Worst Whataburger experience Ive ever had. This Whataburger has always been sub par and Ive accepted that, but this might have been the icing on the cake. After watching the car in front of us drive off, we pulled up to silence. Said "Helloooo" and no response. We pulled around to the second window and waited for someone to approach but they didnt. I told my girlfriend that we should just go inside but we had groceries in the car including ice cream. She decided to drive back around and give it another try. Same thing happened at the speaker. Pulled forward to the window again to try and wave someone down or knock on the window and FINALLY a girl opened the window and asked if we had already placed an order. We explained to her that we have been trying to order our food for the last 5 minutes and have been unsuccessful at doing so. She apologized and proceeded to take our order. One of the menu items we ordered was the Whatachicken Sandwich with just cheese and ranch only. She said that she could give us ranch on the side but they cant put ranch on the sandwich. (Which is incorrect because weve ordered it PLENTY of times) She then asks someone and they tell her its possible. She hands us our drink and tell us to pull up. We then watch THREE vehicles get their food and drive away. Finally ours comes out and as we are pulling away, we check the food. Of course it is WRONG! If you managed to read this review and you live in The Colony, do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes up the tollway to the Whataburger in Lewisville or drive 2 hours and eat at any of the Whataburgers in Waco. It would be worth your time and gas money. I promise.

You just lost my business.Im NOT that picky so it takes alot of dissatisfaction for me to look you up on line and give this place a low review. Im newer to Texas, and this was only my second visit to a Whataburger. First... one of the staff on break was sitting in the resturant dining area and rudly listening to ytube videos on full volume on his cell, and it was hard to even have a conversation with my husband. He did this through our entire meal. Cashier was nice and Serving of our food was great but the food itself was poorly prepared and truly gross. The staff *drown* my bacon cheese burger in regular yellow mustard . It was so soaked in mustard that the bun was soggy and I couldnt taste the meat. I eventually took the burger apart and scraped of all the mustard and only ate the meat and bacon. It was so bad with the mustard, it gave me severe stomach cramps later. I should have just thrown it away. My fries ...undercooked. Im guessing they have a new cook or something. I mean there was only two other customers there, so it wasnt like they didnt have time to do it right. I wont be coming back nor will I be recommending this place to any visiting family or friends.

Horrible service!!! We went to the drive thru bc it was fast but we were wrong! We waited 20 minutes before getting to the window, around 10:45pm so my husband wanted breakfast taquitos and the manager REFUSED to sell us breakfast bc we still had 12 minutes till breakfast so we tried to order a veggie burger (hashbrowns instead of meat) which we order at every single whataburger and he also refused to place the order bc they didnt have "hashbrowns at the time" we waited in line bc we wanted to talk to the manager and by the time we got to the window it was already 11:00pm so he said now I can place your order, we couldnt do breakfast bc the system doesnt let us and I cant do a veggie burger bc I cant ring it up on my system, and we are also so busy so i couldnt do it. LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! By the way the manager was Joshua and we are never coming back because of him! They need to get better and real managers!!!

First time Ive ever been here at this location. I read the Reviews and was scared ! With that in mind, I went inside and spoke to a manager named Don and showed him all the bad and good reviews. I informed him that I wanted to order a Triple Whataburger Combo...that I wanted hot and fresh... Without mayo and mustard...just Ketchup. And fajita veggies, along with a large fries. And I sat down and waited... within 5 minutes, the server came to my table and brought my food. I was Shocked !!! All fresh, hot, correctly made and tasty !!! Place was clean, a few flies (cant help that too much with the doors opening all day). Bottom line is that when you read reviews and there is a possibility of an issue, bring it to Managements attention before you order and I can almost guarantee that they will go the distance to make sure that you are completely satisfied !!! Just posting a negative review meant you were lazy and took it without going to the top

I really enjoy Whataburger. They have great fries and there food is always made fresh, when you order it so its not sitting under a heat lamp for hours on end, or thrown in a microwave. My biggest issue with Whataburger is that they are sloppy, by this I mean the fixings are just thrown on the burger. When you take off the top bun the bacon is all to one side & there is a huge pile of onions & pickles just clumped together in the middle. They need to take the time to put an even layer to make it not so gross. No one wants a bite of only onions & pickles. This particular location seems to have an issue with not only that but I cant stop here in the morning on my way to work because the drive thru is a 20 minute delay. I understand fresh food takes time, but if there is only 1 or 2 cars there should be no reason for you to sit there for 20 minutes. A steep price to pay for fresh food.

Worst Whataburger ever, waited 20 minutes for my food finally got it, they forgot to give me a straw, no dipping sauce, my food was cold and no apology or "Im sorry for the wait." The drive thru had maybe 4 or 5 cars Max so it wasnt full. I dont expect five star service but something better than this. Theres another one not too far from here on old Denton and 161, go there instead of this horrible place. I rarely write bad reviews, thats how bad their service and food was. Never going there again.
