I walked in and the girl at the counter mumbled hello and went back to tapping on her register. another girl came out from the back and pulled the cupcakes i wanted. I wish I would have passed. I bought 3 different kinds each was bad in its own special way. The vanilla with vanilla bean buttercream tasted like it had been made from a box, then left out for a good 3 days, it was so dense and dry my poor son started choking after his first bite! then there was the wedding white, this was ok, edible but nothing memorable. it barely had any filling inside and crumbled horribly. then there was the dark chocolate with bavarian cream. the cake tasted again like boxed cake and was very dense and dry. Cream is a stretch! the filling was oily and greasy and tasted horrible!! The cupcakes were tiny for the price and the 2 white cakes had a mountain of icing that just didnt taste good. this is my 3rd bad batch of cupcakes from here. shame on me! definitely not again. ill stick to just baking my own from scratch.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! It was my close friends birthday and I forgot to get her a gift, so there I was at 8:00 a.m. Feeling terrible. I called them and they helped me over the phone and had them ready in 10 minutes! Did I mention they dont even open until 10!!!! But they cared enough about one customer to ice 2 cupcakes 2 hours before they even opened!!!!!!!! I am deffinatly going back!!!!!

Ok, so the service and people working there are the worst ever! So unfriendly and could care less for customers and for who walks in the store! My experience was same as the other reviewer has described down here, blah.. Cupcakes werent fresh, didnt look good, only the cream cheese frosting made up for it and thats sad! I expected more from the name and they need to change their staff!!

Great cupcakes, not so pleasant staff... Every time I go in, it seems as if I am bothering the girl behind the counter. Never get eye contact or even a smile. I do not go there anymore, but instead go to Gi-Gis down the street because their staff is always pleasant! Maybe the staff needs to eat a cupcake every once in a while to get some sugar and make them sweet!

I can only review the product since they were brought in for a work event. I had the strawberry one and found myself wishing I had picked differently. Not worth the calories, put it that way. The quantity of icing could also be reduced a little.

Wow! What can I say, I just payed 12$ for six of they worst cup cakes I have ever tasted. I love a great baked good but Cupcake Couture does not standup to there name, if your looking for a great cup cake Kates Fronting is a great start.

It was my first time ordering a cake for a Baby Shower from Cupcake Couture and not only was my experience there fantastic, but they exceeded my expectations on the cakes apperance and taste & was a huge hit at the Baby Shower.

The customer service is great. They were able to get a dozen gender reveal cupcakes done within an hour after we decided to do it last minute. Although the cake was a little dry for my taste, everyone else loved them.

I absolutely love their cupcakes. Especially the wedding white cupcakes. The strawberry filling is amazing and so is the icing. They are pricy but they are so so good! Very sweet staff. Helpful and courteous.

Very disappointed. Theyre red velvet cupcake is not red velvet they did not add the chocolate, it was just a cherry cupcake and it was very dry. Will not be coming back here.

Bought 6 cupcakes. Disappointing. The strawberry cake is not made from scratch. Tastes like a betty crocker box cake. Definitely not worth the price or the visit.
