We called in an order for 1 single topping pizza for 4 kids for delivery at about 730 pm. They said they knew my condo location & even asked which unit number. I gave them address, my phone number & they said it would be 35 minutes. By almost 900pm the pizza still had not arrived & our kids were starving & hungry. The first call we were told it had just left the store for delivery. A second attempt to call resulted in nobody answering the phone. We resorted to going to the store for frozen pizzas & the delivery guy finally showed up about 930. My husband told him he was 2 hours too late & his reply was "yeah dude, were sorry about that". He closed the door in the guys face & left him standing there with his pizza. You know what Pizza Hut...when you tell someone a time frame they are probably depending on you to either show up in that amount of time or call them to say why you failed to meet your obligation to the customer. Never again...at any location!

2016 1* Review UPDATE: Came back to South Padre Island and returned to this Pizza Hut and was less than impressed. Unlike the prior year, they were honoring no discounts or promotions during Spring Break which was very annoying consindering we ate here numerous times last year because of it. We went in once to eat and it was louder in here than Louies Backyard on a Friday night. Food took over an hour to come out when the waitress advised it would be 15 minutes, and numerous tables sat after us and ate before us. Food also came out incorrect. Our waitress was somewhat apologetic, but offered nothing to make it right and didnt even bother bringing management over. Will not return even if Im back in South Padre. 2015 3* Review: Fair expereince, reasonably priced and decent quality. Just on par with most any other Pizza Hut Ive been to. Delivery was slow, and the lady on the phone didnt speak good english which is why Im giving it 3-stars.

Horrible service!!!!! They forgot our ranch, so we called back and politely informed them. The person answering the phone said he would call the driver to bring the rest of the order. A couple minutes later we received a very rude phone call from the delivery person accusing us of lying over ranch. This all after he has tipped generously by us just minutes ago. He kept saying that he gave them to us, I then informed him we had cameras and that would be very easy to validate. At this point he put his manager on the phone. The manager was equally as rude about it. They never offered to refund the ranch or do anything for that matter. This place is ridiculous over such a simple issue that could have easily been resolved . Too bad this review forces to at least give 1 star, its really a zero.

Bad.. Beginning with the high chair that I asked for, I put it upsidedown to put the carseat just like any other restaurant and they told me they could not allow me to have it like that because a carseat he already fallen down so I was not allowed.. Then, when taking the order, he would not allow us to have separate tabs, that it would only be one because we all came in together so we had to pay in one tab.. And then I went to the restroom to change my baby and there is no changing station.. Why dont they put that, if they change one "rule" because of one incident, why dont they do something good for more than one person that would actually benefit.. Where am I suppose to change my baby? It was a very bad experience

I got there and had to wait 5 minutes before I got seated. Then 30 minutes went by and no one even asked for our drinks. There where several tables seated with empty tables; not even drinks. I noticed another table was being tended to but the group had arrived before me. I asked the manager about it and he could care less. His response was, "we are very buddy". I understand it was the 4th of July weekend, but I could only see 2 waiters for a full house. 2 waiters for a full house is so understaffed, I do not understand how can a manager not plan for a Holiday weekend. In acceptable. If you are going to visit this place have no expectations whatsoever.

horrible servicio al cliente. tienen reglas del restaurant diferentes a las de la franquicia porque "estan en la isla". no aceptan cupones, no tienen lugar para cambiar a los bebes, no dividen las cuentas de la mesa. En fin No pasen corajes no coman aqui

I hardly ever go to Pizza Hut, my pizza place has always been Dominos or Papa Johns. This time I decided to give pizza hut a shot again... It was super busy on the Saturday but the staff is still so calm and pleasant, placed order online and got the pizza, salad, dessert ready in time on every single occasion. The other day I mistakenly left my salad at desk and almost drove the car but one of the staff member came running with my Salad... really appreciate the gesture... who has time to do that today esp at such a busy place.

We had to wait 30 minutes for ordering because waitress forgot about us. Restaurant was almost empty. We got wrong Pizzas. As we wanted to pay Mrs. Griselda Z told us the amount without showing the reciept. I requested to see the reciept and found out she already tipped herself $3.60. I asked if this is a common procedure to tip onself we got told that is normal on the Island and other restaurants tip even higher. Never ever again this Pizza Hut. People watch out for this lady.

Waited 1 hour for delivery when told it was going to take 20 - 30 min, called multiple times to see what was going on, never answered, n the only time they did they placed me on hold telling me it was out for delivery and they would call the driver to check what was going on and never got a hold of me again. Took him about 15 minutes to get here when its only a 5 min drive. Horrible costumer service. Not even in big cities I have experience this before with pizza hut. Its sad

I have no complaints about the customer service but I do think the hold music is quite intrusive. I suggest it be changed. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience. I understand that they might be extra busy on a weekend during summer time and I dont mind being put on hold for a few seconds but that music was very annoying.

Other pizza huts have good deals this one didnt nothing at all they told me that the pizza was $11 with just cheese $1.50 additional toppings thats dumb I used to work at a pizza place for 2 years and never heard that dumb comment of just cheese next time Ill go eat fish instead of this place poor customer service

Terrible service!! Tried ordering over the phone because I was having technical difficulties with the internet and they just blew me off by putting me on hold several times, I had to order in person and they had me wait 30 minutes is it just me or is it because they have too many people? Never returning!!!

Server was excellent. Updated us on wait time and checked on us regularly during busy Friday night. Food was better than average for the chain. Worst part was the noisy rude young adults who totally needed their butts paddled more often. Ruined the ability to have a family dinner. Argh!
