Never had any problems at this Cedar Hill location but this day it was different. In fact I was surprised of the horrible service I received, First started when my order was wrong but I overlooked it, then the fruit punch tasted like water. I parked and went inside to ask for something else. There was only one person at one register helping another customer. The girl at the other register just stood there and stared, never asking me if she could help. Finally a guy came to help me, he tasted the drink and said that it tasted funny so he said it wouldnt take long and that he would go back to change it. He never came back and the girl at the other register never asked me could she help. I was in a rush so I finally said can I just get another drink, in which the girl who just stood there asked the other cashier what should she do. She finally came over and poured the drink out and stood there holding the cup, I asked her could I have Hi C and she kind of put up her finger, as to say wait a minute,because she was listening to someone else conversation nearby, I would of liked a new cup and lid but instead I got the same cup and lid and by the time I made it back to my car, the food was cold and tasted horrible, especially the fries, which are usually hot.

Usually, I receive excellent customer service, but tonight was different. I went through the drive thru & I guess the employee was so excited that I was the last customer in the drive thru, he forgot to place the chicken strips I ordered in the bag. I got home & notice my missing chicken strips, living not to far from the location, I drove up & saw they were closed. I pulled up in the drive thru, beeped my horn & two of the employees looked @ me like as Im crazy for doing that. The young lady came to the window & I explained what happened. She stated that I need to call up there tomorrow, because they through out all the food away. They didnt bother to mention about me getting my money back. Its poor customer service

Yes I This place is delicious. Very good service and fast but Please please please clean sanitize and deodorizer the child play area. The sign in the play area said it was last cleand more than a month ago. It smelled terribly of urine. There was black dried debris on the slide ( you know what it is) please take care of this. It is a health and safety concern for the little people. I would bot let my toddler go and play in it while there. And please dont make the employees who handle Or cook food clean it ! Thank you very much! Your chicken is delicious!

My daughter and I love this place! The service is always friendly and fast. The food is always fresh. The only problem Ive ever had is when I ordered a 6 piece nugget kids meal for my daughter and they only gave me 4. I told the cashier and she promptly replaced it and the new one had about 10 pieces in there, which I greatly appreciated. The play area is always clean and doesnt have any odor like some other places I visit. Overall a great place to enjoy a quick meal!

My main issue (and it is an issue) is the parking lot. This place is a madhouse at lunch, which I guess is good for them. The drive thru line wraps through the regular parking area. There was an accident in the parking lot while I was there. Then someone else hit another car because they were watching the first accident. The inside was mayhem as well. It was too stressful for me. The food was not bad, but it wasnt worth all the other madness.

I am not sure what is going on lately but the salads are not truly safe. I never thought second thoughts about going there until about 3 weeks ago when I got a salad on a Saturday. 30 min later I went to Ross across the street and I had to run to the bathroom, I had bad diarrhea. And then the same thing happened to a friend with the salad. Fast food is fast food. I havent been back for the salad or sandwiches.

Manager was rude when one of the tellers computers went down and asked me to use a different teller. Also this chickfila blocked off the wall outlets for people who want to plug in their laptop and study there. The one outlet they have has a sticker that says not for public use Also had to ask for fresh fries when the fries they gave me were hard and cold

They are customer service driven. From the time you drive up on the property, if you eat in, even though this is a fast food restaurant, they offer great service to help you as you eat. This is something that most fast food places do not do. This one has waitresses to be able to assist you with whatever you need.

Love the food, usually get great services but I dont recommend this location if your a mom with small kids, not once did anyone here ask if we needed anything. Most locations ask me a ton of times while dining I come here because the food is good but the service is usually incomparable not here very disappointed

Very clean and neat restaurant, nicely decorated. Manager in view the entire time, and always with a smile on his face-- looks like a pleasant place to work. Employees friendly, asked me if I needed anything. Delicious food-- especially that Market Salad! Tastes much fresher than other fast food salads!

I love this location! Theyre always fast and friendly and greet me with smile. They always get my order right and the food is always served fresh. The tables, floors and restrooms are always clean and my twins love the indoor playground.

This chick fil a stays extremely busy, which is why you should never get old food!!! Went on friday night spent 28.10 cents and it was a waste of money called the store to only have someone answer and hang up..very disappointed

I stop here often. Considering the dive through parking lot layout I was like that is terrible. But after a couple stops I realized it is a well thought out flow. I always get great service and the place is kept pretty clean.

Excellent food, excellent service, with friendly, patient, and helpful staff. Hard to beat that. Almost always very busy, but they make an extra staffing effort and still get customers in and out in a very reasonable time.

I always love the food but this particular one had a very hard worker who caught my attention. I believe his name is Nigel. The manager needs to know this guy was doing a great job keeping the place clean. Nice job!

I would give it a 5, but they dont patrol the playground area and some parents let 12 year olds on there with 4 and 5 year olds. Hope no ones kids get hurt by the bigger kids. Definitely hope mine doesnt.
