I would like to give our H.E.B. at Lakeway high 5, 2 thumbs up to Braulio Najar manger of the meat dept.. I had ordered a Turkey and it was suppose to arrive last Saturday but somehow the warehouse did not delivered it he went out of his way and stayed late to locate and find me a fresh turkey. He gave me a couple of options to choose from to make up for the lost turkey and by this point I was so stressed out because I had out of town guest in and invitations with my menu sent out and didnt know what I was going to do. Braulio made it happen just had to wait a couple of hrs later and he came through with my turkey and made my weekend and guest very happy. Braulio just want to say thank you so for going out of your way for making me very happy and satisfy customer.

I love HEB and this one is so convenient but so terribly run. 9 oclock empty parking lot but all the shopping carts are in the return stalls way out in the lot. No hand baskets at the entrances either, all left at the registers. On other trips theyre out of fresh garlic, Romaine lettuce heads, Purina one dog food. They are not ever as busy as other HEBs I regularly visit, on Alabama and Buffalo spdwy in Houston or the other location on 71. I hope this location gets new management soon before it shuts down.

we love our heb. this one is so new and shiny. its huge and has everything you need and love about ATX heb. great service and a particularly impressive selection on more gourmet items. workers are knowledge and happy to help in every department (esp deli/cheese/bakery/butcher- i usually need a lot of guidance there!) sort of a strange layout- in my opinion, but you get used to it. table 620 is also a fun, affordable, and fresh casual dining experience.

New in 2016, this location is one of the larger in the HEB chain (but is not an "HEB Plus" store). Industrial architectural style with exposed metal beams and white stone construction fits in well with the upscale neighborhood location. A satellite gas station with car wash maximize the efficiency of your shopping stop. A real attached cafe with large beer and wine selection differentiates this from the rest.

Not as economical as it used to be. But HEB is still my go to place for fresh veggies. Dont care for their meats. Randalls has much better beef, so I go there for steaks. HEB is still awesome. I love the digital scales and price tag machine in the produce department. Overall a great place for groceries.

I have stooped three times and they have been out of St. Louis ribs at the cafe 620. Finally tonight they had some and they were good although the beans are almost raw and only got half container of slaw. Really disappointing! But grocery store is awesome...just doubt I will go back to cafe

Great store! Great selection! Great presentation! All I ask is that you PLEASE start keeping in stock the IAMS LARGE BREED PUPPY FOOD in the 30lb yellow bags. I am SO TIRED of having to drive all the way over to the Bee Caves HEB just to get a large bag of dog food. PLEASE & THANKS!!

This grocer is one of my faves! They have an entire organics section in the fresh fruits and veggies isles. They also offer items in bulk, thats where I buy my smoothies ingredients. Oh and they even have a reasonably priced flower shop. Its a one stop shop!

I like this location. Tall ceilings, not too crammed. The bakery did a great job making cupcakes just like I wanted at a great price. The shopping cart cars make shopping with kids way easier!

This is a fairly big, new store, and has a full restaurant. I didnt try it, because for some reason I havent gotten used to the eat at the Grocery Store mentality yet.
