I originally gave this place 4 stars because they are always quick with orders, friendly and I like their food although a bit pricey. However, the past few times they have been inconsistent with the bread they use on certain sandwich orders and a bit sloppy. This last time was it for me though. I went through drive though and ordered a full steak and arugula sandwich with 2 small smoothies. It came out to be $20 which I was kinda surprised at but okay, I drive home (I live right down the road in creekside) and open my sandwich and get a way smaller than usual steak and arugula sandwich on different bread and on soggy bread at that. the soft cheese in the sandwich was just clumped on there. Just so sloppy and disappointing. I expect way for for $10 a sandwich. I could go to subway and get better quality for $7 and way more food.

Although I mostly enjoy Panera Bread for breakfast only, I have recently been dining for lunch because I like the salads. However, at this location, I have been unimpressed! The silverware is ALWAYS dirty. And yes, I do mean ALWAYS! So much so that I always ask for to go utensils and use them when eating even in the dining room. Today, I ordered Chicken and Wild Rice Soup with a Chinese Cashew Salad. My soup was barely warm and my salad was drenched in dressing. It was horrible. Panera isnt a cheap option for any occasion so I really expect more! Hope they get it together, I was really looking forward to having one close by!

I ordered a turkey sandwich with cheese, mustard, and pickles with baked potato soup.the Lady comes out with my soup and a turkey sandwich with only cheese. I take the top bread off to look and see if there was mustard or pickles on my sandwich and there was PACKAGED CHEESE. If I wanted a turkey sandwich with packaged cheese I would go home and make one for free instead of spending 12 or 13 dollars. What the hell panera. Get better cheese. At least their soup was good.

I went there for the first time and by the way it was the first time me and and my new girlfriend had been out to eat anywhere. My girl had order soup and had been eating on it for some time when she found a bug in it. I guess it had been cooked in it because it was dead. We call the manger over and showed him the bug. He then gave us our meal for free and ask us if we would like anything else for free. That was the first and last time i eat there.

Well you can learn something everyday. I ordered a BLT and was asked if I wanted a half order or a full order. Imagine my surprise when I learned that a "full order" was actually two sandwiches. All I wanted was one. The soup my partner ordered had to be re-heated in the microwave. In the spirit of "all things high tech", I attempted to order using the kiosk. That turned out to be hopeless. All in all, I wasnt impressed

Ms. Rozella helped me out today. She constantly had an amazing smile on her face at all times. The customers in front of me were rude towards her but she didnt let it affect her mood at all. She was extremely kind. I over heard her check in with a couple out on the floor to see if they liked her recommendation. Simply wonderful. I wish more people worked like her.

I absolutely love Panera Bread! I recently went to one and the food was great quality, and I mean great! They have so much selection for you to pick from. If something doesnt turn out the way you want, you can just choose another item. The food is great, the drinks our great, and most importantly, their bread is amazing! Go to Panera, I guarantee you will love it.

Just had the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich. I ordered it without sauce. They forgot to put a pickle on the plate. They also forgot to put the salt, pepper and smoked gouda on my sandwich in spite of the fact that these items are listed on both the menu and the receipt. Not a happy cuatomer.

I went to order and the girl behind the counter was visibly annoyed that we did not use the kiosk to order, and was short with my husband and I. I understand dealing with people all day long is exhausting, but if you cant fake it then go in the back and get some one else.

The commercials are so deceiving. First time eating there my sister ordered a steak paneni and couldnt find the meat. The prices are way too high for what you get. I got some kind of chicken sandwich and my side was a little shriveled up apple. Wont eat there again.

I love panera. This location isnt the greatest. The have messed up my order on more than one occassion. Thats not to say I wont return but if I do Ill go inside and order so when they mess up they can fix it, no more drive thru for me.

Love that they mark the calories on all their foods. They let me order from lunch menu during breakfast hours. I enjoy their variety of teas and coffees. And their staff is great! Wish they had more wraps.
