As mentioned in some reviews, customer service is not the best. They do not know how to prioritize customers and they usually accommodate customers who order take-out regardless who comes first. It was after 2pm, we were just standing by the front door waiting to be seated until another family comes in and a "take-out" customer. The receptionist seated us last even though we were the first ones to arrive, mind you, I was carrying a baby and a toddler. I ordered the chicken pad thai and thought it was so greasy. My children usually love noodles, but they did not like them. I also ordered the cashew shrimp and honestly, it was cooked as if the shrimp, vegetables, and cashews were all just tossed together, nothing special. I also ordered boba teas, avocado and taro flavors. The avocado tasted nothing like avocado, as for the taro, it was too sweet. Lastly, I ordered the popular thai dessert mango on sticky rice with coconut milk. The mango was not sweet/ripe enough. It was bland overall. This place is quite pricey, too. My bill came up to $50, but I believe their servings are good for two people. I dislike my experience and I do not think I will be coming back soon. UPDATE: I thought I would not be coming back to this restaurant after my first visit, but since my husband wanted to try it, I thought I should give it another try. We came 40 minutes before closing time. We ordered boba teas in lychee and honeydew flavors. I would recommend these flavors, they are good! We ordered chicken fried rice for the kids and it was flavorful! My husband ordered (I do not know the name, the waitress recommended it) beef with vegetables, although it looks very simple, it was pretty good like a home cooked meal. I ordered the seafood thai curry, and it was by far the best one I had. We also had a great experience with the customer service that night. She did not wear a name tag, but she has short hair. She is very friendly, knows the menu very well, and constantly checks up on us. Even though they were about to close, she did not make us feel rushed to leave. Our bill was around $50, tip included.

I really wish I could give this place negative stars instead of being forced to give any at all. My husband and I dined in this establishment when it was under the old management and the old name "Five Star Pho" and we loved loved loved it! It is a bit of a distance away from us so we do not have the chance to make it there often. When we pulled up, we noticed the name change on the building. We walked in and saw the makeover (which wasnt bad) but after searching for months for a decent Vietnamese restaurant in town and finally finding one, we were a bit hesitant, but the new own insured us that is was the same menu, same cook, and same fresh ingredients. We decided to give it a go... we should have turned around and went to Arbys next door. The owner was very in your face which did not bode well for a relaxing dining experience. My husbands spring rolls came out long before mine did and when I finally received them, my entree arrived after just getting two bites from my spring roll. Then my husband had to wait for his pho to arrive. The table space was too cramped and the food was abysmal. When we were asked how it was, we were honest in our disappointment, in which the owner told us we didnt know how to eat Vietnamese food, (which we had been eating for 15 years). She insisted that the problem was us not the food and the cooks were the same, and she never had any complaints (which was a lie because I pulled up yelp reviews while we were waiting on our check). Being told we didnt know how to eat Vietnamese food was a bit ridiculous and close minded. Poor poor poor customer service. Bland, stale tasting food. Save yourself the time and money and do not go there.

My wife and I ordered over the phone about a week ago, they confirmed everything. I showed up 30 minutes later because they told me it would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived and it still wasnt ready so I waited. More people were coming in and and the manager BRENT was letting them know that the wait didnt matter if they were staying or to go. Everyone understood and more people sat down and ordered and some made to go orders. There were about 7 of us waiting for to go orders and the hostess came back out and re-took my order...1 hour after calling in. Then i noticed some people that were seated after me and orders to go that were made after I arrived that had been finished and the people sitting already had their main course. Then one hour and a half (90) minutes) went by and the manager BRENT took my order again... so I decided to ask for a refund, they made me wait 20 more minutes before BRENT came out with my food like everything was going to be okay, I asked nicely if I can just get my refund and I no longer wanted the food. This even took some time as he didnt believe I paid prior to now and I showed him my bank account that was already up saying it was charged by YUM Thai, but it was 3 dollars more, and I said because I gave you guys a 3 dollar tip initially for a to go order. He gave me a receipt and never offered the food either, which Im sure was the wrong order because it was taken 3 times. Super BAD customer service, no friendly staff, bad management skills, sorry but I have to rate this a 1 star.

I ate take out from this location two weeks ago for the first time and I loved it up until I found I had a dead fly in my soup. I was disgusted so I called the resturant and the owner apologized and gave me a credit. I was hesitant to eat there again but I wanted to give them another chance because the food was really good. 4 days later (last week) I went and got my replacement soup. I made sure to be on the look out for dead flies and saw none however about half way though my soup i noticed that there was an herb that was darker than the rest. After closer inspection I found it was a tiny little beetle. I could not believe that this happend twice in a row eating the same meal from there. I didnt bother calling them to report it this time, instead I called the health department. I have never gone to a resturant and had bugs in my food let alone have it happen twice in a row from the same place. Food is good but not very sanitary unfortunately.

I do not recommend this place since there are other places. We ordered our food for delivery. About an hour later we called since we did not receive it. The young lady who answered said that it was being delivered. We received a call back by the manager that they gave our food to someone who accepted it, "there was a mix up with the address and they took the food." We paid with a card. He then told us that he can call get us a refund or get it to us in the next 30 to 45 mins. We chose get the food since we had to eat. He was NOT happy. Then he called back within the minute to tell us that the chef said that there were no more egg roles. At that point we realized that they did not want to deliver. So we asked for a refund. Technically, we should have gotten the refund and our food. BUT, we were trying to be good about working with them. But their customer service is not great at all. This place is off our list.
