My husband and I eat at this restaurant regularly - but we wont again after today. My mother took us out for my birthday and it was atrocious! My were seated in the very back of the restaurant near the kitchen and it smelled like a dirty McDonalds. The server we got managed to order our drinks, food, and thats about it. The salad we received had wilted lettuce, the drinks werent brought by our server so we had to explain numerous times who had what, and when the entrees were brought they walked off before offering the entire table additional cheese. Oh, and then my husband finds hair in his food! The manager offered a new plate - no, thank you. She ended up removing his dish from the ticket which eventually messed up the coupon we had at the time. To top the entire thing off, the server pours an incorrect tea type in my glass as the manager is talking to my husband about his food. We werent offered additional salad, breadsticks, or dessert. In fact, we were rushed out (the server stood over us as we dug out a card to pay) and we werent thanked in the slightest. Ive complained to corporate, but PLEASE avoid this place. Go to Texas Roadhouse instead!!

I didnt give 5 stars for this, but please read carefully as you might still consider this 5 stars. Service was perfect. Our waiter was well trained and friendly and had a pleasant sense of humor. There was a mess-up with my daughters coupon (her fault, not theirs) and they were very gracious about it. All in all, it was delightful meal experience. So why not 5 stars? Well, as a good chef myself, I have come to learn that restaurants often over-salt food. I suppose that this is the fault of the expectations of the hoi-polloi and I shouldnt blame the restaurant, but there was a salt shaker at the table. If it wasnt salted enough, thats what Im supposed to adjust to taste. The food tasted great, but I was guzzling water for hours after to compensate. If you like Olive Garden food, this particular establishment has customer service nailed. Call this a 5-star review if youre OK with the recipes.

Decied to bring my girlfriend here because she had never been before. And I always enjoy the one at Utica Square. Right away we are seated and my girlfriend and I pretty quickly chose what we wanted to eat. But then we sat there. We kept waiting on someone to serve us. At least take our drink orders. They were not that busy and after ten minutes I started to look around and notice plenty of staff. Some look right at us and yet still nothing. After fifteen minutes someone did come. I ask if they were our server. They said no that we did not have one because the hostess did not let anyone know to server us. But she would take our drink orders. We left. And my girlfriend has vow she will never go to Oliver Garden ever again. Even after trying to take her to a different location. She has been stained. Which sucks. Good food horrible service and its ruin.

In hindsight after finding ants on the menu we should have just left. But my husband was intent on eating there. The salad was soggy and bread sticks non-descript. The waiter was flighty, the food was borderline edible and the location seemed dated and in need of a deep clean. And, apparently the Spicy Calabrian Chicken Breadstick Sandwich comes with a side of FOOD POISONING. It over took my entire body about 12 hrs after consumption and played havoc on my innards for 20 hrs of a relentless and VIOLENT living hell. As I was delirious do to dehydration, unimaginable pain and lack of sleep all I could do was think of their slogan "When Youre Here, Youre Family" and apparently this location embodies the dysfunction-ally challenged side of the family tree.

I only wish i could give this zero stars. Where to start? The waiter had serious BO, our appetizer never arrived, we didnt get our bread sticks until halfway through the meal, we never got a second serving of bread sticks, my pasta arrived without the fritta chicken, or any chicken on it, it also had whole garlic cloves in it. When i brought the absence of chicken to my waiters attention he accused me of ordering it without chicken. Upon reviewing the order he placed, our waiter admitted the mistake and then brought me grilled chicken and the waiter refilled my tea with water.

Wonderful service at great fun environment very Hardy and decadent food! Their breadsticks are the best Ive had in Tulsa at any Italian establishment. I got to order a side of alfredo sauce to dip the breadsticks into its extremely delicious! Theyre meatball and spaghetti is extremely good their meatballs are cooked very very tender juicy with good texture as well. I would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone whos looking for a good lunch or dinner experience in the entire city if youre looking for great Italian food this is the place to come!

I usually will never put a negative review. However I ordered 2 zopa soups with salad and breadsticks. I ordered it ahead. When I arrived my food was in a basket to the left there were at least five people standing in the front. I waited another 10 minutes at least for someone to acknowledge me then waited another 10 minutes for the person to go run my credit card and then another 10 minutes waiting for extra breadsticks that I initially ordered so total from entering the door I waited a total of 25 minutes. Will not be going back

Im not a regular chain restaurant goer but Olive Gardens have vegan food, still not as common as one would think in a city Tulsas size. While the salad is not vegan (IKR!?), the breadsticks are. The minestrone soup is vegan. For vegan entrees, the build your own pasta option is the only choice but, all of the pasta choices are vegan, only the marinara and tomato sauces are vegan. So, the breadsticks are awesome, the minestrone is awesome and the pasta and marinara are good. Its nice to have discovered another vegan option in Tulsa.

Mmm.. Olive Garden is my favorite! You can dress up or down here, but its definitely a higher class restaurant than say Village Inn. The food is always delicious and the wait staff is knowledgeable and well mannered. The only negative is they recently changed the noodles on the Ziti Al Forno to a cheap noodle and it went from being a 10 star to about a 7 star, in my opinion. It looks and tastes cheap. I hope they bring back the original noodle and dont do that with other dishes.

Waiter was friendly but the manager was ridiculous. We waited 30 mins before our order was even takin. We let the manager know that nobody had been to our table and she didnt even apologize about how long we had waited didnt try to comp us nothing at all!!!!! When we finally got our food it was ice cold. We will not be back to this location. I do not recommend this restaurant to anybody. I will stick with the one at utica square they are always amazing!!!

We come here all the time and out server Jeremy was great. The Management staff seem to not really care. We seem to have a similar issue every time. That is asking asking for noodles to be cooked well done. Each time we go thru the same process. At times we dont say anything. We have talked with the female front manager, older lady. She has the personality of a wet noodle. Will still come back. Nichole came by and was very sweet.
