During our recent San Antonio trip, we were in search of chinese food. Since I am not from the area, I asked the clerk at our hotel where is the best. She recommend this place to me. I dont know if I will be able to eat chinese from anywhere else. Everything was wonderful!!! I had sweet n sour pork, lemon chicken, hot n sour soup, fried won ton, and fried rice. Hmmmmm,mmmmm... The sauces came seperate from the meats, which I truly appreciated. That way i could moderate the amount wanted. The lemon sauce for the lemon chicken taste like it belongs under a meringue in a shell. Thanks Nancy for the tip!!!!

Based on the reviews we decided to get take out from here after a long car ride to SA. Opened the container that was "fried rice" but it was more like yellow steamed rice with no flavor. The lemon chicken was just a big piece of fried chicken, no sauce or anything. The chicken and mixed vegetables was gross looking and the broccoli was so soggy/over cooked. The egg rolls had a very weird after taste. We ended up tossing everything and getting frozen pizza from the hotel pantry. The microwaved pizza was way more appealing than the take out.

This place by far is not the best chinese place nor is it a better place, but its cheap and the food is just OKAY. The only thing really bad I can say about this place is their employees/owners. This place is close to my work and I have been there several times, and every single time I have gone the staff is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE so if your okay with that then its not to bad of a place!!!!! Its close to my job so thats the reason I go!!!!!!

The owners sister is very rude. Shes not very polite there was a problem with a spring role order a bit burnt and over cooked very hard. When brought to her attention she became rude and spoke of how theyve cooked it for 22yrs and never had complaint. However, the owner personally was apologetic and offered us an alternative dish which we refused but her gesture was very pleasant. Her sister could learn a lesson from her. Will not return.

(FYI: Not a buffet) With their cheap prices, you get what you pay for at this restaurant. Service was excellent, they were nice and attentive. That being said, they do not offer free refills on any of the drinks or sodas except the [unsweetened] tea and their food is really bland/flavorless. Their restrooms, although clean, had no toilet paper or paper towels. I would not come here again unless I was broke and hungry af.

Idk what happened to this place but its not the same as when i first started coming here at 15. I ordered the general tso ragoons and egg drop soup my fiancée ordered the combination rice and egg drop soup.I didnt touch my soup because of the reaction my fiancée had from tasting his. I dont think ill be going back there any time soon. .

Worst Chinese food EVER! Ordered the garlic beef and it tasted old and dry. YUCK! Will never go back! Fried rice tasted off and looked microwaved the only good thing was the iced tea. I couldnt even finish my plate it was so bad. Was just here for lunch on 07-07-17

I went to this restaurant the other day since its near where I live and I loved it! I got the lemon chicken, sweet and sour chicken, rice, and duck sauce. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The only down side is they dont offer lo mein noodles.

I stopped in on my lunch break. They were serving a buffet style menu. The food was dry and looked as if it was sitting out for a long time. The food tasted horrible. I left without finishing it. Its was my first experience at this restaurant. Sad!

I have been going to this restaurant for over 30 years and they still to this day have great authentic Chinese food made hot and fresh. Not a fancy place but just a great place to get a great meal at a really good price...really nice size portions

Everything, we eat there once in a while but we sure do order take out a whole lot. Excellent every time and very reasonable! Weve been eating there for 15 years The waitresses are alway nice and fast and weve never had any bad experience.

I love this place! I always get their sweet and sour chicken! Ive been going here for eight years and its still a great place. Staff are wonderful and kind. Ive been a customer this long so they have to be doing something great :)

Fast service and large portions are a very good factor. However, the food is just OK. It satisfies the appetite for Chinese food, but it is not authentic. Too Americanized. I may and may not go back.

Absolutely love their pork fried rice!! I just ask for it with light oil or it comes out kinda greasy. Truly a family restaurant!
