Food was pathetic, cold, and hard. Chicken fries were not only old and cold but burnt and hard as a rock. I really cant understand how the person decided to go ahead and put them in the lil fry box instead of directly into the trash. And this is chicken were talking about being cold....so unsafe! I also ordered a caesar salad at which point i checked in the bag (was in drive thru) and saw a salad that said "Garden Salad" on it, so when i handed it back to her reminding her that i ordered a caesar salad, her explanation was that it was a caesar salad and she just put a Garden Salad sticker on it.....riiiiight...only except it had zero romaine (only iceberg) and tomato slices in it sooooo ...... Anyway, i was hoping to try the chicken fries for the first time cuz they looked really good on the commercial but the food from this place was really so nasty and unedible that now i haveZERO desire to EVER give Burger King a shot again, regardless of the location!

First off, the restaurant looked closed when we pulled up. The menu boards were not on, the coke machine was not working, and the manager was rude. I had a coupon for a 2 meals for $6, it was the croissant meal, I opted for a soft drink instead of coffee, my 3 year old cant do coffee. I was not told that there would be an up charge of $.89 times 2. The lady taking my order never informed me until after the fact that the up charge exists. I may not have gotten the soft drink for myself. Oh, and when dealing with the manager, she was unpleasant to say the least . Act like youre happy to have a job, geez. Oh, and the food was not good, hash browns were cold and all they did was microwave ingredients for the croissant sandwiches .

Worst Burger King Ive ever gone to, which is incredibly disappointing. Im a huge fan of Burger King, but the food at this location is inedible, and thats no exaggeration unfortunately! I tried giving them a second chance the other day, hoping that they had improved, and Ill never know. The reason why? After choosing FIVE different items on the menu and being told "Were out of that," I finally drove away. Its no surprise that every time I glance over at this Burger King the drive-thru is never populated unless its on the Popeyes-side of the building. Burger King Corporate... Please improve this store! Im a big fan of Burger King, and this location is nothing but a tease!

Worst Burger King in the area. My order is never prepared properly and the staff constantly makes mistakes. Im lactose intolerant and cannot have cheese. One day I ordered the original chicken sandwich (which doesnt come with cheese) the person asked if I wanted cheese and I said no. When I got my order it had cheese on it. If you are management and are reading this please, please hire more competent staff or train them better.

I been in this BK since their opening, in the last couple months every time the I ask for something, the machine is broken, fountain machine, coffee machine, shake machine.... uffff!!!! The manager Mrs Adelaina, is the most disrespectful, ugly person the I ever seen, she started screaming to the employees in a way the really cant believe. I dont think she deserves to work with people. :(

I would give no stars if possible. This is a very inconsiderate disgusting not taking care of place thats been running I wish the owner would step up and acknowledge the customers cries and help his patrons out unfortunately thats not going to happen sadly enough this is probably the worst place in Little Elm to eat

everyone there is snippy and I waited in the drive thru for five minutes before finally asking if someone was there, they said one moment and another five minutes went by and I then got to order. very rude staff overall. maybe you should be polite to your paying customers. definitely NOT going back.

We came in for Mac & Cheetos because the commercials have been all over the TV for the past few days. They have big signs on the Windows and menu board but when we tried to order them they said they were sold out. There were no signs noting this or we wouldnt have even gone in.

Just stoped at Burger King in Oklahoma Ardmore on I 35 N,my husband ordered some food and I was going to get french fry, but saw that no one wore gloves,they were preparing food with bare hands,its terrible. I didnt order anything certainly!Will call corporate on Monday!

My sister and I went took 20 minutes to get our food. We didnt order anything special just whopper meals. We were the only customers. The employees were to busy being on their phones and horsing around with each other. There was only one employee actually doing his job.

The waiting time here is ridiculous only 2 employees, a super nice lady named Adelina was taking care of the drive thru and the front counter and someone else in the kitchen. Owners respect your customers and employees if you want your business to succeed.

Forgot the chicken fries in the drive-thru as well as the ranch and bbq sauce that I ordered. 3:20ish on Friday November 6th. I tried to call but the number that is listed is not in service. Guess I will drive back up there to get my money back.

The staff here is wonderful, Ive never had such good service at a fast food place like this ever. The only thing I dont like is that they arent open till 12 like it says. Someone should really update the hours of operation

In the past 3 years Ive never been able to get a milk shake from this location. The machine is always broken or off for whatever reason. The staff, while courteous, seems very oblivious. I no longer visit this location.

I used to run that store, but got ran off because I wasnt a racist. The mexican who took over ran it into the ground, with zero training, and enforcing his belief that only mexicans should work there.
