The service is horrible. As a first time guest visiting from out of town I walked into the restaurant and stood there waiting to be seated and was ignored. I approached the counter to view the menu and was still ignored. After a few minutes I asked a staff member pouring herself a beverage if they were actually open for business. She then proceeded to direct me to the end of the counter. The chef who I assume was the manager stood there the entire time. The resturant itself was very clean and the presentation was nice. I opted to take my order to go which included the steak avocado piada and a small pasta carbonara. Although it looked appetizing, it tasted very blah. The pasta was overcooked and tasteless. The scatter of toppings did not permeate the bland pasta. The piada was bland as well. I actually threw most of it away. This resturant needs to focus on service and maybe then they can produce a quality product. I would choose not to return and would advise others to strongly consider other options such as Corner Bakery which is a few doors down. It was definitely not worth my time or money. Not sure if the chef was the owner but he definitely needs a lesson in service. His demeanor is reflected in his team and that is not good. The entire staff was very zoned out. Considering I was the only customer in the resturant with a staff of at least 10 people and a chef, a better experience was warranted.

The food is great. Order takeout. The food is delicious: its basically a big tortilla(made with slightly different methods) with oil and a LOT of salt, a meat, mostly sweet veggies, and a fatty sauce all wrapped into a burrito...whats not to love? The person who takes the orders and cooks the wrap is always great. They great you with a smile and help you choose your food. Then there is this huge disconnect where everyone you deal with becomes what Im assuming are low wage teenagers who dont take much pride in their work. The people adding the filling often seem confused about what the order is and I have to worry about it being made correctly. The cashier throws my bag on the counter instead of handing it to my outstretched hand. Maybe I just come at the wrong time? The acoustics are good and you can have a conversation here and not have everyone hear it even when its slow. Me and the wife enjoy the food, but having to deal with the ordering process makes us pick another place.

Honestly the food is pretty terrible considering the price that they charge it at which is a little ridiculous. Also the workers are extremely rude here. Ive never had an experience where someone rubs a pompom decoration from their belt all into my food and then proceeds to play it off like it was nothing. Im not asking for much here but a little apology wouldve nice especially if youre a worker at this establishment and consider this situation to be hilarious. Not coming here again thats for sure. Also later on I told the manager about the whole situation and he decided to be a giant prick and just boast about how great and amazing this place is. Amazing huh? Work on your customer service a lot more and maybe I would consider that word. I have never EVER received this kind of customer service in my life!

This place is basically a Chipotle on fancier foods. They have the option of piadas, pastas and salads. You can customize them yourself or choose everything yourself. Just be sure to pay attention because theres lots of extra add ons. The choices are very high end choices. The people making it for you are not that friendly and they dont put a lot meat on your piada. However the pastas look delicious. My opinion is if you want something other than Chipotle or freebirds then dont come here go to vertskabat.

We loved this place! I got the Farm Club Tasca Piada + cucumbers (seasonal) with the roasted corn salad (seasonal). My husband got the steak Diavolo Piada and the Farm Club Tasca Piada and loved both. The berry Italian soda was tasty! Eating there was a great experience. The staff were nice and the restaurant is beautiful and modern with lots of natural light. Were ordering take-out there tonight.

Quick and tasty meal, at a very fair price. Good selection of ingredients to build your own pasta. Marinara sauce was tasty, but a bit spicy for the kids. The grass fed meatballs were huge and flavorful (one per plate was more than enough.) The Italian sausage was delicious. The service was quick, living up to what you might expect from "street food" experience.

Well, the food is good and fresh ingredients for sure. The staff is very friendly and Chef ensures you are completely satisfied . Well priced also will definitely visit again upon my next visit to Texas . Would advise someone to keep an eye on the entrance to ensure the customers know where to be seated or whats the process of ordering for first timers

I would gave a 3 stars for the quality of food, and one star due to the lack of professionalism from the manager on duty, I think her name was Kathleen. But on the other side the Spanish ladies serving the food were really friendly, I would give them 5 stars.

Great food. The idea of street food threw me. A friend referred to it as fast food. It is not typical fast food but not fine dining either. I can find healthy choices and the food is consistently high qualities. Dont let the paper and plastic ware fool you.

A modern take on the quick serve Mexican restaurants you see everywhere but with pasta and Italian wraps. My wrap was awesome and I finished my wifes pasta. Meatball was a good size on the kids plate. Service was great and the prices are not bad at all.

Really disappointed. Ordered a tasca got three slices of meat, a small medallion of mozzarella and a tiny bit of arugula. Asked about the light volume compared to other meals and was told it was a lunch portion. But the price is the same. Wont be back.

The food is great and unique. Some people will describe it as Italian style Chipotle since you can pick and choose what you want on your selections. This place does get crowded and seating is limited. Prices are mid-range for this type of restaurant.

Great food but grossly over salted which made it difficult to eat. Calamari had fantastic texture but you had to throw it on your plate to get all the salt of before you could get it down. So sad this would have been 5 stars if not for the salt

I like the crispy chicken and the berry soda. If youve never been and wonder what a piada is, its a burrito. I guess they didnt want the main item on their menu being called a burrito since they are an "Italian" restaurant. good for lunch

The location is modern, clean and spacious. The food is decent for a chain. Labeling it Italian street food is disingenuous, its mostly a Chipotle concept with some Italian-like ingredients. Dont expect Cicchetti or even an Espresso.

The order process is a little disorganized. I get what theyre trying to do, but its not quite working out. We had a wrap & salad between us. Neither was anything great. I dont think Ill go back with so many other options around
