My wife and son dined here and the experience was good but not great. First off let me say that the staff was attendant and polite. My food was excellent (pasta casserole) but my wife had the special and while it was tasty, it honestly looked horrible. We had an appetizer of bread which was not fully cooked (doughy and inedible). The house salads were fresh but the dressing was not very good (bland, one of the worst balsamic dressing ive tried). My son enjoyed his spaghetti and he was famished, he finished his bowl and the server was nice enough to offer him another bowl free of charge. Overall we enjoyed the experience but there is definitely room for improvement.

There are a lot of Italian kitchens out there...believe me, I have searched but YOU WILL NOT FIND BETTER FOOD ANYWHERE! I have been all over the USA and you will not find a better establishment in terms of quality. The pizza was PERFECT. Freshest ingredients, home made sauce, generous toppings, peppers not over cooked but al dente...and the crust! The crust was baked perfectly - crisp throughout but not burnt and TO DIE FOR! The pizza was so beautiful, I wanted to take a picture...what a work of art...This is a family-owned business and is my new favorite place! Cheers to you!

Very small family owned Italian café thats a great value for lunch. For $6.99 you get a choice of 11 different entrees which come with bread and a salad. I chose the Chicken Lasagna which was creamy and delicious! The salad was a little too garlicky, but the bread and the service were excellent! Although, I wasnt able to take advantage of it during this visit, the restaurant is BYOB with only a $1 corkage fee.

My husband and I have been looking for our go-to casual Italian cafe since moving here 6 months ago and Im happy to say weve found it at Incanto! Speciality calzone for me, Mia pizza for him and a cannoli to top it off - all delicious. Throw in BYOB with a $1/person corking fee and the friendly service and they have the whole package. We will definitely be back soon.

The people that live close to this little restaurant are very, very lucky. I would suggest you try it now before the word gets out. Once it does, with less than 20 tables and a BYOB corkage charge of $1 p/p, you wont be able to get near the doors on any given night. Kudos to chef Fermin Figueroa and his crew.

I like ordering the classic spaghetti bolognese with meatballs whenever I try a new italian joint. Their pasta bolognese didnt disappoint and the meatballs were amazing. Friendly service and they deliver too. Ive found my new local go-to for italian food.

Just moved to spring Texas...all i have to say is OMG the while wheat pizza is to die for...ordered other things but this is far the best i ever had...wish i ordered the cheese cake..next time..and there will be a next time..ty and my bf loves it too.

We just moved in across the street and we tired this place out for lunch and loved it. The staff was very welcoming and the food was delicious and did not break the bank. Happy to have a little bistro so close. We will be coming back regularly.

Good Italian food, unfortunately I cant eat Gluten. I had the chef salad and it was a great salad for the price on the lunch menu. Would love to try the fresh focaccia that is brought to the table and the meatball sandwich looked great!

What a great local Italian food restaurant! We love the food and the prices! Pizza is the best Ive had in a long time. Bread is delicious and lasagna is very yummy! Try it and youll be telling people to do the same!

Definitely one of my favorite lunch spots. The food is fresh and homemade, not commercial. The staff and owner are very friendly and attentive. We come here at least twice a month. Great food for fair prices.
