Ordered food at around 8:00, did not get food until 9:20ish. Ordered several items but apparently either the delivery driver couldnt count or the actual store didnt know how to complete an order because everything that was ordered was not included with the delivery. Spent the next hour trying to get through to the store but kept getting the call center who was also unable to reach the store! Worst experience with Pizza Hut ever! The call center cant give a refund so you HAVE to talk to the manager at the store to get a refund...if you cant get through to the manager how are you supposed to register a complaint??? Thank you Pizza Hut for an exhausting evening of monotonous phone calls and unprecedented levels of frustration at the process you expect your customers to go through when you employ incompetent personnel!!

Our local Pizza Hut in The Colony, Texas has provided the most consistently deplorable customer service I have ever experienced. While I enjoy the quality of the food, the regular delivery of the wrong items, delivering orders that were supposed to be for pickup, and hiring workers in their call center who neither have a working knowledge of English nor have a full grasp of the Pizza Hut menu is a strong indication to me that Pizza Hut is becoming a shining example of the decline in customer service in our country. I am incensed at the expectation by Pizza Hut that I should take what they deliver when they deliver it and be happy that they deemed to take my order in the first place. Thank you Pizza Hut for supporting our economy by driving purchasing dollars to your competitors.

Ordered pizza around 12pm on a Monday and at 1:45pm still do not have pizza. Called at 1:30pm and were told that pizza was on the way and that you have to add 20 minutes to the estimated time of arrival from the website. Called back at 1:45pm and found out that our pizza was in fact not on the way. All 4 times that we called to order and check on the status we were put on hold for no less than 3 minutes only to have very poor customer service. No apologies or anything regarding how long the pizza has taken. Employee did not even seem to care when we informed him that we were unhappy with customer service and delivery time. I WILL NOT be ordering pizza from them again. Id advise that you dont either. Wrong pizza hut - this review is for one on Windhaven

I made an online order and received a confirmation. When I got home, my family was disappointed because they thought I had ordered incorrectly. Im glad I had the confirmation verifying I had placed the correct online order and they delivered the wrong order. When I call back, Im told Id have a credit for the same order to redeem during my next purchase. Well, when I call to redeem my credit, Im put on hold for 25 minutes. I hang up giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe i was just forgotten....Im put on hold again. From getting the wrong order to taking over an hour for delivery, its always something. Ive learned my lesson. Never again....

the few times i have ordered from this pizza hut it has been a bad experience. The first 2 times i thought the delivery service was bad because i got very late and cold. So tonight i wanted to buy the 10 dollar dinner box for carry out. The guy tells me that it will be 15 minutes, so after 10 minutes i get a call and the guy tells me that they are out of the dough for that dinner box. I wasnt offered any kind of other option for the same deal. I dont understand why this pizza hut location cant get it together.

Elsa the manager at this Pizza Hut is the most unprofessional, unethical manager I have ever came across in my life. Instead of handling an issue in a professional manner she decideds to hang up in your face. Someone like that should not be a manager who cannot handle "issues". I was told I would have to wait on a call back to see why their CC machine would not work meaning I would have to wait longer for our food when there was an issue on their behalf. I will be contacting the corporate office.

Out of all the pizza delivery places in The Colony, this place is my favorite. They always deliver as promised, but I do try to plan ahead with all the construction. I usually order on the website and have made use of the scheduling a delivery ahead of time feature. The delivery people are courteous. There are times when I wish they had a few tables go dine-in, but I think the delivery/carry-out model has been the key to their continued success.

The only reason they are getting 2 stars, value & taste. If they would listen to when you place an order then there would be a higher star rating. If you ask for a pepperoni lovers to me smothered w pepperoni... Then it should come smothered. Very disappointed. Ive tried several times to get my point across, no success.

Ordered Pizza Hut for the first time in 2 yrs & I quickly remembered why...got my food an hour & 15 min after I ordered so it was old & cold. Also, I asked for cheesestiicks & got some rusty dusty garlic bread. I shouldve never broke my ritual of Dominos bc now Im highly disappointed & out of money.

Service is excellent. Pizza is really good, always made correctly. Delivery is quite fast. Have never been disappointed. Generally, the deals are really good. Give it a go. 4 of 5, because nothing is perfect.

The employees are awfully friendly with a very warm and inviting attitude. My pizza is always cooked to perfection and they always let me know about the codes online that can help me save more money.

Food is good. I got wings today. Carryout. They told me 15 minutes. It has been 20 minutes and still no food. Update...28 minutes and I finally got my food. I probably wont be coming back.

For the love of god, do not pick up at this location. The construction, traffic, school zones etc. will take you an eternity. Delivery or look elsewhere.
