The young lady that helped me at tge cashiers position was wonderful at her job but there was a little old lady that was told to pull up in the drive thru to wait on her order. 20 minutes later she walked in to find out why. The manager brought her order to her and just shrugged her off and turned around and walked away. Very rude and disrespectful .. This store could use some training in customer service.

Service could be better as well as the way they pack your food. Rolls 99% of the time are crammed in the box causing them to be smashed. I have complained multiple times about their sodas being flat tasting only to find nothing being done about it. I used to go there daily for a soda, now I dont go there for anything at all.

The food was good but the only reason I went to the restaurant was to buy my daughter some cole slaw. I ordered the family tenders with cole slaw. I was charged for it, it was even attached to the receipt of the bag but when I got home guess what wasnt in the bag. Yes the coleslaw. I will go to KFC from now on.

Out of the past 5 times my family has ordered the chicken strips, only once have they been worth eating the chicken strips and the macaroni & cheese! I am tired of ordering $60 worth of food, for it to be either grease soaked, tough, and not completely cooked! The food here is terrible!

Food here is good at a reasonable price. Not sure what has happened with the service lately but its 10 min per car in the drive through now. Also have a backup plan sometimes THEY ARE COMPLETELY OUT OF CHICKEN ...yes...really

I dont recommend this chicken express to anyone. The chicken tenders and macaroni &a cheese are terrible. My family orders the 40 count, so its $60 wasted!
