Normally, Im a HUGE fan of Panera Bread and this incident probably wont deter me from returning in the far future, but I feel like the management and customers need to be made of aware. I went in to order my lunch to go. I waited patiently by the bar where they put the prepared food when its ready. I was waiting there for quite some time watching order after order be made. Finally, some random lady came back through the door and told them that she was given the wrong order... it was my order... so one of the employees just took the bag from her and gave it to me. My FOOD was not only in the hands of some random stranger, but it was in the hands of some random stranger OUTSIDE of the store!! I told the female employee that I was uncomfortable taking it and she just insisted that it was ok and they just got confused. I was already running late so I reluctantly took the bag and went on my way. I was so uncomfortable with the whole situation that by the time I got back to work, I just had to throw the whole thing away, which is hard to do with a $13 lunch! Now, my food may have been harmless, but you just never know. The fact that they employee didnt even want to hear my concerns is unsettling. I hope that management takes some time to go over stranger danger with their employees!!

Normally I am a big fan...however in the last couple of years i have noticed a decline in quality and service. Most recently I ordered the pick two and it was not only wrong but very little soup was in the bread bowl. When i asked if i could get a tad more i was told that would be extra. With the amount of money they charge i feel like i should have been compensated.

Do not eat here. Steak and cheddar panini was vile. Mostly chewy bread, too thick for a true panini. There was a paltry amount of filling with little flavor beyond the off taste of the beef. Was pressed only long enough to produce faint grill marks. Did not have the crispy exterior one would expect of a proper panini. A major disappointment and very poor value at $10.

I always enjoy coming here and get especially excited for their seasonal foods at the end of the year. The turkey cranberry flatbread sandwich is a must have!! I just wish it was available year-round, along with the other cranberry flavored foods!

I appreciate how fast they are at Panera. It doesnt taste like most fast food thats usually greasy. Theyve got a variety options from tasty healthy options and sweet delicious desserts. Its also a great place to meet and get work done.

Was driving through town, stopped in for a breakfast sandwich (turkey sausage, egg white and cheese sandwich) and coffee. Both tasted great and perfectly portioned. My daughter had a candy cookie, equally tasty.

Very much a hit and miss, and not worth $13 for half a soggy grilled cheese, tiny cup of tomato soup, and 12 oz iced chai. I dont care much for the piece of baggette you get with your order either.

I ordered a smoothie in the morning around 7am and they are out of yogurt. Alongside that I also ordered 13 bagels with a few cream cheese for topping and didnt get any.

I always go for the Thai chicken salad as they are healthy and fresh. Dont forget to pick up a spare loaf of bread while you are at the counter.
