! Was perfect not a spot of fat and soft! Not chewy or hard at all!!! Nice rare steak! The food here is amazing you have to stop in!

My wife isnt a diner fan so I stopped here with my boys on the way home from camping. Mirror Lake Diner is exactly what I want in a diner. The atmosphere is comfortable with a touch of class due to the decor and beautiful artwork. We were all pleased with our breakfast meals for our lunch. The service was kind, personable, and efficient. This was our first time here and we will stop by again.

Good vibe in the restaurant, you can tell the owner cares about the place. Our server was nice and efficient, even when she had 4 or 5 other tables. Our food was great, I had an awesome omelet with feta cheese and olives. Our server also gave us huge to go coffee cups which i didnt expect but really really appreciated. If we are driving by in the mornings we will definitely stop by.

Fast friendly service...I wish I remembered our servers name, she was awesome and extremely efficient even though it was busy. Taller, dark hair, cheerful, not anorexic ;) ;)...our kinda server!!! The food was delicious as always and keeps us full for hours while we hunted!!! Thank you for always keeping our tummies satisfied and our spirits up

Excellent quality food with attention to detail and ingredients; definitely a cut above what you would expect in a smaller town like Kamas. This is Park City quality at a Kamas price (very reasonable). Delicious, with good portions. You will be glad you stopped, and I look forward to my next meal there.

You cant go wrong with deciding to go to the Mirror Lake Diner nor can you choose a bad meal. Fresh ingredients and larger than expected portions. Definitely a must before heading further up to the Unitas to play in the mountains. The owner is great and very friendly, well liked by the community.
