Love the food but dont go often due to high price and long wait time to get your food. Today was my birthday and a friend sent me information from a website called "RearFront". It listed Pei Wei as one of many places that gave a away a free meal on your birthday. I thought "perfect"!! When I went in the cashier had no idea but still insistent that it was a no. When asked to see the manager, he was so extremely rude. I will NEVER go back. He never once looked me in the eye. He walked past me to help another customer first. When I stepped forward to ask about the website he rudely stated "I will get to you in a minute. " I turned and walked out. Sad and disappointing. Funny thing is I probably would have ate there anyway even without the free birthday meal. Good job losing my business "manager".

I ordered the Vietenamese Salad Rolls here with the Chili Sauce and Peanut Sauce among a few other items on the menu. Once I arrived there, the young man confirmed my order at the register and I paid. Once my order was ready, he told me that they were out of the Peanut Sauce. Im not sure why he didnt mention this when confirming my order and before I paid because I most definitely would have cancelled the rolls since I dont like them as much without that sauce. So I was stuck with two Vietnamese Salad Rolls that I really didnt want... :(

Went for dinner with wife and we had the Kung Pao Chicken, Steak and shrimp Chili Ramen (light sauce),, and an orange peel chicken to go. Food tasted great! However, the floor were sticky, the air was humid and the floors and bathroom were very dirty, see photos. I have said this before many times in many reviews. "There is nothing more disgusting then when your feet stick to the floor of a restaurant". All opinion of course. That said, I would order Pei Wei food for take out and eat at home. Recommend their menu, decent asian food.

The service was somewhat good , this one worker nadia (I asked for her name) she was so rude to me and she usually always is when I see her .... they need her fired... dont even get me started on the manager Richard, I asked the girls in the front if they knew how much longer on the food and Richard yelled at them and was cursing in front of my kids at the bar.. I am a frequent person in pei wei and the manager is always rude... not a place I would go anymore

My wife and I went for a quick bite. It was our first time to a Pei Wei. There was not a clean table in the store and it was only about 1/4 full. There was no stock of clean utensils.The food took a long time to come out, and it came out at different times. The food was missing items that were in the menu description. Neither of us enjoyed any part of our meal. We will not be back.

Decide to have dinner with my daughter, got there and we ordered our food. She received hers with in 10 minutes, 20 minutes later and i dont have mine. She proceeds to finish her meal and i have to ask a waiter to check on my food. He comes back and says they are still making it. Waht restaurant makes food for the same table at different times.....not ever going back.

I am only giving this location 3 stars because each time I have attempted to order over the phone or via their website, there is an issue. The telephone doesnt work properly (rings funny and no one answers)and the online ordering gives an error message. I would love to order takeout from here but end up choosing another restaurant since Im unable to place my order.

Ive had a bad experience at one of these restaurants. Against my better judgement, I went with a buddy from work. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was a lot better than I remember. My only complaint was that I ordered some crab Rangoon and did not receive it with my order. It wasnt charged and I was short on time so no big deal. Overall, a good reataurant.

First I love Pei Wei but this location has fallen off bad! filthy I mean dirty, tables,floors silverware and the soy sauce has crust on the bottle nasty! Service is ok, the last time I went there I didnt get what I ordered and this time didnt get my food at all This will be last time I go to this location Stick to PF Changs or go to Panda Express

This is the only Pei Wei that we have visited, so we cant compare it to others, but we do like their meals. We like that you can order the chicken grilled with any meal. (So many places its only battered). It isnt traditional Asian fare, but its definitely good. We like the teriyaki chicken bowl and the lo mein.

This is an expensive "fast food" restaurant, but I love the food here. The edimame is good. All of the dishes Ive had were good, but the sesame chicken was EXCELLENT. Just the right amount of spice, and the chicken had amazing flavor. They have beer choices too, if that interests you.

Ive eaten at this location several times over the last two years, and it used to be great. While I would still rate the food 4 stars, I would rate the service 0 stars. Dont bring your children unless you like being verbally berated by the staff before you even sit down.

My daughter and I love this resturant! The food is always hot and the service is excellent. Stephanie is a joy when I order my food in person and/ or on the phone... Great staff. Great environment! Thank you for making my dinner always perfect and with a smile.

Food is delicious but service sucks. Me and my granddaughter had a lunch date here and they forgot our order. I finally spoke up after seeing everyone that came in after use leave. It being our first time, I didnt know how long it would take.... 45 mins later

I usually like Pei Wei. This was my first time at this location. I was the only customer with my 2 daughters so it was quiet and clean. Employees seemed to joke around too much and our order was not what we expected. I wouldnt go back to this location again.

DO NOT ORDER TOGO. Even if they asked what you want 3 times the girl up front will still screw it up and then youll have you eat half your food cold while you wait for the wrong stuff to be remade. Do they offer anything to make it right? NO.

Pei Wei has always been pretty consistent each time ive ordered from them online. Always fresh, always consistently seasoned. They are a great alternative to PF Changs since the nearest location for me is 25 minutes away!

Nice place.. Pretty consistent... Some of their food is excellent, problem for me is, I love general tso chicken... And this is not available here.. Add it pei wei and youll get 5 stars from me .
