Really enjoyed getting the food here, until recently when I got a taco 12 pack that had every taco 1/3 to half way filled. Really disappointing. Brought it up to the manager today, showed him the pictures, and really just acted like he didnt care. Gave no apologies or anything like that. Just walked away with an ok. This was one of several things that has happened over time, but this is the last straw. If the manager doesnt care, how am I to expect his employees to care as well? Im sure they wont miss my money, but Im not going to give business to a place that doesnt care about the quality of their product.

Food is typical fast food Mexican - which is OK. My problem is a small one, but very irritating because it happens about 50% of the time if I utilize the drive-through. They ALWAYS ask if you want hot sauce, but only give it to me about half the time. Yeah, I know, a small thing, but it drives me crazy. I get home and its not in the bag, I think of Joe Pescis line in Lethal Weapon. Do not ask me if I want something if you are not going to give it to me after I say yes. Come on, its not rocket surgery!

I was REALLY craving Taco Bell so I had my fiancé drive out of our way on a road trip to come to this Taco Bell before closing. We arrived at 12:39 and they were closed even though the online hours are listed as open until 1:00 AM. It was so disappointing :-(

Jennifer at the drive thru is amazing. Very sweet and personable. Their arent many places in midlothian that never screw up your order or have awesome staff and Taco Bell has never messed up and they get it done in a timely matter!

As Taco Bell locations go, this is a good one. Usually has quick service, even in the drive thru. When it is slow, I can tell its the customers being unprepared or especially talkative, picky, etc. Not a large dining room.

Worst Taco Bell anywhere! They just do not know how to fill an order correctly. Have lived in Midlothian since 2004 and have very rarely had my order correct. If you want what you pay and ask for...go somewhere else!!!!

Listening to patrons cuss the whole time doesnt make for a great experience. Cant be too surprised since the staff were using foul language as well.
