Every time I come to this location-Im treated rude and even disrespected sometimes. The lady thats the so-called manager is HORRIBLE! She has the Worst attitude even while taking drive thru orders-shame! Anytime I ask a question-I get attitude and yelling from the mgr and staff. I understand bk isnt gourmet food or prices-but damn I dont want to start my mornings off getting berated over a $6 meal. I am an Assoc Mgr of a full service 180 sear restaurant -so I know this industry and in no way is her behavior, or the staff behavior acceptable or conducive for business. The worse part is that the food is never fully hot, cold fries,unmelted cheese and hash browns are the norm. THE ONLY REASON I GO HERE EVEN OCCASIONALLY IS BC THIS IS THE ONLY bk IN MY AREA! Mgr should be fired along with some staff!

Terrible service as always manager was extremely rude along with the other employee when asking for sauce .everytime we come to this Burger King we never get our receipt or our correct order .i have called corporation and yet they havent done anything about it to this day .its unbelievable we invest our money into this place and we cant get treated the way a consumer should. They should do better at their customer service!

I was at this location today and while I was placing my order two roaches came crawling around by the fries. The managers and the staff at like they couldnt see them. Some body needs to report this burger king to the state. Ever body in there is Mexican and dont understand but very little English. I got my money back left. Just nasty. They dont wash there hands are even wear gloves. Very POOR SERVICE!

I just called and a guy answered i found a 6 inch hair in my wopper he said deal with it and i said what so your just going to give me a free one he said no you stupid prank caller i said this is no prank he got angrey and blew up on me and started cussing and screamming at me i felt very treatined with this very poor service i would not go there if I were the person reading this review

how sad it is that individuals working at fastfood resturants cant tell the difference between mayo and ketchup. for gods sake they arent even the same freaking color. do your job properly or find another job you idiots. they messed up 2 of 3 orders and the phone # is a fax, so i couldnt even complain. I understand that nobody expects top tier quality from a BK, but this was bad. Understaffed, everything was sticky, drink machine was half empty and off calibration. It struck me as obvious that whoever is in charge just genuinely doesnt care.
