We absolutely love this place, so inviting and cozy, and the baked goods are outstanding. The entire staff are always cheerful and helpful. They display a variety of baked samples that you can try, which encourages the customer to buy more. Although it was rated very high in an Express News recent poll, we think this bakery is even better than their #5 rating. They also make excellent lunch sandwiches and their Kolaches are yummy as well!

We dined in for a delicious breakfast of 2 kolaches, an apple danish and a sticky bun. The food was exquisite and coffee very tasty and full of flavor. My only complaint is the price. Might be so expensive because of the ritzy area, but we probably wont go back. My usual bakery spot only a few miles away could give me 2 dozen kolaches and pastries for the price we paid for the 4 items.

Everything Ive had is tasty. Monkey bread is a favorite. The jalapeño bread is great for sandwiches. Sticky buns are my favorite. And they all look good. Not a "pizza place" but the pizzas are the best in town. The coffee is excellent. Too bad for me that they are not closer or I would stop for a daily cup. My plan is to try everything at least twice.

I have yet to try something here that wasnt completely wonderful. Even when I came through late one morning and only the cinnamon roll corners were left, they were still great. Sol y Luna put some kind of magic in their icing that keeps you coming back! I know Ill be coming back!

Aaaaaaall of their bread is awesome! Favorites are the Whole wheat levain, Sour batard, Rosemary Ciabatta and the jalapeño cheese bread! If you are looking for fresh and real this is the spot

This bakery is one of the best in town. They actually make the goods from scratch and not just heat them up like other places. You should try the stuff they have in Fridays and Sundays.
