This was my worst experience with an Ihop ever! Came in and waited, but never got seated so we seated ourselves. A waitress kept walking past us and staring at us but never once came over to help us. After awhile my s/o got fed up and went to speak with the manager to ask him for help. Manager told him we were seated on a side of the restaurant where there were no waitresses and when he asked if the manager could seat us at a table where we could get service the manager told him no, that we could do it ourselves. We promptly left after that and will never be back. Youve lost a customer for good due to awful service and a lack of care for the people that come in!

Had to get blood work this morning so I was hungry and IHOP seem to be the place to want to go service was very slow food was adequate pancakes were cold even though we were told we were waiting on a pancake to be cooked had a gift card to use but their gift card machine was not working which one I work in retail there were lots of other ways to do that for you have to disappoint a customer unfortunately we do have to go back but I will not go back to this particular location I will drive out of my way to go to a different one wishing there was a Dennys close by because I really liked the Dennys service and their food up off of Swisher in Corinth,

If I could leave no stars I would. Hostess couldnt be bothered to abandon Facebook to greet us, waiter greeted us and told us to wait while he cleared a table for us. After a five minute wait we were led to our wet table. After another ten minutes during which we witnessed waitresses complaining about which of them were responsible for us, we decided to leave after our waitress looked over her shoulder while arguing with another waitress and said " I dont give a F&%k!" Well I did and I refuse to ever go there again.... what a shame people like her have jobs when I know better people without one.

Went to this nasty place at 8pm looking for a variety on the menu. My fam and I were never greeted, never told to sit here or there. Blondie waitress literally dropped all our menus and silverware in mid air on top of the table and left quickly. We fired her and asked for another. Amira, our waitress, was awesome and patient as my family had plenty of requests. Poor girl, but we did tip well. Sorry pissed off blondie who didnt get the tip. Heres a tip, smile. Youll get further.

Average. Eating around 12a, and the staff were goofing off and loud in the kitchen that I could hear the person seated across from me. First and only IHOP Ive been to that was this chaotic and wreckless. Young waitress didnt bother to check on our table and ignored my friend & I. She worked better at goofing off. We left disappointed as manager had no regard and control of staff in the restaurant.

Awesome place , I go here with my wife and in-laws; who they know by name, as he loves this place lol. Always had great service and food. If your on a restricted diet such as Keto or low Carb just watch the eggs , they have panvake batter in them. I usually get the philly steak sandwhich and toss the bun. If your not sure ask a wait staff member for help they will help you.

Went to IHOP tonight. On Christmas day the place was packed and the kitchen was backed up. Mentioned to our waitress that I had to leave in 45 mins to get to work. She had the kitchen rush our order so I could eat. Ive never had a bad experience at this location and tonight just put it over the top.

We arrived at this IHOP at 10:25pm. We actually are still sitting here waiting on part of the order that came at 11:19pm. I am so frustrated! I get that its tough with a weekend crowd but then hire more employees on one of the busiest nights of the week. This is pathetic!

Best IHOP in the area. I never have to wait for a table and the food is always just as I ordered it. The staff is friendly (unlike some other locations) and they keep the hot coffee coming. What more can you ask for? Oh, and try the Chicken Florentine Crepes. A-MAZ-ING.

One word:Horrible. I mean the service. The food is alwys 4 or 5*. The waitress took 1 hour to bring out our drinks. And 2 hours for food. Even the people who got there AFTER us got their food first! I will never go to that IHOP again.

Even for IHOP the service is awful. Called in an order, 20 minutes later when I got there it had not even been started yet. I could understand if it was busy but there were maybe 10 customers in the restaurant

Being a Vet, its upsetting to see low star rating just because they dont give discounts to vets. Crazy entitlement from so called heroes, right? Good food, and its what you should expect if you go to IHOP.

Yesterday I went to IHOP at 11:00pm. Some white trash lady was serving us. She was super slow and we waited 1 hour and our food still wasnt out. So then me and my family just walked out.

The server didnt listen to my me on how i wanted to pay for the meal and when the server already agreed to go with it. She then let my brother pay which still pisses me off to this day.

When we arrived all the staff was in the back, we had go to the kitchen to get someone to seat us. The work area was full of trash so was the Mens restroom.
