Not a show stopper by any means, but not the worst. Interesting burger toppings. We stopped in for lunch and it took roughly 35 minutes to get our food. I had gotten the "Rusty Trombone" which features an onion ring, provolone, and chili on a paddy w/ the normal burger toppings: onion, lettuce, and tomato. With a side of tater tots and with just water, my meal came out to roughly 12 dollars. The ground beef seemed to be a generic ground beef, not really contributing to the flavor. The bun was lame-as-hell, just a white bun that seemed to be covered in grease--not flavor. My burger seemed to be sitting for a while as my bun was soggy as it reached my table and the onion ring had lost its crunch before I got to enjoy it. Overall, a mid-range burger that might be a little overpriced that takes a bit more time, but Im not the burger police so try it yourself. In contrast, the service was friendly and a little less than attentive with our refills. But Ive never been afraid to ask, so it wasnt a problem. On a side note, I grabbed a fry off some of my companys plate and it was fantastic. Definitely would get them over the tots. Final verdict: Not worth breaking a diet for, but definitely a late night stop after a night on the town.

Lindy’s Diner is a fun burger joint located in Tucson, Arizona. Lindy’s is known as much for massive burgers as it is for innovative and creative concoctions. The Blue Suede cow is one of Lindy’s most innovative burgers featuring peanut butter, bacon, pepper jack, lettuce, tomato, and onion. At first reaction I thought that peanut butter on a burger was little weird. However, the creaminess, sweetness, and nuttiness pair quite well with beef. The pepper jack cheese adds some interesting seasoning to the burger and was not something I would not have picked, but having experience it I would say it is a must. The bun and beef were second to the peanut butter, bacon and cheese. Overall, the Blue Suede cow is a very enjoyable menu item. Compared to the best burgers I’ve had the bun and beef fall a little short, but the flavor packed punch of Lindy’s burger and their fun sides makes them something you have to try.

Some friends and i went here after class for lunch. The place wasnt too packed yet, but we were still there for an hour and a half. It took forever for the food to come out. Our waiter was absolutely terrible. He would just stand there and stare at us like we were stupid when we were ordering, and was just in general really rude to us. There was one server in there that took better care of us than our own server did. He brought us stuff that our waiter forgot and refilled our drinks. After our server saw the other guy bring us stuff, he finally came over and asked if we had everything (lke 20 min after we got our food). The burger was great but the fries are really nothing special either. Oh yeah and if you want seperate checks, make sure you do the math on it yourself otherwise they refuse to do it.

Im not usually a hamburger person but this place is a hamburger joint. It was an amazing hamburger, the gift that kept on giving in fact. I ate so much I could barely walk when I left there. I had the shrooming cow. Delisicious ave the some. My boyfriend had the Texas Belt buster. And thats what mine was too. Glad it wasnt worrying about. The food was fantastic not one of us at our table of 6 how to issue. The kids love their corn dogs and french fries. My only feedback would be serviced. We were there for a very long long time. Also I wouldnt ever recommend the margarita. The waitress thought to put orange juice in it because it added something something. I have to be honest it didnt add anything it took away. Keep my margarita simple. This is a HAMBURGER place, not a hangout for drinks.

OMG!! What a rip off! [Takeout Order 30 minute wait and not busy] ]Husband and I ordered two burgers. Really simple stuff. Patty,( med rare) egg, chili. Bacon. No bun No lettuce ect. What I got was an overcooked burger. one oz. Of chili. "Literally one tablespoon" one slice bacon that was dry and tasteless just like the burger and a box full of lettuce! What about NO lettuce dont they understand? Other burger was almost the same. Either way they charged us for all additional add ons at $1.25 a pop. Total Bill two pattys and minimal dry toppings. $30.00 !!! It became dog food for our dog as it was really disgusting. We have learned from our mistake. Never again! Super pricey not good. Stay away!!!

Came to Tucson for work and went out for a night on the town, 4th Ave of course. We got to Lindys around 8pm and there was around a 10 minute wait. We found a table outside and after ordering it took about 20 mins to get the burgers. My oh my, it was AMAZING! Probably the best burger patty Ive ever tasted. I had the mac and cheese burger. Great stuff! I was stuffed and had not even touched the fries yet. Speaking of that, a side order of fries is enough to feed 4 people!! By the time we finished eating, the place was packed and there was a long wait. As we ate, passersby, in cars and on foot, were all pointing and cheering on Lindys! Just goes to show what a staple it is. Wish I could come back soon!

FILTHY, poor service, iced tea tastes like water. Great Hawaii Five-O burger, great onion rings. r. I made a trip to the ladies room. No hand towels, a bottle of plain of plain dish soap, the hot water was barely warm, I wondered about the waitresses and how sanitary their hands are. I had to pass the kitchen and I cringed at the filth and felt sick about what I may have just eaten. BUT the worst part was having to hear BLARING rap music the entire time, I must have heard the F word 120 times every 4 minutes. This is FOURTH AVENUE people, you know, RETRO as in cool music like the Beatles, Stones, etc. I had to listen to foul crap through my entire meal BLASTING in my ears. I wont be back, trust me.

GREAT FOOD/AWFUL SERVICE! They will NOT do SEPERATE CHECKS Even though they have really amazing burgers I must say I was PRETTY ticked off when at the end of our meal I requested our 2 seperate checks 1 for us and 1 for the other couple with us and the waiter simply pointed to a sign that read something along the lines of "we dont do math so dont ask us about seperate checks" so my husband paid for everyones meal! Its terrible!!! Do they only hire MORONS? What do they mean they cant do math? Heck now-a-days machines do the math for you! Goodness! I was so angry!!! So be ready to pay it all on one bill and also I agree that this place isnt the most sanitary. Overall, great food ...POOR SERVICE.

Let me be clear, most of the BURGERS here are 5/5 SUPER DELICIOUS, but the quality of SERVICE STINKS. I have a had a couple really good experiences here, the Blue Baller is really delicious and the onion rings here are some of the best ive ever had and on that occasion the service was okay because we were all on the same check and our waitress/waiter was pleasant enough. However the last time I was there the burger I order the "Ninja" was way too overwhelming and i didnt like it at all(it was also cold!). But worst of all our waitress was incredibly rude and snobby and virtually all of the staff were incapable of doing simple math. Some of the stupidest waiting staff I have seen in my life.
