Went to this bakery Saturday night, got dry, disgusting OLD goods, wasnt given a receipt. When we went back Sunday morning, the girl working was rude, unhelpful and wouldnt do anything to make up for the terrible items we received, because we didnt have a receipt as we were never given one. Instead we were told "sorry thats not my fault, I didnt work last night." This is how you conduct business? Weve never had an issue with these bakeries until now. Tried calling their "complaint line" only to be met by "sorry this call cannot be completed as dialed." Disappointed. So. Disappointed.

Im from El Paso, and we stopped by to get some pan dulce for the family. The service was excellent, and the sweet bread was fantastic, just like back home. Definitely recommend this place! :)
