Anonymous post from Facebook - Reserved space for approximately 50 people weeks ago to celebrate the welcoming home of my husband from Afghanistan after being gone for nearly a year. At the time of booking, there was no other parties before us. We show up at 615 P (party at 6:30 P), to be immediately treated rudely, staff actually walked away in mid conversation. We were told we would have to wait until the Nebraska game was over and fans started to filter out before having our space, but that a table was available for us. There were over 30 people in our party waiting in the lobby, and they only had a table of 8 set aside for us. When speaking with Trevor (apparently the head person) on the phone, he was rude, spoke down to me and actually yelled at me on the phone repeatedly telling me there was nothing he could do, we would have to wait until the Nebraska game was over and that there are paying customers in our reserved area. He refused to provide me with his supervisors name, indicating he was the only person I could speak to. Have never been treated so rudely before!! Had to relocate our entire welcome home party across the street to Famous Daves (which was amazing!! And received SEVERAL hundreds of dollars of our business for 3 hours). Thank you Quaker Steak and Lube for making it clear that the Nebraska game was so much more important than welcoming home a solider, forcing him to say his hellos to his friends and family he hasnt seen in over a year in the lobby of Quaker Steak as we waiting to sort this mess out.

This review is not based on 1 experience, but rather based on MANY times visiting this place over the course of almost 10 years. Lets be honest, if you like fine dining or fancy food with weird frills, you will not like this place. However, if you prefer a great burger, wings, and some fried apps with a cold beer, then you will love this place. My husband and I sit at the bar every time we are in so we have never had to wait. (I get annoyed when people complain about wait times when you show up to a popular place at 7pm with a large group). Within moments of sitting down we are greeted and the bartender takes our drink order. As our beer is delivered our food orders are taken and immediately put in. There is a burger on the menu that has hot sauce, cheese, bacon and mushrooms........I get that, but sub for grilled chicken instead of hamburger. Its not on the menu, but they always accommodate for me. The wings are spot on with a huge variety of flavors and spices. If you havent been on classic car night you are missing out. It can be quite busy on certain days/times so I would call ahead if you have a big group or do not like to wait.

Great place to take the kids. Kids eat free on Monday nights! Excellent service, good wings and beer. We all love the pretzels! There are two nights per week that get really crowded. During the summer, Wed. night is Bike night. Most of the parking lot gets closed off for Bikers. There is also live music some nights. FYI to bikers: Do not wear your colors. Quaker Steak and Lubes new policy (2015) disallows biker club colors, patches. Thursday night is Car Show night. Most of the parking lot is closed off for people to show off their cars. It is mostly classic cars, but there are other cool cars there as well. Kids like looking at the cars.

Before I begin ive been to countless restaurants and even managed a couple. And never have I seen worse managers. The two lady managers that were working that night were the most unproffessional managers that i have ever seen. The yelled at their employees in front of all the customers and have no respect for anyone. They complained the whole night and just nagged at all the young people up front. And they were not professional or courteous with their customers. Great food, great staff but the worst managers I have ever seen, they need to get those sticks out of their butts.

We seen this establishment spring up, and we soon would find out that this place is a lot of hype. Portions are small. The food isnt that great. Not even the salads are really even that great. Surprised to see so many people going there when you dont get very much bang for your buck. They cant seem to get a carryout order right. Management was very hesitant to make any adjustments to make it right. Interesting place to look at, The bikers seem to think its the cool place to be on Wednesdays, but its not very happening as far as the food is concerned...

The steak was good, onion rings were great, the baked potato with great, the Arnold Palmer was superb and the prices were wonderful. There was one thing that needed Improvement. The entire crew needed to be fired except for William. They walked past us for 15 minutes. I finally got up to ask for help and they still ignored me. When William saw what was going on, he politely came over and gave us the best service we could have asked for. He deserves to be the only one there. He needs a raise and a new staff.

I really enjoy the decorations inside. Are able to get very large beers if desired. I had the potato soup first which was quite good. I was not impressed with the bone in wings, way to much sauce on them and the meat is difficult to get off. I thought it was pretty lame I got charged 99 cents to split my basket of wings into two different sauces and then they wanted another 99 cents for an extra ranch. If you want amazing wings go to Oscars and just avoid this place.

Went with a group to celebrate kids basketball championship. After 90 minutes waiting for 2 orders spoke with supervisor. Didnt seem to care much and manager couldnt speak to me. The others were done for 30 minutes by then. When got back to table the wrong wings were there. They said I could have the pop and beer for free. Oh joy! Worst restaurant experience in my 43 years on earth and they didnt care.

This is a pretty good place to eat. Ive been there a few times. Recently I went there to watch a football game. And Im going to compare this place to Buffalo Wild Wings. I think BWW has these guys beat as far as food, service, and atmosphere. But price, Quaker Steak is really good. I went there when they have all you can eat wings for under $10, and ate 45 wings. How can you beat that?

Not a bad place to eat. Cool setup, food is over priced and they nickel and dime you over stupid things. Extra dressing is extra, its a wing joint come on. Ive ordered their atomic and triple atomic wings , they will charge you extra for it and not tell you. It doesnt say extra any where on the menu. Buffalo wild wings has better food at a better price.

Had a very bad time here last night. First time going and was not impressed. The host was kind and atmosphere nice but server was rude and did not attend us properly at all. The food was cold and made either too salty or too dry. It was a shame because we were really looking forward to trying this establishment. I do not recommend!
