If I could give it zero stars I would. Went to get 3 burgers and 3 drinks, It was a simple order three burgers meat cheese and mayo only! Simple enough right? Well obviously that is to hard for them...I asked to speak to a manager, after my order was wrong instead he sent out a car hop who took my food back in and I told her I would like to speak to a manager... after 10 minutes he finally came out (they were not busy either) he came out and when I told him I wanted a refund he refused and said they now had no cash in the building... which is a surprise considering they are a restaurant. After arguing with the manager for awhile, he didnt apologize or anything. Told me I was basically screwed I ended up leaving. I will be calling the GM and corporate office... so tired of places not making the right order when it shows it on the ticket, couldnt even wrap the food properly... will never go back. Waste of time!!

I came back to this place trying to give it another chance with the food. I ordered a chili cheese hot dog, bacon double cheese burger, and a lemonade. It started well with the chili cheese hot dog and the lemonade, then the bacon double cheese burger happened. For the price you would think the cheese would be melted (as shown in their pictures), the lettuce tasted old, the entire burger had no taste. It was like eating paper. To pay $10 for that burger is not worth it.

Very unhappy about service and product. Made my order clarified my order and they repeated it back to me Got home not only was I not provided a receipt but I ordered and 6 inch coney with chili and cheese and extra cheese and everything was correct on the screen. Got home to a weenie bread and a dab of chili. Didnt even get the cheese yet alone extra cheese I paid for! What happened to checking the receipt and order before bringing it out.

Spent 20 minutes waiting for our order, all of it was cold and they messed up part of our order and got that back faster than the original order and that came back hot. My daughters corn dog had blonde hair on it (me and my husband have black hair). O e of the guys was nice and fast everyone else was clueless and a little rude. Ill go to a different one from now on.

The service at this location has went from mediocre to awful in the past year. Every single time I visit this location they manage to mess something up; and not something forgivable either like forgetting a single mozzarella stick; its always something big like handing me a frozen desert that contains unmixed powder at the bottom.

I came here to order some chicken tenders and waited 30 minutes to be served. After 30 minutes and seeing almost 10 cars receive their orders before mine I just left. It wasnt even that busy! I pressed the button twice and even asked one of the employees if I was ordering right and still nothing. Ridiculous.

I went to this Sonic for a shake and, as with most places, I expected to be waiting for a few minutes. I was very surprised that by the time I put my wallet away from paying on the screen, my shake was already being brought out to me. The shake was quite thick and tasted great, too!

I used to work here back when I was a kid and it seems the service quality has gone down. Waited 10 minutes for my $10 meal and it everything was cold. I called to get it replaced with a fresh meal at a later date and I was still unable to get trough to anyone.

This sonic is awful. Ive lived in this area for almost 5 years & they only get worse. The area is constantly dirty with flies everywhere !!! The young people couldnt care less about food preparation. The only good thing is they recently upgraded the menu.

THE most disgusting hamburger Ive have EVER eaten...so gross. Was sloppy and drowning in mustard. The bun was soaked in grease and smooshed flat as paper....really disgusting . I gave 1 star so ot would let me post...they dont deserve a star

Great experience, Ryan Hodges best waiter Ive ever had in my entire life I just dont know how to describe it was such a great server. In my personal opinion, it just couldnt get any better. Beautiful experience just terrific 10 out of 10.

i requested a second drink because my first was... lets just say not the way i liked it. they quickly replaced it and it was even bigger than the first, no charge. great service, and quick to say they were pretty busy. Ill be back.

I wont go to this sonic anymore, there are better ones not that far -- find a different one to go to! I get sick every time Ive visited this sonic and the food doesnt taste the same as it does at the other ones.

Nasty dirty store managers rude waited 45 minutes for food that never came out. Heard multiple customers complaints about the same thing. And one employee name Mike having a tantrum like a little 2 years old kid.

We love this location because the proximity to our home. The service is above average and the management will work hard to resolve any issues you may have. Great place to grab lunch or happy hour sodas.

As far as Sonic locations go, this one is OK during low traffic to get in and out onto 423. The service and food are what you expect from a good Sonic.

Now the roads are half done its easier to get to but even then the wait is always pretty long regardless of how many cars are there.
