I just got some coupons from Pei Wei and they were a great deal, $10 off of $20. If it was any other restaurant Id probably use them, but I just threw them in the trash because I went there when they first opened up at the Casas Adobes center and vowed to never go there again. I just realized I never wrote a review on that but when I saw those coupons my blood pressure went up because Im still pissed about how they treated us over 5 years ago. Must have been at least 5 years because the my kids were little. Geez, Id like them to realize how much business theyve lost due to one rude employee. You see we went there when they were new and it was busy and we were tired and hungry and the kids were fighting. Rather than drag the kids over and all of us stand in line with kids hanging off of us one of us went to order and the other sat down and got the kids situated. I dont remember exactly what happened but they basically yelled at us for doing this saying that we couldnt sit until we had ordered! I was incensed. I think I basically told them I wasnt moving and we ate our food anyway. It was mediocre at best and I remember thinking that the place was all hype and no substance. Anyway, this place sucks. Go next door to Chipotle, which is AWESOME! I think Ive eaten there a thousand times and had maybe one complaint.

I just walked out of the restaurant at Ina and Oracle. I was standing in the to-go line ready to order and watched as I was ignored in favor of the line for eating in. I watched the cashiers take people in the other line who came up to the register after I had already been standing there. I watched the people in the other line come up and see me standing there and instead of saying I think she is next they just ordered ahead of me. So I said, if you are going to ignore me, I am leaving, and I left.

I eat the pad Thai here a few times a month. The ingredients are fresh and correct, but the sauce is more sweet and salty and no fish flavor that youd expect from a Thai restaurant. That said, I go here for that dish because its good on its own, not because its Thai.

I feel like dishes have become a bit watered down for the American palate. Seems to me that they had fewer, slightly more authentic, less sugary dishes before. Veggies are crispy and delicious. Tofu and rice are perfect. Next time Ill get a no sauce dish.

Amazing food, from savory almost comfort style Asian stir fry (orange rind and teriyaki) to perfectly balanced spicy heat. Ive gotten almost everything on the menu at least once; the portions are two meals and the food is quickly out of the kitchen.

I like the food but the wait is too long. I ordered online and got there just prior to the time stated. Its not extremely busy in the restaurant but the take out is busy. It is now over five minutes and Im still waiting...

Pretty much your typical Pei Wei. Clean, fast and good food. THIS location, however, has a PIRATE THEME! Just kidding, it totally doesnt have a pirate theme. Which kinda makes you wonder...

Ordered sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. It came with no sweet and sour sauce and steamed rice. Worse Chinese food Ive ever eaten. First and last time Ill ever eat at a Pei Wei.
