Heres the deal: I dont shop. I make it my personal goal to avoid setting foot in a store whose size I cannot reasonably navigate in a half hour. HowEVER...I AM a seasoned veteran in my ongoing, accurate assessments of stores through many vicarious experiences, based on reports and Q&As of my husband (44 yrs) & 2 grown daughters - both mothers of young children. The new HEB has more choices of product brands, & a depth of choices within product lines. The extent of my grocery list is long: almost downright offensive. I am confident, in my reporting that our new store has reinvigorated my hopes - in SEGUINS ability to provide for its residents and successfully SUPPORT, stores that provide trendy, AND without sacrificing QUALITY with the latest, quality info products that MY husbands demeanor, LACK of complaints, & fulfillment of my extensive list of requests warrants a "THANK you," to the management of the Butt stores...especially "mine!"

New building, great selection, and always busy! If you hate crowds, go early morning, otherwise its a bit overwhelming. Its not surprising that its so busy though: huge, brand new building, beautiful produce, enormous meat department, big bakery, pharmacy with drive-thru, big garden department (outside, at front of store), new gas station with LOW prices, and soon a car wash! Keep an eye out for coupons throughout the store, there are often amazing deals. Some of the popular brands can be pricier than other local stores if not on sale, but overall you get great prices. Decent selection of natural & gluten-free products.

Seguin needed alternatives to Wal-Mart and the horribly expensive and outdated HEB that had terrible parking. They tore down the old one and got this one right! The large new HEB is terrific with fantastic produce and meat sections. The wine and beer selections are amazing. In store BBQ restaurant is refreshingly not fast food. Full service store with gas station and car wash, plenty of good parking and employees who are friendly and helpful. Makes the chore of food shopping go a whole lot better!

Was 100% satisfied with not only the visual appeal of the store, its very clean very organized very well put together, I was also extremely satisfied with the customer service from every employee I saw, everyone smiled and acknowledge that I was there in addition to that the people that I encountered were also very kind. I just moved to the area so finding a fully stocked HEB was extremely important to me and I could not be happier to have found this one

They have everything I need everytime I go grocery shopping. I love that I dont have to wait a long time when I check out. Multiple checkout registers are open and the managers are always helping this process to checkout faster. Managers are always available if I have a question. Most of the employees are nice. Good customer service. Its a big store and they also a have a restaurant bar. Food is great.

Our new HEB is nice, just wish we had a butcher counter in addition to the seafood counter (great selection). Its nice that I can usually just stop here for my grocery shopping and not have to go to another store (unless its specific items they dont carry- which isnt many). Pharmacy staff is great, as are all employees I have interacted with. Good produce. Has a BBQ counter also.

This is a new store. So its still nice and there is plenty of parking. So if youre like me and drive a nice car you can park very far away and avoid the people that ding your paint and dent your doors. The store has issues /problems with getting their products priced correctly, often times I photograph posted prices so I can prove it to them at checkout.

HEB makes their own brand, which is in some cases, far supposed to the comparable national brand. The helpful staff make every effort to get you where you need to go. They have combination meal deals that help reduce the cost of making a good meal for your family. Here Everythings Better... Because they have a formula that makes everyone happy!

Great variety of selections. Excellent sales and in store savings. Easy access. Very handicap accessible. Lots of handicap parking including register to car customer service if needed. Multipurpose facility. Like gas station, pharmacy, sit down family style BBQ eatery, pay your bills, cash a check etc.

My husband and I just came home from HEB and our visit there. Caleb helped us out with our groceries. He is so friendly. I have to ride on a motor cart. When we arrived at our car, he helped me to our car without even asking him to. I sure did appreciate him very much. Thank you Caleb.

Best grocery store in town! Clean and neat. Watch out for old best before dates on products! I have get old yogurt home twice in a month... They have way better quality on their groceries than Walmart tho. I recommend this place for groceries.

I freakin love HEB!! Great selection on the grocery side. Family and I just tried the BBQ, everything was great, and reasonably priced. Brisket is better than Blacks in my opinion and the banana pudding is so good it damn near caused a divorce!

Beautiful clean new store, but they discontinue items that are selling that they have carried for years. Empty holes filled with incorrect items so the out of stock item doesnt get ordered. Frustrating to say the least.

HEB does an outstanding job with great pricing, items available and layout of the store. They do a good job with local products: honey, produce, etc. The Seguin location has an excellent BBQ restaurant.

This HEB has a BBQ restaurant in it that is SMOKIN GOOD! The ribs we great and the pork stuffed potato was delucious! Otherwise its just another HEB - IMO the best grocery store chain in Texas.

After the last retrofit its a pretty nice store. The selection has definitely expanded after their last remodel. I spend a lot of time out in Virginia, and when I am there I always miss HEB.

Very busy. Good selection. Nice staff. Carries a lot of cosmetics brands that other HEB do not. Produce is not bad. Meat is good. Do hope they open another to help with the traffic a bit.
