I ate here for the first time a couple of years ago and it was really good. The pizza was big, service was good and the price was worth it. I recently went back about a week ago with my family and it was completely different. The interior changed dramatically. It used to be comfortable chairs with nice tables but now they had these weird little chairs that were extremely loud whenever I moved them and way smaller tables. They added a bar which was nice with a big hardwood counter but they had very few beers to choose from. They also had these bar tables and chairs that were tall in the middle of the restaurant. Then there was this table which was probably the longest bar table Ive seen just right in the middle as well. Also, the tables were really wobbly. I could hear music in the background but it was low so I didnt really know what I was listening to. This made the place seem really quiet. There was a flat screen TV above the bar on ESPN but it was rather small. I know they shouldnt spend a lot of money for a tv but they strategically put it there for the customers to view. Idk what ESPN was showing but Id much rather have been watching something exciting like basketball on TNT (which was on that night). There was also a projector there but it was off. Not too sure what they use that for. I was thinking karaoke because they had a microphone stand on the opposite side facing the screen. You have to order before you sit down and they do not have any menu to look at except the little to go menus. They have plenty of wall space to suggest some of their favorite items with prices but theres nothing. If there were more people waiting it wouldve held up the line for sure. The girl who took our order seemed like she did not want to be there at all. It wasnt hard to tell that she had no experience and no training in customer service. We ordered a pizza and some wings and then sat down. Absolutely nothing was on the table. Everything that you needed such as utensils and condiments were at a station in the back and you had to get them yourself. Even the plates. I got my drink and honestly didnt see those things until they were pointed out. No signs or anything. Fortunately, they do bring the food out to you so thats an plus. The wings were good and the pizza was good and well. However there were were a couple of slices that had little to no toppings on it which was weird. Not too sure how that happened. You have to ask for crushed peppers and cheese but thats okay. When I was walking around looking for them I was hesitant to ask because the staff would wonder off or would be on their phones. Idk. Maybe I went on a bad day for the staff and cooks but I wasnt too into the vibe the place was giving off. Hopefully they can be better in the future because it is a nice place and I like rooting for local businesses!

First, I will mention that we ordered delivery. The prices are a bit expensive so I was hoping it would mean quality food to match it. What we got was very disappointing and even had a problem with an item. We used online ordering and got a personal pizza, bacon cheeseburger and fries, and some lemon pepper and garlic parmesan wings. It took a little over an hour to even be delivered on a Wednesday evening, however, it was when traffic was still a bit high so not really a mark against them. It did mean when we got it, it was all a bit cold, which didnt help the taste much. The fries were too soggy and even a little undercooked. They didnt taste bad, but they werent very good either. The burger was a build a burger and I only opted for ketchup, cheese, and bacon, but they put lettuce, onions, and tomatoes on it. Tomatoes was where it crossed the line and turned the burger inedible. Apparently, by the phone call, even though you are choosing what to add when you build it, they automatically assume you want lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Makes no sense, but they appeared to be unaware of how the online platform to order is set up and made a bad assumption. To fix it, they offered a refund for the burger only(not the fries that are required to purchase with it and son couldnt eat either as he was too disgusted with the coldness and under-cooked nature of them. His were colder, thanks to the tomatoes and lettuce sliding on top of them during transport and got rid of ones the tomato juice touched, but was still terrible). I expected an offer to bring the burger made right without the tomatoes and such on it, so my son had something to eat as most places would do, but I guess the refund was a better option anyhow based on the taste received. Meant having to find my son something else to eat, which was a bit annoying after waiting so long and having no car for the night to go anywhere to pick something up, the whole point to spending so much on delivery. Anyhow, the wings tasted pretty much bland and bare too. I could barely taste the seasoning if I got lucky in a bite or 2 here and there. I had to add my own seasonings to them to actually get them to taste very well. The only thing that came out pretty well was the personal pizza for my daughter, so looks like they at least do pizza pretty well. We decided if we ever try them again, it will be dine-in to try and find out if its the prolonged delivery time that disintegrated the quality of their food or if it just really isnt that good, and if we need something fixed then at least it might get fixed if we are there in person.

Friends and I went here to grab a bite after work. The place was very clean, nicely decorated and had a nice atmosphere. That being said, it was one of the poorest dining experiences Ive had in awhile. When our waiter took our orders he was friendly, but did not write anything down. Being a table of four people I joked how he might not be able to remember it all, to which he had a snide comeback. Of course not 5 minutes later the waiter returned to reaffirm our orders; because he didnt remember them all correctly. I ordered the The Cinnamon Pineapple burger with a side of onion rings, which was for all accounts tasty. However it wasnt cooked to order, very skimpy on the dressings and came out with sweet potato fries instead of onion rings. Eric ordered the small pizza (which was surprisingly large) with two toppings, canadian bacon and mushrooms. He received a pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. Joey ordered the stromboli which as the menu states has pepperoni, ham, sausage, salami and cheese. Of which only ham and pepperoni seem to make it in the stromboli. Last but not least, Walter had the wings, a 12 count boneless, lemon-garlic flavor. Chicken was tender, but the lemon garlic flavor was overpowering. So much so that after a single bite all I could taste any longer was lemon. After every single order came out either half wrong or with some other issue, the wait staff was unapologetic, and didnt really seem to care. Offered to remake the pizza but Eric declined not wanting to wait any longer, and I requested that they give me the onion rings I ordered and not the sweet potato fries I received. When it came time to pay Eric requested not being charged for the wrong topping, the waiter went and asked the manager... and the resolution was no, that since he ate it he had to pay for it. In the end, nice place, decent food, but a ridiculous inability to even get our orders right, much less create a satisfying customer service experience when everything went wrong; ruined the entire experience. I would probably never give this place a second chance, based solely on the fact that the staff and management obviously dont care whether or not people are happy and satisfied.
