This chick fil a has Great Food! However, I hope that your not in a hurry when you go there! Especially in the morning!!!!! They are so unorganized and slow its ridiculous!! Even if its not busy, they take forever to move cars through the car line. It took me 12 minutes to go through the car line this morning!! At 6:30 am! Thats when I go every morning. People were honking their horns! I asked what the problem was and they said that people were ordering 20 chicken biscuits at a time!! REALLY, in the CAR LINE!!! They need to have those people pull up like all the other drive through restaurants and run it out to them!!!! HELLO PEOPLE!!! I have been going to this Chick fil a since they have been open, 10 - 11 years. This year it is absolutely the worst car line service in the morning that I have ever experienced.. Kendrick, you need to do something about this....I have tried to call several times to talk to you Kendrick, but your employees refuse to give you the messages. Instead some lame person calls me and apologizes for 5 minutes, and does nothing about the problem..... I doubt that you even know about it, seeing that your never there anymore! Please get a manager in the morning that knows how to run a restaurant......PLEASE!!!

Came here for my lunch, Josh took my order, a woman delivered my food to my table (cant remember her name I believe she was the manager for the day but she was courteous, THEY ALL WERE), and a short lady with reddish hair was super nice and very attentive to all customers, the experience and food was fantabulous! And considering it is lunch rush hour, they did an awesome job! Many Kudos!

I want to start off by saying that I do not eat fast food nor have I ever eaten at Chick-fil-A. That being said, as part of my job as a delivery driver I have been to this location countless times to place and pick up orders. The staff are amongst the friendliest and most professional I have encountered anywhere and the food is... well, fast!

Just went through the "Chick-Fil-A" drive thru. We paid almost 9 dollars for 1 small peppermint shake and 2 small Frosted Lemonades. None of them were filled to the top!! When asked the cashier to - at least - fill with just lemonade-his response- he cant take anything back thru the window....But he took our money!!! Very disappointing!!!

This is the nicest Chick-Fil-A in all of The Woodlands. We are always ordering for church and school events and meetings. They always have our orders ready on time and even deliver our bigger orders right to us. The other Chick-Fil-As are not nearly as accommodating.

The staff are great, always service with a smile makes you feel at home. The place is a bit small consider that it has a high traffic of people, both walk ins and drive thru, but other than that they bring your order pretty quickly. From my part good experience so far.

Went there to grab some milkshakes and cookies for me and my friends and the cashier Greg was so friendly that I ended uo buying him a cookie. Hope to see Greg there more often maybe even see him get a promotion... Thanks for the great experience!

This place is ALWAYS busy. They have 2 drive thru lanes to expedite the flow of traffic. Orders are always handed out correct and quickly. Love the fact that they use your name for an added personal touch. I go here every pay day for lunch.

The reopening didnt do any good, first u order ur food, and when u go to the window to claim u dont get the complete order and when u ask u get an attitude. I think next time I prefer to drive 5 miles and find another location.
