If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. The food was terrible and they took over an hour to deliver my food. We received no napkins or utensils, I ordered Mongolian chicken with fried rice, two egg rolls & low mein. The rice was dry, hard, raw. The rice was disgusting as well as the Mongolian chicken. The chicken was drowned in sauce, I asked for it to be extra spicy and I get bland & funny looking chicken, the carrots I think thats what they were, was also raw. They had other vegetables thrown in there as well that werent fully cooked either. I dont understand what took so long when the food wasnt even fully cooked. The crab puff had no crab meat, it was just stuffed with cream cheese, it was like eating it out of the tub. My fiancé ordered low mein and it was disgusting as well, the low mein wasnt properly drained causing the low mein to stick together, the shrimp was green. When I called they couldnt bother to have the driver who took extra two dollars without even asking for a tip & walked away before I even got the chance to check my money or my food, to drive back and refund all of my money when I ordered delivery for a reason. We had no choice but to eat the food, although we couldnt finish this disgusting food. The only thing we managed to keep down was the chicken.

I have ordered from this place for the past 5 years. Pros: -Food is good, better than some I have tried in the area. Chicken and Broccoli is always delicious. -Delivery Guys are nice-friendly. Friendly Staff. -Place seems to be clean in my opinion. It is a hole in the wall so what can you expect. -Website is appealing BUT read last comment in "CONS" Cons: -Delivery can take up to an HOUR. It is wise to order AN HOUR HEAD of your lunch time if you work at an office, or simply get off of the couch to Pick-Up. I would suggest pick up for the simple fact that it is ready in 15-20 mins. -Prices increased in the past 5 years. -Sometimes they forget your sweet & sour sauce -WEBSITE: MAJOR technical issues, misleading. It says Lunch is a $12 min and FREE DELIVERY; however, if you live over 5 m. dont even bother. You have to pay a minimum of $15. For the past year it has displayed: "THANK YOU!!!) DUE TO SYSTEM MAINTENANCE, WE CANNOT ACCEPT CREDIT THRU ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEMS,PLEASE CALL THE RESTAURANT IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD, THANK YOU"

WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced. they left out some food we ordered which wasnt a big deal but when we called to get our food they claimed they would have to call us back. waited 5, 10, 15mins no call. we called back and refused to let them call us back and after an hour of arguing with this absolute idiot they finally agreed to refund us the portion they didnt deliver if we drove up to the restaurant to pick it up.i have never experienced this amount of ineptness from one human being. this whole experience came just short of calling the police. we will never order from there again. once i arrived i found out i wasnt the only one having problems with this place.

They SPIT IN FOOD! We placed an order for delivery. The man that took her order was rude but I figured it was just a busy night. Placed my order and after a two-hour wait the food arrived cold and with saliva in several different places. I am always kind and polite when ordering and tip way more than I should. When I called to resolve the issue they said that there was no manager available until I mentioned the health department. There was never an apology and he never denied it simply said he would reverse the charges on my card. Im not a negative review type person. I am however absolutely Furious that they would put my family at risk. I dont know which department to call first

Food is horrible. The first time it was just a little salty. Chalked it up to maybe a picky taste. A couple weeks later, I figured to give it another try. I ordered General Tso with white rice. The pieces of chicken are so big you cant enjoy it. Actually, there was very little chicken anyway. It was mostly flour, and every bite I could taste the "powder" overbearing everything else. As if that wasnt bad enough, the breading was overcooked and way too crunchy. The rice was hard, but it is distinctly a taste that resembles instant rice that wasnt allowed to sit long enough. Needless to say, I wont be eating here again. Golden China on 45 north is far superior.

Years ago this place was good but im talking years. This place is now one of those restaurants that are cheap and they take tiny peices of white chicken and dip it several times in flower and make giant balls of dough. Last time i didnt even finish the food and left all the chicken cut open so that when they pick up my food they see just how much dough theyre chicken is. Some didnt even have any chicken inside. Repeated times though not a one time deal, and its unhealthy to the customer and quite a waste of money. Go too hong kong Chinese restaurant or rakuus better than what kim leng used to be or ever were.

I wont order from here again. Apparently I was unable to order online to get the 5% discount because their system was down for credit cards. The first time I called with a question about the online ordering, the dude hung up on me. I called back and got a different person and placed the order. The food total was $18.80 so with tax should have been around $21, but when he gave the me the complete total, he said $25. They add a delivery charge of $3 that is not shown anywhere online on their flyer. Just a heads up.

I ordered take out on 5/27 due to my dinner plans being canceled due to the weather. The food sucked, not to mention Ive been to another takeout spot down on cypresswood multiple times and never had issues. The food portions were small, to say the least and I ordered Chinese broccoli, generals chicken, sweet sour pork, egg rolls and it came out to 42 bucks. The rice was super super dry as others stated, and the food sucked.... I felt that it should be mentioned again.

Do Not Go here or get delivery from here. We ordered delivery from them a few times and didnt know any better. Then, one day we were out and decided to go into the establishment. We walked in and stood there for a long while and there wasnt an employee in sight. The place was filthy dirty to say the least. I pushed open the kitchen door in hopes of getting someones attention to no avail. The kitchen was so nasty we left immediately and never ordered from there again.

I ordered from Kim Leng when all the other Chinese places were closed and I wish I wouldnt have. The food was terrible! The rice had WAY to much salt in it, to the point where you cant eat it. When we called the manger was completely rude. He tried to act like there was nothing wrong with the food and didnt want to give us a refund. He said next time to just not order from his restaurant. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
