Worst place I have ever visited as far as chicken express and its franchises go. The staff was rude not to mention poorly kept appearance apparel not identifying them as even being employees major concern that someone who doesnt work there is handling my order! Once I called to report my complaint I was hung up on!!! What audacity! I would in my opinion strongly choose to visit this franchise with caution you never know what you can expect. Update called back spoke with manager who and I quote said the franchise owner does not require them to wear hair nets. She also stated the reason for the street clothes and non identification was the chicken express shirts are too expensive and they get greasy so they just improvise. FYI she was one of the individuals who neither had a hair net on or identification!

Restaurant was clean and being cleaned when we walked in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Chicken was delicious and was hot and crispy. We were just passing through and this was our 1st ever visit to a chicken express... We wish there was one near us in UT

I usually get the 4 strip dinner and the wife and I both eat. The last time I got it there was 5 strips about the size of my index finger. This wasnt a third of what I got in previous trips. I no longer eat at Chicken Express.

Poor food. Employees are either clueless or careless (maybe both). Three visits, theres always an issue. This time, they told they were "only serving sweet tea". Ill never visit Terrell,TX Chicken Express again.

Stopped by about a week ago and have been by everyday since. Food is very good and employees are extra nice. Plus the fact I cant get all breasts on a 3 pc combo for no extra charge is a plus too

Website says they close at 11 on Sundays, I was happy to be able to get the chicken I was craving at night but when I drove there it was closed. Just barely after 10, really sucks.

The strips werent real fresh. The tea was very weak. And 10 minutes after consuming about 1/2 the food, I regurgitated it. Needless to say, I will not visit here again.
