First time trying Spring..... last time as well. I called in an order for lunch special with General Tso chicken (asked for white meat only), lomein, and spring rolls. I was told it would be 10 minutes for my order to be ready. When I got to the restaurant, 15 minutes after the original order was placed, the person at the counter couldnt find my order, and it took him a few minutes to locate it. Turns out the man who took my order put in the wrong name, no big deal. Once paid, it took another 10 minutes for my order to be ready.... a lady who placed a carry-out order when I was in line to pay got her order right away. After 10 minutes I finally got my order, and drove away. Once at work I realized that there were quite a few mistakes with my order....1) I received an egg roll instead of spring rolls (I dont like egg rolls).....2) I asked for white meat chicken only, and did not get white meat, even though they charged me extra for it..... 3) the chicken was very dry, and definitely needed more sauce..... and 4) the lomein was dry, overcooked, and bland. It tasted like plain cooked noodles, and had no taste whatsoever. The noodles looked wrinkly and were mushy, which means they were terribly overcooked. Overall I think the food here is bland, and the staff has no sense of urgency or the desire to provide a good dining experience for their guests. I should have gone to my usual Chinese food restaurant, and would have spend the same amount for a much better lunch. If you want good Chinese food, and good lunch & dinner specials, do not go to this place. Try Sizzling Wok at the Northwoods shopping center by 281 & 1604 instead.

This was the closest Chinese food place i could find.. i always pass by this place and wanted to try it. Exterior was good in nice but busy location. Interior was average Chinese restaurant. Not what it looks from outside. I liked their online website where you can order for delivery but you have to give your credit card info to place even a takeout, which is not cool , or may be not for me. I was in, and there was a person at the deck on a phone (tip to the manager, when you are is a service business, smile at you customers.) I can understand he might be taking to some one. But a simple smile, and a welcome gesture would have gone a long way. He did not even care to look at me . . Eventually after a min or 2, a lady came out and got me going, she was nice and smiling for her, i felt , ok i am welcomed here after all. I was back to my place . opened my food. And the egg drop soup was super salty. I had to trash it. The chicken fried rice.. i might be over judging them but it felt they were short on chicken and mixed a few chicken pieces from the chicken with broccoli. Simply put , it felt the chicken was not meant for the fried rice. Super big, flat and thin slices of breast chicken. I ordered their spicy extra XXX. And it still tasted it could use some seasoning, not even close to spicy or mild. Over all i dont like it as much as i do to go to golden wok. But still this is just down the block and i might go back if i had no other option and was super hungry.

Decided to try this place cause it was new and on my way home. The restaurant itself was nice and clean, but that was the only good thing about it. The service was horrible, extremely slow and got our orders wrong. Our server didnt know much about the menu, and he seemed to whisper when he spoke. It took what seemed like forever for our drinks to arrive, and after that our server left to go do a delivery order! A different girl eventually brought out or food (which came out wrong), and no one came to check on us the whole time our server was out. I had to walk up and find someone for silverware, and again to refill our drinks, and then again to get our check. By the time we paid, our server had finally returned. The food wasnt even that great. The pho was pretty bland. The fried rice we ordered never came (they gave us white rice). The egg rolls were slightly burned. Oh, and the pictures on the menu are not how the dishes come out. For example, the hot wings showed a side of sauce, the manager said there was none and we could use siriacha if we wanted sauce. In any case, we will not be going back and do NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone. Everyone in the restraint looked irritated, and the staff looked flustered (or perhaps just inexperienced), but the place wasnt even busy. Theres only about 10 tables in there total. I dont think Spring is going to stay open long at all.

If you are looking to be disappointed this is the place for you. Party of 3 with 3 entrees and an appetizer; all items came out incorrectly. I put in an order of Beef & Broccoli, 2 orders of Beef pho, and Dumplings. All items came out at the same time. The appetizer was lukewarm… which I’m not sure why it was not given to us before the entrees and left out to become cold. The Beef & broccoli came out ice cold which makes me assume they cook it from a frozen packet. I told the waiter it was cold and to just take it back because we didn’t want it. It was re-microwave and brought back to the table. Only one order of pho came out, but it was chicken instead of beef. I explained that I had ordered 2 bowls of pho and the waiter looked confused. I explained since we had already been waiting so long if it wasn’t already in to just not add it and we would share the one bowl. After a wait they brought out the 2nd bowl of pho which was meatball instead of beef. The pho in general was bland and flavorless. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are looking for a poor dining experience.

We have ordered delivery here a half a dozen times. Five times out of six our order has been incorrect and twice more that was 30 minutes late. The food is ok, not the best, not the worst. But the service sucks. There was a female manager that was at least competent. But now there is some guy named Vin or Vince and he is a waste of a managers position. When our last order was 30 minutes late and still hadnt shown up my husband called and was told to hold on. He could hear everything that was going on in the restaurant. He was ignored for 10 minutes, so I called on my phone and immediately asked for the manager. It was ridiculous, my husband could hear me calling and it took over a minute before they even answered my call. As I write this I am still wanting on our order. Took an hour and his excuse is that they are busy, then dont flipping say 7:25 when its going to be 8:25!!! It really sucks that they are incapable of hiring decent employees, because this will be the last time we order from them.
