They may steal from you. I took my mother out to breakfast last week at this IHOP. I paid for the meals, but my mother insisted on paying the tip, leaving close to a 30% tip on the table in cash. I paid by credit card, and when they gave me the receipt to sign I didnt leave a tip since the server had already received one. The next day I just happened to check my bank statement, and see the charge from the restaurant was higher then the one on the receipt. As it turns out, the amount they charged me was EXACTLY 20% higher than my bill. Whoever processed the credit card, took it upon themselves to add an additional tip to my bill, even after we had already left them a more than generous tip. Be careful when going to this restaurant, your server or whoever processes the credit card transactions has the power and has shown the willingness to add too your bill without your knowledge. We spoke to a manager, who was indeed very sorry and refunded us the amount. Though I wonder how many times this has happened before without the customer being aware of this, because it is a relatively small amount.

I had a terrible experience for the second and last time. It had been a year since my last bad visit so I figured Id give them another chance. The place was pretty much empty and it took 20 min just for someone to take our drink order. When the food finally came the dropped half my meal on the floor and forgot my daughters meal all together. With a promise to get me the other half of my meal, which didnt happen, they did get around to brining out my daughters. Speaking of waiting, a request for ketchup took 10 min. I wouldnt even attempt a drink refill, I would have become dehydrated WAITING. Youre starting to see a pattern arent you. When it was time to leave they had the bill so jacked up that they wanted me to pay $11.50 for my five year olds meal alone. Then they had the nerve to say there wasnt anything they could do. The manager was little to no help. Such a disorganized and unmotivated staff, they might as well have all been high at least then they would of had an excuse. Pathetic.

My son ordered chocolate milk with his kids meal. It had the most horrid taste! It wasnt spoiled. It had a weird burnt, chemical taste. I always make it a point to ask the kids how their drinks, meals, etc are as a way to teach them social skills. On this particular day my son said,"mom, can I please get something else? It tastes super badly." Anywho I ask if he just wants a different glass of chocolate milk because he LOVES chocolate milk. At the same time, Im reaching for his cup to taste it. I take a swig and *.* it was just as Id described above. We let the server know and said she might want to try it as it was REALLY bad. Her response? Hmmphf...strange, we just changed it. I have a feeling it wasnt tasted again. I dont know where or why the milk tasted that way but we did leave hoping our son wasnt poisoned. Hes ok so he wasnt. But it was scary. My son now refuses to go back to IHOP because of said instance. He did enjoy it before :(

Horrible experience! The food was good, but we left ticked off. We arrived at 11:07 am we were seated at 11:12 not bad at all. At 11:30 we got our drinks (after having to ask the host staff for help) we ordered our meal and 30 minutes later I had to flag down a manager asking where our food was (there were tables who were seated after us who had eaten and left while we were waiting.) Finally our food arrived (an omelet, pancakes, a platter and chicken fingers with fries.) It was hot off the line so that was a plus. When we left wed been there for an hour and a half. The manager gave us a 20% discount not nearly enough as far as Im concerned (50% may have been better.) It was a bad meal out as far as we were concerned. I dont see us going back anytime in the near future.

We came around 9am on July 4. We were seated by a nice black man right by his stand and he assured us our waitress would stop by soon. 10 minutes passed by, he walked by and asked if we had been helped, we said no. He went back to find the waitress, then he came and we ordered our drinks. He brought them to us and said he found our waitress and she would be here soon. Another 5 - 10 minutes passed with no sight of the waitress. He came and took our order and apologized for the inconvenience. A short time later, our waitress delivered our food with hardly a word and she was never seen again. If that nice black man hadnt of served us we would have walked out. Needless to say the waitress wont be getting a tip but he will.

Arrived 11:30 ish before the noon rush we hoped. Seated less than 5 minutes after walking in. Waitress seemed rushed ... seemed like they were understaffed. Took a while for her to bring get us coffee and water even longer to refill butler. Took our order ... finally got food hour after arriving ... Waitress said they had a big group of 16 people on other side ... only half of the tables on side we were sitting were occupied. We werent in a rush but there were some people next to us that left cause they had to leave but had told waitress they had to go. Food was good though. Would give them another chance. 8

I wouldnt actually know what the food tastes like because I walked out before ever getting seated. My two children and I were overlooked by the host because of the approximation of where we were standing in the "please wait to be seated" area. So instead of seating us, he took the next group of people whod just walked in the door. When he came back I asked if we were being ignored and he said "No, you were standing over there." pointing to a donation display. The lack of communication, awareness and clarification on this mans part makes me very sad and I would *never* eat there nor recommend this place to anyone.

Our experience last Saturday 9/20 was very unpleasant. We had a party of 8 meeting at 10:00, and one of our gals were there at 9:45 to get a table and we still waited 45 minutes to be seated. Guests were from out of town and one has MS so it was hard for her to sit on those benches out front. Party of 5 walked in way after we did and was seated in 5 minutes in a table for 8. We felt we were being discrimated against for whatever reason. When our food came it was luke warm. So we are not having a repeat visit at your restaurant. We get together once a week.

If youre looking for a fresh early morning breakfast, this place is the spot to find yourself. I like how clean the place is n how good the food taste. My only problem is the shortage of staff.you will wait longer before someone can take your order so that means, if you were dying with hunger, you will have to be patient. But overall the few staff there are friendly and always serviceable. I will still recommend this place.
