Sat for 7 minutes in the drive thru with no one acknowledging me. Saw that someone wrote in sharpie on you menu "yall are slow so I figured Id take my chances somewhere else. Waste of time. Go up the street to whatabburger and youll get waaaaaay better service.

This Jack in the box just opened a while back and they got off to a rocky start. I can say though, now, they have really turned it around. Our food was hot and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant itself was very clean. We will return.

Ive been here a few times and each time I go they never seem to get my order right. Very disappointing especially when they charge 7 plus dollars for a meal only to get all the way home with the wrong order

Worst customer service ever. I went there to get food not an attitude. Whataburger is 1/2 mile south. I suggest you go there instead.
