I came to order my daughter and i lunch at 12 45 pm. After 3 minutes of waiting at the speaker to order they told me the wrong window to pay. Then after cracking that and having to back up to the first window not the second pulled up to the pickup window and receive my drinks. They did not have ice in either drink and after receiving the drinks the lady said have a nice day and close the window without giving me my food. I stayed there obviously looking at the window and Im guessing she realized then I did not have my food and I saw that she just smiled about it. After waiting for another 3 minutes which feels like a long time in the drive thru I was asked to pull forward and wait again period I could see clearly that they had at least 8 people working which seems to be a wise choice at a busy location. I then waited roughly another three minutes to receive my food and the gentleman was kind enough to replace my drinks with drinks with ice in them after asking. The location friendly enough however efficiency might be in the order. The line in the drive thru was quite long and the line inside did not seem like it was much of an issue. Perhaps some attention needs to be given.

I work close by this location and eat here at least 3-4 times a month on the inside for my lunch. I can recommend this location over many others because the staff here is so nice and never huffs or complains about a order. The food is always hot and their patty melt Is to die for (without onions!). If you dine in they always bring your food to you promptly with the condiment tray so you dont have to get up. Its wonderful. Overall the inside is kept clean and tidy, one has to remember that the building itself is old and has been around for years. sometimes durning the lunch hour the sweet tea dispenser will be out simply because they are so busy takeing orders, but they will come refill it if you ask. This is my favorite location if I eat whataburger ever, and I always recommend anyone try atleast once at this location!

The service was absolutely terrible in the second drive thru lane. I was about ready to leave before an employee came to take my money. From beginning to end it took probably 20 minutes at minimum. My burger was not at all warm like it couldve sat under the warmer until it was served (Unsure what the delay was for my order since the cars in the first lane got their orders much more quickly than me). I could taste onion juice like they did initially put onions on then took them off. The sprite had no syrup, so it was carbonation with a hit of lemon and lime. Overall I wouldnt come back due to the little haste in the orders whether it was taking them, taking the cash or getting it to me.

Just went here, and it was terrible! Our buns were hard, and the meat was hard. Our burgers have obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. As much as we pay for our food, at least we could get a soft bun! The frys were halfe-way decent, but it doesnt make up for the price we paid and now having to go spend money to eat again. Also, I get trying to push new stuff and be good with customer service! Much appreciated on the customer service! But does the person in drive thru really have to have THAT LONG of a spiel? By the time she was done, Couldnt hardly remember what I came for. Today someone needs to get on top of yalls fast food skills!

Went there this morning and got a number 21 with sausage. The bread was hard and old, my egg was basically burned. And the hash browns were cold. All of my food was sitting there, none of my food was cooked to order. Tried to eat my breakfast on a bunch but was just to old to eat. Threw it away and went to Burger King and paid for a second morning meal. At least from burger King it was hot and I could eat it. I love whataburger and have been to this one a lot but this morning they were just off .guess Ill go to the one on Duncanville road next time!

I usually come during the night hours because they are one of the few places open late at night. Every trip Ive had, I have to at least wait a minute before someone comes up to take my order, even though you see plenty of people working and talking behind the counter. The food takes longer than normal to come out, and its not as if it has any special flavor or anything about it. The inside is usually clean and the condiments are well stocked. Other than that theres nothing special that would keep me as a customer.

Ordered, paid $20.95, waited 22 minutes to be exact, everyone else that came after us got their food. My mom asked for her money back, & told a different woman we waited 20 minutes, & the girl who took our order said "it aint been no 20 minutes." It took everything in my soul not to jump the counter and beat her ass. Christina is her name I believe. Just rude. Plus they gave us no number and no receipt, gave our food to someone else. Dont go here, unless youre trying to see your mama be disrespected.

I normally love whataburger and go there at least once a week. However, lately they have been struggling. They have new, younger workers who cant take orders at the drive thru very well and/or make change. The biggest problem today is I ordered 3 kids meals got home only to find out none of them had chicken in them. I totally understand growing pains and weeding thru good and bad workers but the last month has been ridiculous and they need to get it together.

I like Whataburger and been to several, it was clean and the service was friendly as expected, however the wait-time was way too long for fast food. Got off thinking that eating-in would be faster since the drive-thru line was long, but that was not the case, waited 30 min for our food and by the time we got it it was warm, not hot, would have sent it back, however, we were in a hurry. Will not come to this Whataburger again if we are in a hurry.

We frequently go to this location for breakfast and lunch. We get food for the whole shop. I do not normally give reviews, let alone bad ones. Last week we got breakfast for everyone. The taquitos are drenched in what I can assume is water and mine had a spider in it. If you want to know how a taquito should be, visit the lication in Duncanville. Sad to say that after 5yrs of visiting this store I will no longer.

Ive been here twice and both times I was moderately impressed. The first time I ordered a Jr. Whataburger with bacon and cheese. It tasted alright. The fries were cold which didnt help the experience. The second time I went here, they screwed up a LOT on my order and again the food tasted so so, nothing to brag about.
