I made a quick stop here to pick up some blizzards and use the restroom. There were a lot of negatives. 1. The building is a super old DQ design. The restrooms in the back are a nightmare for anyone with claustrophobia. There is no way in hell the restrooms are ADA compliant. 2. It seemed like the blizzards that I received were not frozen enough. Within a 10 min drive to my destination, all three had melted significantly to the point where I have to question the quality. 3. The parking lot is awkward. 4. Fast food restaurant... By default I rate all FFRs as three stars. This DQ is in desperate need of some remodeling.

The service was fast. The place was very busy and the employee brought us our order instead of calling us to the counter. There were 5 of us, my daughter teased him about not turning the blizzards upside down. She didnt expect or want anything we were just having fun. Less than a min later he came back with a free blizzard. Then the kids told me that was DQs policy. We tried to tip him but he was to busy to catch. No tip jar up front. Only gave 4 stars because the bathroom was dirty. Would give 5 stars for the service and blizzards.

Ohhhhh my the dirtiest DQ store that we have been. The water ad soda fount ws so nasty and fully of mold that you could smell it from far away. And again the employees was on their cell phone. Seriously they get pay to be on the phone? The outside table was sticking and so nasty that place should be take out and a new one need to take place because this is not what DQ looks like. From the floors to the area inside where they prepared the food was so nasty. We left because the pace didnt offer us what the other DQ offer.

Apparently a "sundae" here is JUST soft serve and you have to pay extra for the nuts, whipped cream, and flavor topping (not if you want extra, but if you want ANY at all). Not sure how soft serve ice cream qualifies as a "sundae", but the owners of this location and the one in Port Isabel is definitely ripping customers off doing this as I have NEVER experienced this at any of the hundreds of DQs Ive been to.

Bought over $25 worth of drinks and ice cream. Asked for an ice water and they refused. Only serving bottled. Im a restaurant manager myself however from a different state. How can you legally deny tap water?

Anybody notice a change in DQ ice cream. HAD A Hot Fudge Sunday THAT TASTED LIKE MARSHMELLOW Fluff Instead Of Ice cream. It was Soooo bad. Dont understand what happened.
