Ive now had the pleasure of dining here twice; both times bringing out of town guests. In both visits, I and my guests had an amazing experience. The owner, ever present - and amazingly attentive, can be seen on the floor checking food/server/overall quality, making sure each patron is attend to. This carries over to the staff - I lack the proper adjective to describe the level of customer service they provide. And the speed at which they work is dizzying. All diners expressed similar opinions on the food; this is not "fancy" food - and does not need to be. The food is THAT good High quality ingredients, prepared to perfection. The simple/pure execution and exceptional taste require no frills. As an example, a first time patron stated, "I think this is the best chicken parmesan Ive ever had." Enough said? Im not a dessert person - but both visits ended with a shared "Ooie gooie chocolate chip cookie" - and an entertaining spoon fight between friends for the next "best" scoop! Highly recommended to anyone that loves good food. Ill continue to use this as my default, out-of-town guest dinner destination - simply because its just that good!

I dont leave reviews normally, in fact I think lve only left one, but had too this time. The pizza was fantastic. My wife thought it was as good as Grimaldis, I thought it was better! We were asking the cashier about the tiramisu, was it made there, frozen.. Ect... If you love the desert like we do then youve had your share of really bad tiramisu. So we always ask before we order. Well the owner overheard the conversation and insisted on bringing one out for us to try. Didnt charge us for and wanted us to taste his recipe. That tiramisu was among to best weve ever had and weve had tiramisu just about everywhere that offers it around here. If your in the mood for italian do yourself a favor and come experience this place.. Yes yes... Its in a strip mall next to Lowes and sprouts but trust me, the food was absolutely amazing but the customer service is what put it over the top! Its great to see an owner who has a passion for what he does or cooks in this case! We will be back soon to try the rest of the menu!

Im from an Italian family and have high standards for this type of food. I was looking for some quality italian food in spring, and when numerous other places were closed/shut down I decided to give Vero a try. The prices are low and in my experience this is a good sign for small Mom and Pop shops. Vero is definitely no Ma and Pa shop! Walking in youll notice its a counter style italian restaurant which struck me as unusual. I was skeptical, I figured it was a low quality Italian chain, but I was hungry so I figured I would try it. I was amazed how fresh the food was and delicious! I expected small portions for the very reasonable prices and was impressed how full I was from a 10$ meal! I ran into the owner and congratulated him on his excellent establishment! He appreciated the kind words and even offered a free dessert as thanks. Restaurant owners and managers could learn a lot from how this place is run. Very impressed and would recommend!

By far, the BEST customer service Ive ever experienced. The owner is there all the time, engaging his patrons, often serving tables himself, and ensuring quality and satisfaction. He absolutely goes above and beyond for his customers and you can see how much heart he puts into his business. And the FOOD! Its positively sinful. Delicious, hot, homemade, and always fresh. You have to order the garlic bread-- Its addictive! The atmosphere is casual, modern, and family friendly. Prices are reasonable and portion sizes make for easy leftovers. Definitely my favorite restaurant, and Id go every day, but then Id weigh 300 pounds. 5 stars!

The food was fantastic, but there the good news ended. I particularly did not appreciate the system asking me for a tip as I ordered. A tip is meant to reflect the level of service, and there is no real service. We ordered from a menu on the wall, and paid before seating ourselves. We had to obtain our tableware and napkins, and find seating ourselves. I also have a great concern with fiery hot dishes being served, especially to children. The server mentioned how hot they were, but this is not enough. A child may still reach out and touch those. Please place food on cooler dishes when you know you are feeding children.

Food was delicious. I ordered the spaghetti with homemade meatballs and it was good. Although i could of used a little more sauce on mine but it was still good. The garlic bread tasted a little funny to me but im sure it was just me. I assume that the guy in the vero light blue shirt is the owner and he was getting down and dirty with the rest of the crew! Thats a good manager and all owners of restaurants should follow in his footsteps. 1st time i visited a vero was when they showed up in conroe, tx a few years back and its 100x better than the rest of the italian chains. Keep up the good work!

Simply amazing! The food was delicious. We got the Penne AlArribiata. Although, I would suggest requesting some meat be added in. The atmosphere was very nice. Quiet and relaxing. (We went at 3pm on a Wednesday). The service was excellent. Elizabeth was certainly a breath of fresh air! She very was polite, friendly, and attentive. Even while she was busy ensuring the tables remained clean and the floor swept, she stopped repeatedly to check on us and get anything we needed. Excellent service! The bathroom was also super clean! Cant wait to come back here! Keep up the good work ☺️

We normally dine at the Conroe location but tonight we decided to try out the location in Spring since we were in the area. The food was phenomenal as always but thats not why I am writing this post. The "service quality" that we received was absolutely top notch. The owner himself checked on us several times and was very personable with my family. You can get italian food just about anywhere these day but i guarantee you wont get the type of service that is offered at Veros. Thank you for the great experience....we will be back!

By far my favorite restaurant. I go there twice a week at least. The food is made fresh, not from frozen like so many other places. And its delicious every time. The staff is super friendly. The place is clean clean clean and comfortable. And here is something....the owner works the place like a symphony. Hes always checking the place over to make sure everyone looks happy and the place is tidy. Hands-on all the time. You have to love that. When I get my food, they should drop the mic.

The atmosphere was very inviting. We ordered The cheese ravioli, Fettucine Alfredo, and Veggie Pizza. The food not only arrived quickly, but was delicious as well. Diana, our cashier, ensured our order was correct, as we had forgotten to order one of our entreés, and the owner, Mike, was very attentive and ensured we chose a wine that we would enjoy with our selections. Finally our server Olivia, tended to our every need, overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back!
